基于对基因组中的末端重复反转录转座子元件广泛搜索和分离,我们分析了八个TRIM家族的特性:十字花科中四个来自甘蓝,四个来自拟南芥(包括以前分离的三个家族)。这些元件包括10057bp的末端重复序列(TR)和10000bp的内部序列。插入位点的多态性可与十字花科的分类和每个元件插入的时间相关联。TRIM展示实验显示十字花科不同的属间和中国大白菜与萝卜F1代存在大量的多态性,这些结果表明TRIM元件可以作为DNA标记来研究芸薹属作物的基因组进化、基因组作图和品种保护。TRIM元件的其它优点包括序列短、优先插入常染色质,而且在拟南芥基因组中发布广泛。

Background There are numerous but conflicting data regarding gender differences in outcomes following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Furthermore, gender differences in clinical outcomes with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) following PCI in Asian population remain uncertain because of the under-representation of Asian in previous trials. Methods A total of 13,104 AMI patients from Korea Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry-National Institute of Health(KAMIR-NIH) between November 2011 and December 2015 were classified into male(n = 8021, 75.9%) and female(n = 2547, 24.1%). We compared the demographic, clinical and angiographic characteristics, 30-days and 1-year major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE) in women with those in men after AMI by using propensity score(PS) matching. Results Compared with men, women were older, had more comorbidities and more often presented with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) and reduced left ventricular systolic function. Over the median follow-up of 363 days, gender differences in both 30-days and 1-year MACCE as well as thrombolysis in myocardial infarction minor bleeding risk were not observed in the PS matched population(30-days MACCE: 5.3% vs. 4.7%, log-rank P = 0.494, HR = 1.126, 95% CI: 0.800-1.585;1-year MACCE: 9.3% vs. 9.0%, log-rank P = 0.803, HR = 1.032, 95% CI: 0.802-1.328;TIMI minor bleeding: 4.9% vs. 3.9%, log-rank P = 0.215, HR = 1.255, 95% CI: 0.869-1.814). Conclusions Among Korean AMI population undergoing contemporary PCI, women, as compared with men, had different clinical and angiographic characteristics but showed similar 30-days and 1-year clinical outcomes. The risk of bleeding after PCI was comparable between men and women during one-year follow up.

利用内蒙古浑善达克沙地沙尘暴实验探测资料,给出2004年春季多次沙尘天气过程近地面微气象学要素、湍流通量及沙尘浓度的极值对比,重点分析了3月27—28日强沙尘暴过境时近地面微气象学要素和辐射分量的变化特征。结果表明:沙尘天气过程中,白天近地层温差均有不同程度的降低,夜间逆温强度减弱;净辐射与感热通量较晴空值均有不同程度的削弱。沙尘天气过境时,动量通量显著增加,动力湍流与热力湍流配合,有利于加强沙尘源区的局地起沙和沙尘的垂直输送过程。3月27—28日强沙尘暴过境时,伴随地面水平风向的转变,沙尘浓度迅速增加,风速及其垂直梯度增大;在沙尘暴增强阶段,近地层降温达7℃,比湿出现极大值,净辐射和感热通量降为负值。当沙尘浓度达到最大值后,净辐射上升至零,反映了夜间沙尘气溶胶对低层大气和地表的保温作用。

AIM:To investigate the clinicopathologic features of patients with extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumors(EGISTs)in South ***:A total of 51 patients with an EGIST were *** clinicopathologic features,including sex,age,location,tumor size,histology,mitotic rate,immunohistochemical features,genetic status and survival data,were ***:The median age was 55 years(range:29-80years),and male:female ratio was 1:*** most common site was in the mesentery(n=15)followed by the retroperitoneum(n=13)and omentum(n=8).The median tumor size was 9.0 cm(range:2.6-30.0cm)and the median mitotic rate was 5.0/50HPF.(1/50-185/50).KIT was analyzed in 16,which revealed 10cases with wild-type KIT and 6 cases with an exon *** 51 patients,31 patients had undergone surgery,and 10 had unresectable disease and had taken palliative imatinib,which resulted in 22.7 mo of progression-free *** the patients who had undergone surgery,18 did not take adjuvant imatinib,and 8 of these were categorized as"high risk"according to the risk ***,the relapse-free survival was not different(P=0.157)between two ***:Because the biologic behaviors of GISTs differ according to the location of the tumor,a more stratified strategy is required for managing EGISTs including incorporation of molecular features.

Angle tolerant transmissive subtractive color filters incorporating a metasurface exploiting hydrogenated amorphous silicon nanopillars(NPs) on a glass substrate were proposed and demonstrated. The achieved transmission efficiency ranged from 75% to 95% at off-resonance wavelengths. For an NP resonator, electric and magnetic-field distributions in conjunction with absorption cross-sections were investigated to confirm a resonant transmission dip, which is primarily governed by the absorption resulting from simultaneous excitation of magnetic and electric dipoles via Mie scattering. The proposed devices exhibit higher angular tolerance and lower crosstalk for the absorption spectra and, therefore, are applicable with photodetectors, image sensors, and imaging/display devices.

Despite enthusiastic efforts directed at elucidating critical underlying mechanisms towards the identification of novel therapeutic targets for severe acute pancreatitis(SAP), the disease remains without a specific therapy to be executed within the first hours to days after onset of symptoms. Although earlier management for SAP should aim to either treat organ failure or reduce infectious complications, the current standard of care for the general management of AP in the first hours to days after onset of symptoms include intravenous fluid replacement, nutritional changes, and the use of analgesics with a close monitoring of vital signs. Furthermore, repeated evaluation of severity is very important, as the condition is particularly unstable in the early stages. In cases where biliary pancreatitis is accompanied by acute cholangitis or in cases where biliary stasis is suspected,an early endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is ***,practice guidelines regarding the treatment of pancreatitis are *** chronic pancreatitis,conservative management strategies include lifestyle modifications and dietary changes followed by analgesics and pancreatic enzyme ***,attention has been focused on phytoceuticals or antioxidants as agents that could surpass the limitations associated with currently available *** oxidative stress has been shown to play an important role in the pathogenesis of pancreatitis,antioxidants alone or combined with conventional therapy may improve oxidativestress-induced organ *** in phytoceuticals stems from their potential use as simple,accurate tools for pancreatitis prognostication that could replace older and more tedious ***,the use of antioxidative nutrition or phytoceuticals may represent a new direction for clinical research in *** this review article,recent advances in the understanding of the pathogenesis of pancreatitis are discussed and the
