Herein,a novel single-atomic Pt doping and interface-rich CoS/Co(OH)_(2.(Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2./C)electrocatalyst has been successfully *** from precise regulation of d-orbital electronic structure modulation on Co site,Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2./C exhibited remarkable HER activity and high stability for hydrogen evolution in splitting both water(73 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2.) and seawater(87 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2.).Notably,atomic Pt doping was introduced into CoS/Co(OH)_(2.,which could produce local unbalanced Coulombic force and significantly increased the number of S vacancies,and then expose abundant Co ***,Co(OH)_(2. in Pt-CoS/Co(OH)_(2./C could act as the adsorption sites for H_(2.O in hydrogen evolution reaction *** functional theory results also proved that atomic Pt doping,S vacancies and Co(OH)_(2. coupling could result in the formation of enriched electronic Co sites and optimize d_(z2. orbital electronic structure,and then realize the depth upward shift of d-band center and enhance the adsorption of H*on Co sites.

The asymptotic waveform evaluation （AWE） technique is a rational function approximation method in computational mathemetics, which is used in many appllcations in computational electromagnetlca. In this paper, the performance of the AWE technique in conjunction with hybrid finite element/boundary integral （FE/BI） method is firstly Inveetlgeted. The formuletlon of the AWE applied in hybrid FE/BI method is given in detail. The characteristic implementation of the application of the AWE to the hybrid FE/BI method is discussed. Numarlcel results demonstrate that the AWE technique can greatly speed up the hybrid FE/BI method to acquire wide-band and wide-angle backecatter radar-cross-section （RCS） by complex targets.

Dear Editor,The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.rapidly evolutes to increase its infectivity and transmissibility,facilitates its immune escape,impairs vaccine efficacy,and currently causes repeated infections in human,which is mainly determined by the accumulated mutations in spike(S).1 Transmembrane S is a heavily glycosylated protein on the surface of the virion as homotrimer,responsible for binding to human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2.hACE2.receptor.2.While the architecture of S trimers has been well studied,how the stability of S is regulated by potential host factors remains unknown.

The limited infiltration and persistence of chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cells is primarily responsible for their treatment deficits in solid tumors. Here, we present a three-dimensional scaffold, inspired by the physiological process of T-cell proliferation in lymph nodes. This scaffold gathers the function of loading,delivery, activation and expansion for CAR-T cells to enhance their therapeutic effects on solid tumors. This porous device is made from poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) by a microfluidic technique with the modification of T-cell stimulatory signals, including anti-CD3, anti-CD2. antibodies, as well as cytokines. This scaffold fosters a 50-fold CAR-T cell expansion in vitro and a 15-fold cell expansion in vivo. Particularly, it maintains long-lasting expansion of CAR-T cells for up to 30 days in a cervical tumor model and significantly inhibits the tumor growth. This biomimetic delivery strategy provides a versatile platform of cell delivery and activation for CAR-T cells in treating solid tumors.

The interaction between sites A, B and X with passivation molecules is restricted when the conventional passivation strategy is applied in perovskite（ABX3） photovoltaics. Fortunately, the revolving A-site presents an opportunity to strengthen this interaction by utilizing an external field. Herein, we propose a novel approach to achieving an ordered magnetic dipole moment, which is regulated by a magnetic field via the coupling effect between the chiral passivation molecule and the A-site（formamidine ion） in *** strategy can increase the molecular interaction energy by approximately four times and ensure a well-ordered molecular arrangement. The quality of the deposited perovskite film is significantly optimized with inhibited nonradiative recombination. It manages to reduce the open-circuit voltage loss of photovoltaic devices to 360 mV and increase the power conversion efficiency to 2..2.%. This finding provides a new insight into the exploration of A-sites in perovskites and offers a novel route to improving the device performance of perovskite photovoltaics.

It is known in the computational electromagnetics （CEM） that the node element has a relative wellconditioned matrix, but suffers from the spurious solution problem; whereas the edge element has no spurious solutions, but usually produces an ill-conditioned matrix. Particularly, when the mesh is over dense, the iterative solution of the matrix equation from edge element converges very slowly. Based on the node element and edge element, a node-edge element is presented, which has no spurious solutions and better-conditioned matrix. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed node-edge element is more efficient than now-widely used edge element.

随着新能源汽车的推广应用,车辆规模爆发式增长的同时,在新能源汽车的产品端、运行端以及服务端出现了一系列问题:产品质量监管成效低、运行安全管控不精准、公共服务管理不全面。这些问题影响着新能源汽车的安全可靠运行,制约着新能源汽车产业的发展,已经成为了行业的痛点。在汽车数字化的时代背景下,以大数据为核心,推动新能源汽车管理与服务关键技术的发展,是实现新能源汽车安全可靠高效应用、消除消费者安全焦虑、推动产业跨越式发展的必要支撑和保障。为了较为全面地综述该领域的技术水平和创新成果,从新能源汽车质量测评和溯源技术、新能源汽车安全运行管控和充电服务技术、新能源汽车行为分析辨识和碳核算技术3方面详细论述新能源汽车管理与服务关键技术的研究现状,并重点介绍了“运行大数据+”的新能源汽车“质量监管-运行管控-服务管理”技术体系,最后对目前新能源汽车管理与服务关键技术在产品质量监管、运行安全管控以及公共服务管理等方面存在的问题进行总结,对以大数据分析和挖掘为核心的新能源汽车“质量监测-运行管控-服务管理”技术进行展望。该综述可为新能源汽车管理与服务相关技术的进一步提高提供借鉴,也可为未来该领域技术的发展方向提供参考。

We have examined the myogenic potential of human embryonic stem(hES)cells in a xeno-transplantation *** we show that precursors differentiated from hES cells can undergo myogenesis in an adult environmentand give rise to a range of cell types in the myogenic *** study provides direct evidences that hES cells canregenerate both muscle and satellite cells in viro and are another promising cell type for treating muscle degenerativedisorders in addition to other myogenic cell types.

航空发动机检验试车时,进口空气湿度会影响对发动机性能的准确评判。针对航空发动机试车台,开展了空气雾化加湿系统设计与研究。采用基于欧拉法的气液两相流动计算方法研究了液滴喷出后的运动过程和传质过程,分析了液滴参数对空气湿度的影响。计算结果表明:液滴直径直接影响了空气的加湿湿度,饱和水蒸气加湿流量条件下,空气温度与液滴最大允许直径成抛物线关系;低温环境时,可以通过喷射过盈的水流量增大空气湿度。根据分析结果,完成了航空发动机试车台雾化喷嘴选型和喷雾段设计,通过开启不同数量的喷嘴可以满足不同温度下进口空气的加湿需求。

Diabetic foot ulcers（DFUs） are a serious vascular disease. Currently, no effective methods are available for treating DFUs. Pro-protein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9（PCSK9） regulates lipid levels to promote atherosclerosis. However, the role of PCSK9 in DFUs remains unclear. In this study, we found that the expression of PCSK9 in endothelial cells（ECs） increased significantly under high glucose（HG）stimulation and in diabetic plasma and vessels. Specifically, PCSK9 promotes the E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NEDD4 binding to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2.VEGFR2., which led to the ubiquitination of VEGFR2. resulting in its degradation and downregulation in ECs. Furthermore, PCSK9 suppresses the expression and activation of AKT, endothelial nitric oxide synthase（eNOS）, and ERK1/2. leading to decreased nitric oxide（NO） production and increased superoxide anion(O2.-) generation, which impairs vascular endothelial function and angiogenesis. Importantly, using evolocumab to limit the increase in PCSK9 expression blocked the HG-induced inhibition of NO production and the increase in O2.-production, as well as inhibited the phosphorylation and expression of AKT, eNOS, and ERK1/***, evolocumab improved vascular endothelial function and angiogenesis, and promoted wound healing in diabetes. Our findings suggest that targeting PCSK9 is a novel therapeutic approach for treating DFUs.
