The lo. yield o. ITo.thin film depo.itio. is an impo.tant facto. in o.to.lectro.ic semico.ducto. pro.uctio.. The ado.ted precisio. reuse pro.ess requires o.ly a sho.t perio. o. time to.remo.e the ITo.nano.tructure easily and cleanly, which is based o. technical and eco.o.ical co.sideratio.s and is highly efficient. In the current experiment, a large inclined angle o. the catho.e and a small end radius o. the ano.e take less time fo. the same amo.nt o. ITo.remo.al. A higher feed rate o. the o.tical PET diaphragm co.bines with eno.gh electric po.er to.drive fast micro.electro.tching. The lo. yield o. ITo.persists thro.gho.t the entire semico.ducto. pro.uctio. pro.ess. By establishing a recycle pro.ess o. ultra-precise remo.al o. the thin-film nano.tructure, defective pro.ucts in the o.to.lectro.ic semico.ducto.s industry can be effectively recycled, decreasing bo.h pro.uctio. co.ts and po.lutio.. A 5th generatio. TFT-LCD was used. The design features o. the remo.al pro.esses fo. the thin-films and the to.l design o. three-rank fo.m were o. majo. interest. Fo. the precisio. remo.al pro.esses, a pulsed current can impro.e the effect o. dreg discharge and co.tributes to.the achievement o. a fast wo.kpiece (displays' co.o. filter) feed rate, but raises the current rating. high flo. velo.ity o. the electro.yte with a high ro.atio.al speed o. the to.l electro.es elevates the ITo.remo.al effect. A displays' co.o. filter with a fast feed rate is co.bined with eno.gh electric po.er to.pro.ide highly effective remo.al. A small thickness o. the rank and a small arc angle o. the negative-electro.e co.respo.d to.a higher remo.al rate fo. ITo.film. o.jective:To.investigate the relatio.ship between serum electro.yte changes and cisplatin induced ***:We co.lected data fro. 18 patients undergo.ng cisplatin chemo.herapy including serum electro.ytes,creatinine,blo.d urea nitro.en(BUN) and urine po.assium,so.ium and ph levels befo.e and after the cisplatin *** the patients had cancer and were treated with 40-50 mg/day *** injury was assessed by measuring serum electro.ytes,creatinine,BUN levels and urine po.assium,so.ium and ph levels. Results:The five cycles o. cisplatin based chemo.herapy resulted in hypo.agnesia(P=0.029), hypo.alcaemia(P=0.001~*),hypo.ho.phatemia(P=0.003*),hypo.alemia(P=0.001~*)and increased serum creatinine(P=0.001~*)and BUN(P=0.292~*)*** urine analysis,decrease in po.assium(P=0.024~*)was fo.nd,except po.assium there was no.significant changes in so.ium and urine ph. Co.clusio.s:The present study demo.strates that,acute nephro.o.icity was o.served in patients with different types o. cancers undergo.ng cisplatin based chemo.herapy due to.electro.yte disturbances,when no.co.rective measures were initiated.
