This paper uses an SBM-GML index model to assess Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)in China's carbon-intensive sectors and conducts an empirical investigation into which factors influence GTFP in these *** GTFP in the carbon-intensive sectors experienced a decline between 2006 and 2011,followed by an upward trend beginning in *** progress was the primary driver of GTFP growth,while business size was also a notable *** energy structures negatively influenced the high-quality development of the carbon-intensive sectors,and environmental regulation and foreign direct investment(FDI)have not yet significantly impacted *** on these findings,this paper suggests that the carbon-intensive sectors should expedite their green transitions by focusing on system improvement,technological innovations,energy revolutions,and high-level opening up.

Objective: To investigate the distribution of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D level status in type 2 diabetes mellitus inpatients, as well as the differences in general conditions and clinical indicators in patients with different Vitamin D status. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 250 admitted type 2 diabetes inpatients admitted to the endocrinology department of qinghai provincial hospital of traditional chinese medicine from september 2022 to december 2023, collated and analysed the general data and laboratory indicators of the patient cases, and applied spss26.0 to process and analyse the data and explore the differences in the general conditions and commonly used clinical nutritional indicators of type 2 diabetes in patients with different 25-hydroxyVitamin D levels. The differences between the different 25-hydroxy Vitamin D levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Results: 1) A total of 250 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included in this study, of which 56 cases (22.4%) were patients with 25 hydroxyvitamin D deficiency [25(OH)D P P P P > 0.05). 3) The distribution of some laboratory indexes among the three groups of patients was differentiated, with the average level of glycated haemoglobin in the lack group being significantly higher than that of the remaining two groups, the average level of albumin being significantly lower than that of the remaining two groups, and the average level of haemoglobin being significantly lower than that of the good group (P P > 0.05). Conclusion: The 25(OH)D level of type 2 diabetes mellitus inpatients is not optimistic. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, we should pay attention to the changes in 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels and other nutritional indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and focus on the control of blood glucose levels and timely supplementation of vitamins, proteins, and lipids, in order to improve the patients’ physical status, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the clinical

Independent manipulation of transmitted and reflected light fields is a key technology for the realization of multifunctional optical applications,which can be implemented based on multilayered plasmonic or supercell subwavelength ***,the former is not suitable for the optical bands,while the latter is insufficient in generating large phase ***,an adjoint-optimization-based inverse design methodology is proposed,which utilizes the polarization-selective local interference between individual meta-atoms and enables monolayer dielectric metasurfaces to decouple the wavefront of transmitted and reflected optical ***,this methodology serves to mitigate the aperiodic electromagnetic crosstalk inherent between adjacent meta-atoms,consequently leading to a significant enhancement in the performance of *** analyzed the physical mechanism of adjoint optimization and proposed the concept of phase factors,highlighting their importance in the rapid inverse design of meta-devices—an aspect often overlooked in previous *** demonstrate the feasibility and robustness of our method,we optimize monolayer metasurfaces with different initial *** devices efficiently focus and deflect x-linearly and y-linearly polarized incident light in transmission and reflection spaces,***,this methodology holds immense potential for designing multifunctional,high-performing metasurfaces that meet multiple constraints,opening up broad prospects for applications.

Objective:In this study,we aim to enhance the anti-prostate cancer efficacy of cabazitaxel(CTX)and reduce its immunosuppression and systemic toxicity by developing CTX-loaded liposomes modified with ginsenoside Rk1(Rk1/CTX-Lip).Methods:Physical and chemical properties of Rk1/CTX-Lip were *** evaluated the biological functions of Rk1/CTXLip,both in vitro and in vivo.A subcutaneous prostate cancer(RM-1)-bearing mouse model was established to study the efficacy of Rk1/CTX-Lip inhibition in ***,a Candida albicans infection model was established in tumor-bearing mice to study the infection-relieving efficacy of Rk1/***,biocompatibility and in vivo safety of Rk1/CTX-Lip were ***:We successfully prepared Rk1/CTX-Lip,achieving high CTX encapsulation efficiency(97.24±0.75)%and physical ***1/CTX-Lip demonstrated evasion of macrophage phagocytosis,effective tumor tissue targeting,and a significant reduction(>50%)in average tumor volume compared with Chol/***,it relieved the concurrent infection burden and effectively regulated immune organs and cells,demonstrating superior ***:Rk1/CTX-Lip presents a promising new therapy for prostate cancer and holds potential for relieving concurrent fungal infections in cancer patients with low immunity.

In this paper,we report a coherent beam combining(CBC)system that involves two thulium-doped all-polarization maintaining(PM)fiber chirped pulse *** phase-locking the two channels via a fiber stretcher by using the stochastic parallel gradient descent(SPGD)algorithm,a maximum average power of 265 W is obtained,with a CBC efficiency of 81%and a residual phase error of λ/*** de-chirping by a pair of diffraction gratings,the duration of the combined laser pulse is compressed to 690 *** into account the compression efficiency of 90%and the main peak energy proportion of 91%,the corresponding peak power is calculated to be 4 *** laser noise characteristics before and after CBC are examined,and the results indicate that the CBC would degrade the low frequency relative intensity noise(RIN),of which the integration is 1.74%in[100 Hz,2 MHz]at the maximum combined output *** addition,the effects of the nonlinear spectrum broadening during chirped pulse amplification on the CBC efficiency are also investigated,showing that a higher extent of pulse stretching is effective in alleviating the spectrum broadening and realizing a higher output power with decent combining efficiency.

Non-invasive image-guided precise photothermal/photodynamic therapy(PTT/PDT)has been proven to be an effective local treatment modality but incompetent against ***,the combination of local PTT/PDT and systemic immunotherapy would be a promising strategy for tumor ***,a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-visualized PTT/PDT agent(SIDP NMs)was constructed,and the efficacy of its multimodal combination with a programmed cell death 1(PD-1)inhibitor in the treatment of melanoma and metastases was *** to the hydrophobic encapsulation of indocyanine green within the micellar core,SIDP NMs exhibited excellent photothermal/photodynamic properties and stability under an 808 nm near-infrared *** vitro cell experiments showed that SIDP NMs had a good killing *** incubating with B16-F10 cells for 24 h and irradiating with an 808-nm laser for 10 min,cell viability decreased *** resonance imaging experiments in melanoma-bearing mice have shown that the dynamic distribution of SIDP NMs in tumor tissue could be monitored by T2WI and T2-MAP non-invasively due to the presence of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanocrystal in SIDP *** the 808 nm laser was irradiated at the maximum focusing time point shown by MRI,the temperature of the tumor area rapidly increased from 32℃to 60.7℃in 5 *** mouse melanoma ablation and distant tumor immunotherapy studies,SIDP NMs provided excellent MRI-guided PTT/PDT results and,when combined with PD-1 inhibitor,have great potential to cure primary tumors and eradicate metastases.

Neutron-skin thickness is a key parameter for a neutron-rich nucleus;however,it is difficult to *** the framework of the Lanzhou Quantum Molecular Dynamics(LQMD)model,a possible probe for the neutron-skin thickness(δ_(np))of neutron-rich ^(48)Ca was studied in the 140A MeV ^(48)Ca+^(9)Be projectile fragmentation reaction based on the parallel momentum distribution(p∥)of the residual fragments.A Fermi-type density distribution was employed to initiate the neutron density distributions in the LQMD simulations.A combined Gaussian function with different width parameters for the left side(Γ_(L))and the right side(Γ_(R))in the distribution was used to describe the p∥of the residual *** neutron-rich sulfur isotopes as examples,Γ_(L) shows a sensitive correlation withδ_(np) of ^(48)Ca,and is proposed as a probe for determining the neutron skin thickness of the projectile nucleus.

Jingmenviruses are a group of flavi-like viruses with segmented genome and have been found in various types of hosts,including humans,cattle,monkeys,bats,rodents,sheep,ticks,mosquitoes and ***,including the Jingmen tick virus(JMTV)and Alongshan virus(ALSV),have been associated with febrile illness and flu-like symptoms in *** polymerase plays critical roles in genome replication and transcription and is an ideal target for antiviral ***,we determined the crystal structures of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp)domains of JMTV and ALSV at 2.6Åand 3.2Åresolutions,*** overall structures of JMTV and ALSV RdRp domains are similar to those from the typical unsegmented viruses in Flaviviridae family,especially the Flavivirus *** and ALSV RdRps can be divided into three subdomains and the catalytical Motif A-G are conserved like the typical flaviviruses,whereas the zinc-binding pockets are absent from the JMTV and ALSV *** 50-ends of jingmenvirus genomes are varied in length and sequence,and a highly conserved 8-nucleotide element located on the tip of stem loop A was identified and shown to be required for binding with RdRp and performing de novo replication *** findings provide important structural insights into RdRp of segmented flavivirus and reveal the key region of virus genome responsible for replication initiation,which would promote molecular understanding of segmented flavivirus replication and the structure-based design of antiviral drugs against flaviviruses.
