G.： Amenability and weak amenability for Beurling and Lipschitz algebras. Proc. London Math. Soc., 55（2）, 359-377 （1987）） is studied. The new version of a Banach algebra defined with a continuous homomorphism is introduced and Arens regularity and various notions of amenability of this algebra are studied.

Prostate-associated gene 4 （PAGE4） is a remarkably prostate-specific cancer/Testis Antigen that is highly upregulated in the human fetal prostate and its diseased states but not in the adult normal gland. PAGE4 is an intrinsically disordered protein （IDP） that functions as a stress-response protein to suppress reactive oxygen species as well as prevent DNA damage. In addition, PAGE4 is also a transcriptional regulator that potentiates transactivation by the oncogene c-Jun, c-Jun forms the AP-1 complex by heterodimerizing with members of the Fos family and plays an important role in the development and pathology of the prostate gland, underscoring the importance of the PAGE4/c-Jun interaction. HIPK1, also a component of the stress-response pathway, phosphorylates PAGE4 at T51 which is critical for its transcriptional activity. Phosphorylation induces conformational and dynamic switching in the PAGE4 ensemble leading to a new cellular function. Finally, bioinformatics evidence suggests that the PAGE4 mRNA could be alternatively spliced resulting in four potential isoforms of the polypeptide alluding to the possibility of a range of conformational ensembles with latent functions. considered together, the data suggest that PAGE4 may represent the first molecular link between stress and prostate cancer （Pca）. Thus, pharmacologically targeting PAGE4 may be a novel opportunity for treating and managing patients with Pca, especially patients with low-risk disease.

Plants employ several strategies to maintain cellular ion homeostasis under salinity stress, including mediat-ing ion fluxes by transmembrane transport proteins and adjusting osmotic pressure by accumulating osmolytes. The HKT （high-affinity potassium transporter） gene family comprises Na^＋ and Na^＋/K^＋ transporters in diverse plant species, with HKT1,1 as the only member in Arabidopsis thaliana. cell-type-specific overexpression of AtHKT1;1 has been shown to prevent shoot Na^＋ overaccumulation under salinity stress. Here, we analyzed a broad range of metabolites and elements in shoots and roots of different AtHKT1;1 genotypes and their parental strains before and after salinity stress, revealing a reciprocal relationship of metabolite differences between an AtHKT1;1 knockout line （hktl;1） and the AtHKT1;1 overex- pressing lines （E2586 UASGAL4：HKT1;1 and J2731＊UASGAL4：HKT1;1）. Although levels of root sugars were increased after salt stress in both AtHKTI,1 overexpressing lines, E2586 UASGAL4：HKT1;1 showed higher accumulation of the osmopro-tectants trehalose, gentiobiose, and melibiose, whereas J2731＊UASGAL4：HKT1;1 showed higher levels of sucrose and raffinose, compared with their parental lines, respectively. In contrast, the knockout line hktl,1 showed strong increases in the levels of the tricarboxylic acid （TcA） cycle intermediates in the shoots after salt treatment. This coincided with a significant depletion of sugars, suggesting that there is an increased rate of carbon influx into the TcA cycle at a constant rate of c-efflux from the cycle, which might be needed to support plant survival during salt stress. Using correlation analysis, we identified associations between the Na^＋ content and several sugars, suggesting that regulation of sugar metabolism is important in plant responses to salinity stress.

The phenomenological non-relativistic quark model has been employed to obtain the ground state masses of light vector mesons and their radially excited states and their decay *** full hamiltonian used in the investigation has kinetic energy,the confinement potential and the one-gluon-exchange potential.A good agreement is obtained with the experimental masses and their leptonic decay widths.

High-Si spring steel was heat treated in three different ways： Quenching and tempering at 460 ℃ to obtain a tempered martensite microstructure, and austempering at 300 and 350 ℃, respectively, to obtain two different carbide-free bainitic microstructures. In the steel austempered at 350 ℃, both the bainite lath thickness and retained austenite content were higher than those of the steel austempered at 300 ℃. Rotating-bending fatigue tests were done in order to evaluate the effect of each heat treatment on the high-cycle fatigue behavior of the steel. When the austempering temperature was 300 ℃, the endurance limit was increased by 25% despite a 5% reduction in tensile strength when compared with that of the quenched and tempered steel. The relationship between endurance limit [Rfat （50~）] and ultimate tensile strength （Rm） was higher for the austempered samples in comparison with that of the quenched and tempered material. Therefore, it is believed that the presence of retained austenite affects the relationship between endurance limit and tensile strength.

The masses of pion and sigma meson modes,along with their dissociation in the quark medium,provide detailed spectral structures of the chiral *** has been observed in pA and pp systems both at LHc and *** this research,we studied the restoration of chiral symmetry by investigating the finite size effect on the detailed structure of chiral partners in the framework of the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio *** diffusion and conduction have been studied using this dissociation *** is determined that the masses,widths,diffusion coefficients,and conductivities of chiral partners merge at different temperatures in the restoration phase of chiral ***,merging points are shifted to lower temperatures when finite size effect is introduced into the *** strengths of diffusions and conductions are also reduced once the finite size is introduced in the calculations.

This paper attempts to analyze the kinetics involved in the drying of green peas in‘with blanching’and‘without blanching’*** by hot water mixed with a solution of citric acid(0.1–0.2 mg/ml)at 70c–100c is the treatment provided to the samples of green *** analysis shows that the moisture content in green peas of three different sizes is reduced at different temperatures and demonstrates the effect of the rate of drying of the moisture *** different diameters and temperatures,the parameters are analyzed using‘with blanching’and‘without blanching’*** is observed that‘with blanching’process plays a significant role in the reduction of moisture content under different temperatures and diameters in a lesser time as compared to‘without blanching’.The operative activation energy and moisture diffusivity are described by using Fick’s law of *** calculation of effective moisture diffusivity can be done via the utilization of *** drying data is subjected to two models of mathematical nature:Simple Exponential model,and Page *** performance of these models is examined by means of comparing the coefficient of determination(R2),chi-square(v2)and root mean square error(RMSE)between the experimental and forecasted value of moisture ratio obtained‘with blanching’and‘without blanching’.The experimental data was seen to be in accordance with the Page *** comparisons of energy consumption,energy efficiency and also the cost of the drying processes for‘with blanching’and‘without blanching’have been accomplished to optimize and reduce process condition and the cost of the process,respectively.

This article is devoted to a newly introduced numerical method for time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation in a multidimensional *** time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation plays a great role in solving the problems arising in ocean science and *** numerical technique comprises of Sumudu transform,homotopy perturbation scheme and He’s polynomial,namely homotopy perturbation Sumudu transform method(HPSTM)is efficiently used to examine time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation of third order in multi-dimensional *** approximate analytic solution of the time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation of third-order in multi-dimensional space obtained by HPSTM is compared with exact solution as well as the solution obtained by using Adomain decomposition *** results derived with the aid of two techniques are in a good agreement and consequently these techniques may be considered as an alternative and efficient approach for solving fractional partial differential *** test problems are experimented to confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed methods.
