The extraction behavior of La^3+, Sm^3+, Dy^3+, and Yb^3+ insodium acetate-acetic acid medium was studied with tri-N-butylphosphate (TBP) at 60 deg. C using paraffin wax as a diluent. Theextraction percentage is greater than 85/100 in the pH range of 6 to8. The result of slope analysis method indicates that thecompositions of the extracted species are different between the lightand heavy rare ear this. The formula of the extracted species isfound to be La (TBP) (OH) (Ac)_2 for La^3+ and Yb (TBP) (OH)_3 forYb^3+. The effects of extracting time, the concentration of TBP inthe organic phase and salts on the extraction efficiency were alsodiscussed.

Fast and reliable localization of high-energy transients is crucial for characterizing the burst properties and guiding the follow-up *** based on the relative counts of different detectors has been widely used for all-sky gamma-ray *** are two major methods for this count distribution localization:χ^(2)minimization method and the Bayesian *** we propose a modified Bayesian method that could take advantage of both the accuracy of the Bayesian method and the simplicity of the χ^(2)*** comprehensive simulations,we find that our Bayesian method with Poisson likelihood is generally more applicable for various bursts than the χ^(2)method,especially for weak *** further proposed a location-spectrum iteration approach based on the Bayesian inference,which could alleviate the problems caused by the spectral difference between the burst and location *** method is very suitable for scenarios with limited computation resources or timesensitive applications,such as in-flight localization software,and low-latency localization for rapidly follow-up observations.

Background:Infantile spasms(IS)are the most common childhood epileptic *** cortical dysplasia(FCD)and gray matter heterotopias(GH)are common structural causes of *** recommended first-line treatment for IS patients with structural causes is surgical intervention,according to the International League Against Epilepsy(ILAE)commission ***,there is currently no consensus on appropriate timings of *** presentations:Two structural IS cases are presented here:one was caused by FCD,and the other by *** patients exhibited recurrent seizures at the age of 2 months,had poor responses to various antiepileptic drugs(AEDs)and displayed severe mental and motor developmental *** types included focal seizures and *** magnetic resonance imaging showed abnormal gray signal or suspicious FCD lesions that coincided with the origin of the focal *** patients underwent lesion resection before the age of 6 ***-up observation showed that seizures of both patients were completely controlled several days after the *** AEDs were gradually reduced in dosage within 1 year,and the mental and motor development almost returned to ***:Early resection of lesions in structural IS patients has benefits of effectively controlling convulsions and improving developmental *** at several months of age can well tolerate craniotomy,and their cognitive development is more likely to return to normal after early surgery.

目的总结SLC16A2基因突变致Allan-Herndon-Dudley综合征一家系临床特征、基因突变特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法总结中南大学湘雅医院儿科2017年11月确诊的Allan-Herndon-Dudley综合征（AHDS）一家系的临床资料。以＂艾伦-赫恩登-达得利综合征＂＂Allan-Herndon-Dudley syndrome＂＂AHDS＂为关键词查阅在线人类孟德尔遗传数据库（OMIM）和PubMed数据库及中国知识基础设施工程（CNKI）数据库、万方数据库建库至2018年6月相关文献，并对2013年4月至2018年6月的病例报道文献进行总结。结果先证者男，8月龄，临床表现为智力及运动发育迟滞、竖头欠稳、不能独坐、双上肢不能抓物、无语言，长脸、大耳、双眼稍内斜、脊柱侧弯、躯干肌张力低下、四肢肌张力增高、双下肢腱反射亢进；头颅磁共振成像（MRI）示脑外间隙增宽、髓鞘发育延迟；甲状腺功能：三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）增高、甲状腺素（T4）降低、促甲状腺激素（TSH）正常；家系全外显子测序发现患儿SLC16A2基因（NM_006517）c.431-1（IVS1）G〉C半合子突变，父亲无基因突变，母亲和外祖母为携带者；先证者舅舅患有严重智力及运动发育迟滞、全身肌张力低下，1岁时不明原因死亡。检索相关文献97篇，最终纳入病例报道文献19篇，共报道42例患者（包括8个家系22例患者及20例散发患者）。已报道的42例患者（均为男性），中至重度认知功能障碍42例，抽搐15例；长期卧床36例，可独走4例；语言缺失31例，可说句子2例，说词语4例，呀呀学语1例；小头畸形16例，面容异常18例，双眼内斜6例，听力障碍2例，脊柱侧弯14例，关节挛缩11例，低体重或肌容量减少30例，全身或躯干肌张力低下37例，病程中出现痉挛性截瘫或肌张力增高32例；甲状腺功能异常33例，其中T3增高30例，T4降低25例，TSH增高3例；头颅MRI示22例髓鞘发育延迟，其中1例随年龄增长髓鞘发育至正常；基因结果：错义突变31例（散发14例），缺失突变5例（散发3例，有1例缺失突变后导致框移突变），插入突变5例（散发2例），重复突变1例（散发）。该病预后不佳，患儿常因呼吸道反复感染而死亡。结论Allan-Herndon-Dudley综合征的主要临床表现为严重发育迟缓，不能抬头、独坐、独站、独走，语言发育延迟至语言缺失，出生后全身肌张力低下、进行性痉挛性截瘫、血清甲状腺激素异常、头颅MRI示髓鞘发育延迟，SLC16A2 c.431-1（IVS1）G〉C突变是其致病原因。

目的应用经会阴三维断层超声成像(TUI)观察女性压力性尿失禁患者肛提肌缺陷情况,探讨其临床应用价值。方法对130例压力性尿失禁患者进行基本评估和肛提肌触诊评估,然后根据经会阴三维TUI评估结果分析肛提肌缺陷情况。结果 130例患者中,经触诊检查发现51例患者有肛提肌缺陷,经会阴三维TUI评估发现61例患者有肛提肌缺陷,两种方法评估肛提肌缺陷情况比较差异无统计学意义。69例肛提肌完整患者与61例肛提肌缺陷患者在静息和最大限度盆底肌收缩状态下肛提肌裂孔长度、肛提肌裂孔面积及肛提肌耻骨联合间距比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肛提肌触诊与经会阴三维TUI在评估肛提肌缺陷方面效果均较好,经会阴三维TUI可以更好地显示盆底解剖结构和判断肛提肌缺陷情况。
