由于BERT模型庞大的参数量和在预训练阶段的过拟合问题,本文针对性地提出了基于分数阶高斯噪声(fGn)的即插即用模块FGnTune.该模块利用fGn引入随机性,用于提高BERT预训练模型在情感文本分类任务中的性能. fGn是具有长程依赖和非平稳性的随机信号,通过在BERT微调阶段为参数融入fGn噪声,进一步增强模型的鲁棒性,降低过拟合的可能性.通过对不同网络模型及多种数据集进行实验分析,在不需增加模型的额外参数或增加其结构复杂度的前提下,引入FGnTune模块可以使模型的准确率在原有基础上提升约0.3%~0.9%.

We introduce the fractional-order global optimal backpropagation machine,which is trained by an improved fractionalorder steepest descent method(FSDM).This is a fractional-order backpropagation neural network(FBPNN),a state-of-the-art fractional-order branch of the family of backpropagation neural networks(BPNNs),different from the majority of the previous classic first-order BPNNs which are trained by the traditional first-order steepest descent *** reverse incremental search of the proposed FBPNN is in the negative directions of the approximate fractional-order partial derivatives of the square ***,the theoretical concept of an FBPNN trained by an improved FSDM is described ***,the mathematical proof of fractional-order global optimal convergence,an assumption of the structure,and fractional-order multi-scale global optimization of the FBPNN are analyzed in ***,we perform three(types of)experiments to compare the performances of an FBPNN and a classic first-order BPNN,i.e.,example function approximation,fractional-order multi-scale global optimization,and comparison of global search and error fitting abilities with real *** higher optimal search ability of an FBPNN to determine the global optimal solution is the major advantage that makes the FBPNN superior to a classic first-order BPNN.

With the rapid development of large-scale development of marginal oilfields in China,simple wellhead platforms that are simple in structure and easy to install have become an inevitable choice in the process of oilfield ***,traditional simple wellhead platforms are often discarded after a single *** pursuit of a more costeffective approach to developing marginal oilfields,this paper proposes a new offshore oil field development facility—an integrated bucket foundation for wellhead *** verify the safety of its towing behavior and obtain the dynamic response characteristics of the structure,this paper takes a bucket integrated bucket foundation for wellhead platform with a diameter of 40 m as the research *** combining physical model tests and numerical simulations,it analyzes the static stability and dynamic response characteristics of the structure during towing,complete with the effects of the draft,wave height,wave period,and towing point height,which produce the dynamic responses of the structure under different influence factors,such as roll angle,pitch angle,heave acceleration and towing force as well as the sensibility to transport *** results show that the integrated bucket foundation for wellhead platform is capable of self-floating towing,and its movement is affected by the local environment,which will provide a reference for actual projects.

The state space explosion problem is still the key obstacle for applying model checking to systems of industrial size. Abstraction-based methods have been particularly successful in this regard. This paper presents an approach based on refinement of search space partition and abstraction which combines these two techniques for reducing the complexity of model checking. The refinement depends on the representation of each portion of search space. Especially, search space can be refined stepwise to get a better reduction. As reported in the case study, the integration of search space partition and abstraction improves the efficiency of verification with respect to the requirement of memory and obtains significant advantage over the use of each of them in isolation.

The size of pores or the grille spacing of water–sediment separation structures directly affects their regulation effect on the debris flow performance.A suitable pore size or grille spacing can effectively improve the water–sediment separation ability of the *** new funnel-type grating water–sediment separation structure(FGWSS)combines vertical and horizontal structures and provides a satisfactory water–sediment separation ***,the regulation effect of the grille spacing of the structure on the debris flow performance has not been *** regulation effect of the structure grille spacing on the debris flow performance is studied through a flume test,and the optimal structure grille spacing is *** empirical equation of the relationship between the relative grille spacing of the structure and the sediment separation rate is ***,the influence of the water–sediment separation structure on the regulation effect of debris flows is examined from two aspects:external factors(properties of debris flows)and internal factors(structural factors).The experimental results show that the gradation characteristics of solid particles in debris flows constitute a key factor affecting the regulation effect of the structure on the debris flow *** optimum grille spacing of the FGWSS matches the particle size corresponding to the material distribution curves d85~d90 of the debris *** total separation rate of debris flow particles is related to the grille spacing of the structure and the content of coarse and fine particles in the debris flow.

The evolution of ablative Rayleigh–Taylor instability(ARTI)induced by single-mode stationary and time-varying perturbations in heat flux is studied numerically in two *** with the stationary case,time-varying heat-flux perturbation mitigates ARTI growth because of the enhanced thermal smoothing induced by the wave-like traveling heat flux.A resonance is found to form when the phase velocity of the heat-flux perturbation matches the average sound speed in the ablation *** the resonant regime,the coherent density and temperature fluctuations enhance the electron thermal conduction in the ablation region and lead to larger ablation pressure and effective acceleration,which consequently yield higher linear growth rate and saturated bubble *** enhanced effective acceleration offers increased implosion velocity but can also compromise the integrity of inertial confinement fusion shells by causing faster ARTI growth.
