In the present paper, we define Dislocated Soft Metric Space and discuss about the existence and uniqueness of soft fixed point of a cyclic mapping in soft dislocated metric space. We also prove the unique soft fixed point theorems of a cyclic mapping in the context of dislocated soft metric space. Examples are given for support of the results.

微米尺度下的生物流体混合是生物微机电系统(BioMEMS)和分析化学等领域研究的重要问题之一,目前的混合方式多以被动式自由扩散为主,存在流体混合效率不高的现象.针对该问题,设计了一种主动式聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微混合器.该装置利用脉冲气体对多个PDMS微隔膜进行顺序驱动,可实现微混合室中不同液体的快速混合和反应.同时,基于鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光反应机理,以辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作为催化剂,进行了微混合器最佳工作条件研究,基于HRP化学发光分析法和L25-5-6正交实验,确定出微混合器化学发光分析法的最优实验条件组合,并在此实验条件下完成了HRP的微量测定.实验结果表明,目前检测体系下线性范围为2.05×10-9 mol/L～2.05×10-8 mol/L,检测限为2.05×10-9 mol/L,检测反应时间小于2 min,可满足生物医学和分析化学领域对于物质测定方面的微量、快速的检测要求.

Oxidative stress arises from an imbalance between the body’s pro-oxidants and ***,oxidative stress has been proven a contributing factor to many female reproductive disorders including infertility,preeclampsia,endometriosis and polycystic ovarian ***,we review the mechanistic role of oxidative stress in inducing the most common female reproductive *** current review has also highlighted the protective role of vitamin C,necessary for certain female reproductive hormone secretion by the antral follicle and corpus luteum and also essential for collagen production in ovarian tissue remodeling after ovulation,in alleviating oxidative stress and thus improving female reproductive outcomes.

This paper deals with implementation of Sinusoidal Pulse-Width-Modulation (SPWM) for a single-phase hybrid power filter generator for Photovoltaic (PV) and wind grid applications. Using policy iteration algorithm, an improved variable step-size perturbation and observation algorithm is contrived and it is implemented proficiently using a hard-ware description language (VHDL) (Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language). Subsequently, the new generated grid source supplements the existing grid power in rural houses during its cut off or restricted supply period. The software is used for generating SPWM modulation integrated with a solar-power & wind power grid system which is implemented on the Spartan 3 FPGA. The proposed algorithm performs as a conventional controller in terms of tracking speed and mitigating fluctuation output power in steady state operation which is shown in the experimental results with a commercial PV array and HPW (Height Weight Proportional) show. Simulation results demonstrate the validity with load of the proposed algorithm.

Physicians Attitude towards Pressure Injury Prevention and Management

Background: Cancer and its management can cause cachexia, which, along with prolonged immobility could lead to the development of chronic pressure ulcers (PU). These complications result into infection and/or pressure injury. Though pressure injury related tasks, are deemed to be given to staff nurses alone. Little of literature is available on the physician’s attitude towards PU prevention and management. Medical interns in 2015 concluded that 70% of them need more education in pressure injury. Present study is about physicians involved in pressure injury identification and management in a Cancer Center. Material and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in King Fahad Medical City among oncology physicians using self-administered 11 statement survey questionnaire. Physician residents, fellows, assistant consultants’ and consultants’ attitudes were compared. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS. Results: In total 50 physicians completed the survey. The physicians demonstrated a positive attitude with an average mean score of 42.35 ± 4.65 (32, 51). The difference in the attitude scores among sub-groups was not statistically significant. Conclusions: Our study demonstrated a positive attitude towards pressure ulcer prevention and management among physicians working in Cancer Center. We have also highlighted the challenges in maintaining this positive attitude and possible strategies for improvement in the future.

We report a case of Ewings sarcoma(ES) involving the patella in a young female. ES of patella is a rare entity. The patient was presented with anterior knee pain and swelling arising from the patella. She was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by wide excision of the patella and reconstruction of the extensor mechanism using split tendoachilles auto graft. The patella is an uncommon site for primary or metastatic tumors of the bone. ES, though rare, should be included in the differential diagnosis of swellings arising from the patella. Auto graft from the tendoachilles is a good alternative for reconstructing the extensor mechanism of the knee.

Nasopharyngeal colonization of otopathogens in South Indian children with acuteotitis media -- A case control pilot study

Background: Acute otitis media (AOM) is an inflammatory disease of the middle ear causing significantmorbidity in early childhood. A pilot study was undertaken to identify the role of various risk factorsSouth Indian children with AOM, especially the role of nasopharyngeal ***: A prospective case control pilot study was conducted in children aged below six years,presenting to a single tertiary care from 2018 to 2019. Fifty cases with AOM and 45 age and gendermatched controls were recruited. Two nasopharyngeal swabs were collected, one was processed forbacterial culture. The other swab was processed according to the CDC recommended broth enrichmentmethod to identify carriage of S. pneumoniae. Subsequent serotyping was done by Quellung method andconventional sequential multiplex ***: Otalgia was the major presentation seen in 92% of the children with AOM. None of the clinical anddemographic characteristics were found to be statistically significant between the cases and controls. Themost common otopathogen was S. pneumoniae (55%) followed by H. influenza (29%). The commonS. pneumoniae serotypes encountered were 11A and *** colonization with S. pneumoniae[OR 6.57, p < 0.003] and H. influenzae [OR14.18, p < 0.003] were significant risk factors for AOM inchildren. The risk increased with co-colonization (OR 13.89,p < 0.003).Conclusion: This study strengthens the significant association between nasopharyngeal colonization ofotopathogens and AOM as a risk factor that is enhanced by co-colonization.S. pneumoniae was the mainotopathogen in this population, serotypes 11A and 19F being the most common.

In the present paper, we prove two theorems. In first theorem, we prove fixed point result for self-maps in the metric space under contractive condition of integral type by altering distance. In second result, we prove a unique common fixed point theorem by considering four sub compatible maps under a contractive condition of integral type.
