小细胞肺癌占所有肺癌的25%。研究表明,小细胞肺癌的癌细胞会分泌具有高度特异性的神经肽,胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP:Pro-Gastrin-Releasing Peptide)。ProGRP诊断小细胞肺癌具有高灵敏度(最高可达到86%)和高特异性(肾功能正常情况下,ProGRP在150 pg/mL左右对于小细胞肺癌的诊断特异性近100%)。与CEA、CYFRA 21-1、NSE及嗜铬粒蛋白A等其他肺癌相关肿瘤标志物相比,ProGRP在释放量、肿瘤特异性及器官特异性都占有优势。由于在发生良性病变及其他癌症(包括非小细胞肺癌在内)时,没有ProGRP产生或产生量很少,因此ProGRP检测对于鉴别诊断有很大帮助。由于ProGRP的释放不依赖于肿瘤分期,所以该标志物可用于高危人群(如,吸烟者)的筛查。此外,ProGRP对于复发癌症的检出灵敏度高达74%,高于NSE(32%)及CEA(56%)的监测表现,成为小细胞肺癌病变进展最明确的指标。由此可见,ProGRP是一种作常罕见的小细胞肺癌生物学标志物,有重要诊断应用价值。本文就此方面研究现状作一概述。

Aims The aim of the study was to discover what set of variables best explains the transition from warm to mesic forest *** on various variables grouped into sets(geomorphological,ecological,structural,soil characteristics and chorological),six models were built and tested by generalized additive mixed models(GAMMs).We assumed that each set of variables has different explanatory *** aim was to compare the six different models(sets of variables),to test which model best explains the species turnover in forest communities along the transition between warm and mesic temperate forests and to try to find reasons for the different explanatory power of the *** The research took place in the southern part of the Balkan *** sampling was done according to standard *** gradient from warm to mesic forests was defined as the turnover of species and evaluated by projection of samples on the first unconstrained DCA ***,ecological,structural and soil characteristics,together with chorological sets of variables,were regressed on the turnover of species *** on the five sets of variables,six models were constructed and tested by generalized additive mixed *** Findings Ecological conditions best explain the change of forest communities along the gradient;evolution and the development of vegetation reflected in chorotypes are also of high importance;geomorphology and structure seem not to change so dramatically and soil shows the least significant differences of *** variables are the most important set of variables in the transition between warm and mesic temperate forests but eco-evolutionary dynamics after the Pleistocene should also be taken into consideration.

For the emerging peer-to-peer(P2P)lending markets to survive,they need to employ credit-risk management practices such that an investor base is profitable in the long ***,credit-risk management relies on credit scoring that predicts loans’probability of *** this paper,we use a profit scoring approach that is based on modeling the annualized adjusted internal rate of returns of *** validate our profit scoring models with traditional credit scoring models,we use data from a European P2P lending market,Bondora,and also a random sample of loans from the Lending Club P2P lending *** compare the out-of-sample accuracy and profitability of the credit and profit scoring models within several classes of statistical and machine learning models including the following:logistic and linear regression,lasso,ridge,elastic net,random forest,and neural *** found that our approach outperforms standard credit scoring models for Lending Club and Bondora *** specifically,as opposed to credit scoring models,returns across all loans are 24.0%(Bondora)and 15.5%(Lending Club)higher,whereas accuracy is 6.7%(Bondora)and 3.1%(Lending Club)higher for the proposed profit scoring ***,our results are not driven by manual selection as profit scoring models suggest investing in more ***,even if we consider data sampling bias,we found that the set of superior models consists almost exclusively of profit scoring ***,our results contribute to the literature by suggesting a paradigm shift in modeling credit-risk in the P2P market to prefer profit as opposed to credit-risk scoring models.

Background:A small percentage of incomplete optical colonoscopies(OCs)are the result of an obstructing *** to current guidelines,CT colonography(CTC)is performed to prevent missing a synchronous *** aim of this study was to evaluate how frequently a synchronous tumor was found on CTC and how often this led to a change in the surgical ***:In this retrospective study,a total of 267 patients underwent CTC after an incomplete OC as a result of an obstructing colorectal carcinoma(CRC).Among them,210 patients undergoing surgery met the inclusion criteria and were included in the *** OC report,CTC report and surgical report of these patients were retrospectively evaluated for the presence of synchronous tumors using surgery and post-operative colonoscopy as the gold ***:Six of the 210 patients(2.9%)showed signs of a synchronous CRC proximal to the obstructing tumor on *** three of these patients,a synchronous CRC was confirmed during *** these tumors caused a change in the surgical *** out of the six tumors found on CTC were found to be large,non-malignant *** these polyps were located in the same segment as the obstructing tumor and therefore did not alter the surgical ***:In patients with obstructing CRC,the frequency of synchronous CRCs proximal to this lesion is *** a CTC leads to a change in surgical plan based on the presence of these synchronous tumors in 1.4%of the *** should be employed as a one-stop shop in patients with an obstructing CRC.

Detecting Forest Fire Prone Areas Using Object-Based Image Analysis and GIS Techniques： A Case Study in Kayer Khola, Nepal

Every year during summer, natural and human-induced forest fires threaten the environment in the largely forested areas of the Himalayan region and the local population living near these forests. Nepal, with its multitude of forests, is one of the most forest fire-prone areas in the region. This study examines the possibility of averting forest fires, minimizing their frequency and the damage they cause, through advanced mapping of forest fire prone areas using a VHSR （very-high spatial resolution） satellite image of GeoEye-1, DEM （digital elevation data） created from topographic maps and additional data layers （e.g., precipitation, settlements）. The study was conducted in Kayer Khola, Chitwan district, Nepal. The classification of the satellite image has been performed using OBIA （object-based image analysis） techniques taking into account spectral, spatial and context information as well as hierarchical properties. The land cover classification result was thereafter combined with additional data in ArcGIS, where the input layers were reclassified and all classes of the input layers ranked according to their proneness to forest fires. Fire prone areas were delineated in five classes ranging from very high to very low. The study revealed that 82% of fires occur in forest areas. This case study in Kayer Khola shows that OBIA and GIS modeling techniques can be used to successfully identify forest fire-prone areas. The mapping of forest fire-prone areas will enable forest departments in countries of the Himalayan region to delineate forest fire prone areas, which can guide the forest departments set up appropriate fire-fighting infrastructure in these areas and thus help, minimize or avert forest fires.

The ability to track & trace materials is a key feature in the entire chain, and it ensures circularity principles. Examples from plastic recycling show the enormous added value that analytical technology can have for the circular economy. During polymer production and recycling processes, pigments can be added for different purposes;e.g. as colouring agent of the polymeric product but also as tracer for tracking process development and control in the final recycle products versus possible by-products. An analytical method for tracking the pigment Solvent Blue 15 in input materials, in intermediates as well as in recyclates was developed by tracing and quantifying an indicator metal which is copper (Cu). Therefore, suitable digestion procedures and a quantification method by high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS) were developed and used for measuring the polymeric digests. The method was tested on relevant samples from chemical recycling processes. The background concentrations in base/raw material are in the range of 0.05 - 0.1 mg·kg-1 Cu.
