手术治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的临床研究

为探讨一种最佳的治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的方法,本研究对比一次性根治术和切开引流术治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的效果。选择2014年6月至2017年6月于西安市中医医院肛肠科行一次性根治术治疗的60例肛周脓肿婴幼儿(年龄6个月至3岁)作为观察组,选择同期于汉中市中医医院、汉中市人民医院、汉中市3201医院肛肠科行切开引流术治疗的60例肛周脓肿患儿作为对照组,对比2组总体疗效、创口愈合时间、术后并发症和生活质量。结果显示,1)观察组治愈59例(98.3%),无效1例;对照组治愈7例(11.7%),无效53例(其中脓肿复发24例,形成肛瘘29例)。观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,X^2=91.04,P<0.05。2)观察组创面愈合时间(8.75±1.43)d,对照组(5.60±1.20)d。观察组创面愈合时间长于对照组,P<0.05。3)术后第1天、第3天患儿生活质量评分,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05;术后第7天、第14天患儿生活质量评分,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,一次性根治术治疗年龄6个月至3岁的肛周脓肿患儿,虽创面愈合时间稍长,术后早期(1周内)生活质量偏低,但可一次性治愈,阻断疾病进展,使患者免受二次手术痛苦。此类患儿建议行一次性根治术。

The Review summarizes much of particle physics and cosmology. Using data from previous editions, plus 3,283 new measurements from 899 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons and the recently discovered Higgs boson, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons. We summarize searches for hypothetical particles such as heavy neutrinos, supersymmetric and technicolor particles, axions, dark photons, etc. All the particle properties and search limits are listed in Summary Tables. We also give numerous tables, figures, formulae, and reviews of topics such as Supersymmetry, Extra Dimensions, particle Detectors, Probability, and Statistics. Among the 112 reviews are many that are new or heavily revised including those on： Dark Energy, Higgs Boson Physics, Electroweak Model, Neutrino Cross Section Measurements, Monte Carlo Neutrino Generators, Top Quark, Dark Matter, Dynamical Electroweak Symmetry Breaking, Accelerator Physics of Colliders, High-Energy Collider parameters, Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, Astrophysical Constants and Cosmological parameters. A booklet is available containing the Summary Tables and abbreviated versions of some of the other sections of this full Review.
