Objective:To inves.igate the potentials.of the root bark of Annona（A.） s.negalens.s.in the control of s.izure and related hypnotic and motor incoordination effects.in mice us.ng experimental ***:the methanol extract（ME） of the root bark of *** was.s.udied in mice us.ng pentylenetetrazole（PTZ） induced convuls.ons.phenobarbitone induced s.eeping time and motor coordination tes. on rota-rod *** toxicity and lethality（LD50） les. as.well as.phytochemical analys.s.were als. carried ***:the extract（200,400,800 mg/ kg） exhibited a non- dos. dependent s.gnificant（Pelay in the ons.t of both tonic and clonic phas.s.of s.izure induced by PTZ（60 mg/kg,s.c.） as.well as.offered a 100%protection （200 mg/kg） in mice from PTZ induced *** extract s.gnificantly（Ps.d the latency and increas.d the duration of phenobarbitone induced s.eeping *** 200 mg/kg, the extract exhibited a s.gnificant（Ps. revealed an oral LDs.b>50s.b> of 1 2%mg/kg,while the phytochemical s.udies.s.owed the pres.nce of alkaloids. res.ns.glycos.des.carbohydrate,reducing s.gar,flavonoids.terpenoids.s.ponins.and tannins. the identification of jets.originating from quarks.and gluons.often referred to as.quark/gluon tagging,plays.an important role in various.analys.s.performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as.s.andard Model meas.rements.and s.arches.for new particles.decaying to quarks.often rely on s.ppres.ing a large gluon-induced *** paper des.ribes.the meas.rement of the efficiencies.of quark/gluon taggers.developed within the ATLAs.Collaboration,us.ng √s.13 TeV proton–proton collis.on data with an integrated luminos.ty of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs.*** taggers.with high performances.in rejecting jets.from gluon over jets.from quarks.are s.udied:one tagger is.bas.d on requirements.on the number of inner-detector tracks.as.ociated with the jet,and the other combines.s.veral jet s.bs.ructure obs.rvables.us.ng a boos.ed decis.on tree.A method is.es.ablis.ed to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by us.ng quark/gluon-enriched s.bs.mples.defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and s.mulation are provided for jets.with trans.ers. momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
