目的:探讨隐适美矫治器与Damon Q自锁托槽非拔牙矫治牙列拥挤患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年1月在笔者医院完成非拔牙矫正治疗的100例牙列拥挤患者为研究对象,根据不同矫治方式分为隐适美组(使用隐适美矫治器行正畸治疗)52例和Damon Q组(使用Damon Q自锁托槽矫治器行正畸治疗)48例。对比分析两组患者牙弓宽度指标(尖牙间宽度、第一前磨牙间宽度、第一磨牙间宽度),牙周健康指标[牙龈指数(Gingival index,GI)、菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,SBI)],龈沟液炎症指标[白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)],以及口腔相关生活质量评分。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者牙弓宽度均显著增加(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者GI、PLI、SBI、IL-1β、TNF-α指标均显著高于治疗前,且Damon Q组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后各指标均高于隐适美组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者OHIP-14评分均高于治疗前,且Damon Q组治疗3个月、6个月后各指标评分均高于隐适美组(P<0.05);但治疗结束后,两组患者OHIP-14评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:隐适美矫治器和Damon Q自锁托槽非拔牙矫治牙列拥挤均有良好效果,可改善牙弓宽度,对患者牙齿口腔卫生影响较小,但隐适美矫治器更易保证牙周健康,控制牙周疾病的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are promising seed cells for neural regeneration therapy owing to their plasticity and accessibility.They possess several inherent characteristics advantageous for the transplantation-based treatment of neurological disorders,including neural differentiation,immunosuppression,neurotrophy,and safety.However,the therapeutic efficacy of MSCs alone remains unsatisfactory in most cases.To improve some of their abilities,many studies have employed genetic engineering to transfer key genes into MSCs.Both viral and nonviral methods can be used to overexpress therapeutic proteins that complement the inherent properties.However,to date,different modes of gene transfer have specific drawbacks and advantages.In addition,MSCs can be functionalized through targeted gene modification to facilitate neural repair by promoting neural differentiation,enhancing neurotrophic and neuroprotective functions,and increasing survival and homing abilities.The methods of gene transfer and selection of delivered genes still need to be optimized for improved therapeutic and targeting efficacies while minimizing the loss of MSC function.In this review,we focus on gene transport technologies for engineering MSCs and the application of strategies for selecting optimal delivery genes.Further,we describe the prospects and challenges of their application in animal models of different neurological lesions to broaden treatment alternatives for neurological diseases.

To evaluate the shear bond strength（SBS） and bond failure interface after the debonding of orthodontic brackets with a resin-modified glass ionomer cement（RMGIC） under six bonding conditions, 140 premolar teeth were randomly divided into seven groups. The brackets of all groups, except for control group, were bonded using a RMGIC. The teeth were debonded using a universal testing machine. The shear bond strength, adhesive remnant index （ARI） and enamel fracture were examined for each debonding. A significant difference existed in SBS under wet and dry conditions in two groups of Fuji Ortho LC. Different degree of enamel fracture was seen in groups of Fuji Ortho LC（dry/37% phosphoric acid treated） after debonding. Bond failed predominantly at the enamel-adhesive interface, except for phosphoric acid treated groups. The RMGIC achieve a clinically effective adhesion in orthodontics under different bonding conditions.

Li_(2)MnO_(3)and Li_(2)RuO_(3)represent two prototype Li-rich transition metal(TM)oxides as high-capacity cathodes for Li-ion batteries,which have similar crystal structures but show quite different cycling performances.Here,based on the first-princi-ples calculations,we systematically studied the electronic structures and defect properties of these two Li-rich cathodes,in order to get more understanding on the structural degradation mechanism in Li-rich TM oxides.Our calculations indicated that the structural and cycling stability of Li_(2)MnO_(3)and Li_(2)RuO_(3)depend closely on their electronic structures,especially the energy of their highest occupied electronic states(HOS),as it largely determines the defect properties of these cathodes.For Li_(2)MnO_(3)with low-energy HOS,we found that,due to the defect charge transfer mechanism,various defects can form spontaneously in its host structure as Li ions are extracted upon delithiation,which seriously deteriorates its structural and cycling stability.While for Li_(2)RuO_(3),on the other hand,we identified that the high-energy HOS prevents it from the defect formation upon delithi-ation and thus preserve its cycling reversibility.Our studies thus illustrated an electronic origin of the structural degradation in Li-rich TM oxides and implied that it is possible to improve their cycling performances by carefully adjusting their TM compo-nents.

外泌体是一类由活细胞分泌的具有磷脂双分子层结构的囊泡,其内携带RNA、DNA、蛋白质、脂质等多种信号分子,起到细胞间信号传递的作用,从而调控生理病理过程。外泌体的提取技术包括差速离心技术、等密度梯度离心技术、尺寸排阻色谱技术、超滤技术、聚合物共沉淀技术、免疫亲和技术、微流控分离技术等,这些提取技术各有优缺点,目前国际上尚未统一外泌体的提取标准;而且不同细胞来源及培养条件下的外泌体其特异性蛋白和遗传物质表达有所不同,从而表现特征和功能也存在差异;因此,目前外泌体多用于临床前研究,广泛应用于临床尚存在困难和挑战。本文总结了外泌体在现阶段研究领域中的进展,归纳了不同细胞来源外泌体的特征和应用、优缺点以及面临的挑战,以期帮助研究者更好地了解和掌握外泌体的性能;同时建议需要完善外泌体提取和制备的标准化流程为外泌体的临床转化和应用提供参考。

To investigate the thermal and mechanical behavior of casting wheel,a two-dimensional thermoelastic-plastic finite element model was used to predict the temperature,stress and distortion distribution of the casting wheel during the wheel and belt continuous casting process.The effects of grinding thickness and casting speed on the thermal and mechanical behaviors of the center of the hot face of the casting wheel were discussed in detail.In each rotation,the casting wheel passes through four different spray zones.The results show that the temperature distribution of the casting wheel in different spray zones is similar,the temperature of the hot face is the highest and the temperature reaches the peak in the spray zoneⅢ.The stress and distortion depend on the temperature distribution,and the maximum stress and distortion of the hot face are 358.2 MPa and 1.82 mm,respectively.The temperature at the center of the hot face decreases with increasing grinding thickness and increases with increasing casting speed.
