Objective To investigate the expression of occludin,ZO‐1,MMP‐2,and MMP‐9 in cerebral microvasculature following Pulse Electromagnetic Field（PEMF） induced BBB permeability *** Sprague‐Dawley rats were randomized into PEMF and sham exposed groups（n=8）.After exposure to PEMF at 0.5,1,3,6,and 12 h,BBB permeability was measured by Evans‐Blue *** expression of occludin,ZO‐1,MMP‐2,and MMP‐9 were detected by real‐time quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR and western ***‐2 and MMP‐9 activity were detected by EnzChek gelatinase *** Compared with the sham group,PEMF exposure led to increased permeability of the BBB to EB,which was prolonged after *** permeability became progressively more severe,and recovered at 6 *** gene and protein expression of occludin and ZO‐1 were significantly decreased,while MMP‐2 and MMP‐9 expression were significantly increased after exposure to *** levels of expression recovered 12 h following *** Changes to BBB permeability were related to the alteration expression of tight junction proteins and matrix metalloproteinase after exposure to PEMF.

目的探讨吗啡(Mor)对缺氧/复氧(H/R)诱发的心肌H9c2细胞线粒体动力学变化的影响。方法将心肌H9c2细胞分为空白组(正常培养)、模型组(H/R处理)、对照组(5μmol·L^(-1) Mor处理)、实验组(H/R+5μmol·L^(-1) Mor处理)。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察线粒体的形态,用活性氧(ROS)、四甲基罗丹明乙酯(TMRE)、线粒体复合体Ⅰ和Ⅲ活性检测试剂盒分别检测ROS含量、线粒体膜电位(MMP)、复合体Ⅰ和Ⅲ活性,用蛋白质印迹法检测线粒体动力学相关蛋白GTP酶动力蛋白相关蛋白1(Drp1)、细胞色素氧化酶Ⅳ亚型(COXⅣ)和线粒体外膜转位酶20(TOM20)蛋白的表达水平。结果实验组细胞核膜光滑完整,线粒体大小一致,嵴排列整齐,空泡化减少,线粒体基质电子密度增加,自噬体数量减少。空白组、模型组、对照组和实验组细胞的ROS含量分别为1.03±0.04、1.53±0.10、1.06±0.06和1.10±0.11,MMP分别为1.00±0.15、0.80±0.16、1.06±0.19和1.00±0.19,复合体Ⅰ活性分别为1.00±0.08、2.28±0.82、1.05±0.26和1.13±0.37,复合体Ⅲ活性分别为1.00±0.09、2.13±0.38、0.83±0.22和0.96±0.11,Drp1蛋白相对表达水平分别为1.00±0.14、1.27±0.07、0.97±0.21和0.93±0.17,线粒体裂变蛋白1(Fis1)蛋白相对表达水平分别为1.00±0.16、1.33±0.18、1.17±0.25和0.99±0.05,COXⅣ蛋白相对表达水平分别为1.00±0.25、0.62±0.08、0.79±0.26和0.97±0.16,TOM20蛋白相对表达水平分别为1.00±0.13、0.67±0.15、0.75±0.13和0.89±0.05。模型组的上述指标与空白组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.0001);实验组的上述指标与模型组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.0001)。结论吗啡可能通过抑制心肌线粒体自噬和分裂,以及降低呼吸链复合体Ⅰ和Ⅲ的活性减轻氧化应激损伤,进而维持线粒体动力学稳态,减轻H/R诱发的心肌细胞损伤。

目的探讨亚动脉粥样硬化与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖化血红蛋白变异指数(HGI)的相关性及后者对其影响。方法纳入2018年2月~2021年1月收治青岛市城阳区人民医院内分泌科住院T2DM患者924例,采集临床资料和检测各项指标,依据三分位数法将研究对象HGI值分组为低HGI组、中HGI组和高HGI组,比较其指标差异并进行HGI与亚动脉粥样硬化相关性分析。结果三组收缩压(SBP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹C肽、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)及亚动脉粥样硬化比例组间比较,有统计学差异(P中HGI组>低HGI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高HGI组的HbA1c、UACR、TC、TG、LDL-C、CIMT、亚动脉粥样硬化比例明显高于低HGI组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,HGI升高是亚动脉粥样硬化独立危险因素(OR=1.146,95%CI:1.013~1.426)。结论T2DM患者HGI与亚动脉粥样硬化相关,该指标可能有助于防治CVD发生发展。

宫颈癌是严重威胁妇女健康的疾病,在所有女性恶性肿瘤中位居第三位,仅次于乳腺癌和肺癌。我国宫颈癌的发病率及病死率均呈上升趋势。目前,宫颈癌的发病原因主要为高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Human pap⁃illoma virus,HPV)感染。因此,宫颈癌早期筛查与预防至关重要。近年来,随着我国医疗水平和人们对宫颈癌认知水平的不断提高,越来越多的女性开始将早期筛查作为预防宫颈癌的重要措施之一。本文就目前国内外在早期筛查与预防方面的研究进展进行综述,以期能够为我国相关研究提供积极性参考建议。

CO_(2) emulsions used for EOR have received a lot of interest because of its good performance on CO_(2)mobility ***,most of them have been focusing on the high quality CO_(2) emulsion(high CO_(2) fraction),while CO_(2) emulsion with high water cut has been rarely *** this paper,we carried out a comprehensive experimental study of using high water cut CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion for enhancing oil ***,a nonionic surfactant,alkyl glycosides(APG),was selected to stabilize CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion,and the corresponding morphology and stability were evaluated with a transparent PVT ***,plugging capacity and apparent viscosity of CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion were measured systematically by a sand pack displacement apparatus connected with a 1.95-m long capillary ***,a high water cut(40 vol%) CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion was selected for flooding experiments in a long sand pack and a core sample,and the oil recovery,the rate of oil recovery,and the pressure gradients were *** results indicated that APG had a good performance on emulsifying and stabilizing CO_(2) *** inversion from H_(2)O/CO_(2) emulsion to CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion with the increase in water cut was ***_(2)/H_(2)O emulsions with lower water cuts presented higher apparent viscosity,while the optimal plugging capacity of CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion occurred at a certain water ***,the displacement using CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion provided 18.98% and 13.36% additional oil recovery than that using pure CO_(2) in long sand pack and core tests,*** work may provide guidelines for EOR using CO_(2) emulsions with high water cut.

Background： Chronic kidney disease （CKD） is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease （CVD）. However, the association between CKD and CVD risk in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） in China has not yet been well investigated. This study aimed to determine the association of CKD with the risks of coronary heart disease （CHD） and stroke in a Chinese population with T2DM. Methods： A total of 1401 inpatients with T2DM at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine between April 2008 and November 2013 were included in this study. The CKD-Epidemiology Collaboration equation for Asians was used to classify CKD. The UK Prospective Diabetes Study risk engine was used to estimate the risks of CHD and stroke. Results： CHD risk was significantly increased with CKD stage （20.1%, 24.8%, and 34.3% in T2DM patients with no CKD, CKD Stage 1-2, and Stage 3-5, respectively; P 〈 0.001 for all）. The stroke risk was also increased with CKD stage （8.6%, 12.7%, and 25.4% in T2DM patients with no CKD, CKD Stage 1-2, and Stage 3-5, respectively; P 〈 0.001 for all）. Compared with no-CKD group, the odds ratios （ORs） for high CHD risk were 1.7 （P 〈 0.001） in the CKD Stage 1-2 group and 3.5 （P 〈 0.001） in the CKD Stage 3-5 group. The corresponding ORs for high stroke risk were 1.9 （P 〈 0.001） and 8.2 （P 〈 0.001）, respectively. Conclusion： In patients with T2DM, advanced CKD stage was associated with the increased risks of CHD and stroke.

The problem of salinized soils has become one of the most serious constraints to agricultural and forest productivity. With the purpose of enhancing salt stress tolerance of Populus tomentosa, we transformed this tree species with spermidine synthase （SPDS） genes derived from an apple by an Agrobacterium-mediated method. Four transgenic clones were confu＇med by PCR and Southern blot analysis. As well, the expression of introduced SPDS genes was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR.

“双减”政策实行后,中小学生在校时间得到了一定程度的延长,然而学生每天仍有约三分之二的时间在校外度过。因此,在中小学生成长的过程中,校外学习对其素质提升、人格健全、身心和谐发展有着不可替代的作用。2023年3—6月,中国儿童中心专门成立课题组,联合首都师范大学中小学生校外教育研究院、北京大学中国社会科学调查中心在全国东、中、西部11省12市开展了“双减”背景下中国儿童校外生活状况调查。本文基于抽样调查数据,对儿童校外生活的参与情况进行分析。研究发现:第一,校内作业时长得到有效控制,但非校源性作业时长有待把控;第二,家庭社会经济背景较好的学生,其校外学习活动的参与率更高;第三,城市学生校外学习活动的参与率更高;第四,家长重视给孩子布置作业,但学生对家长布置作业的喜爱程度较低;第五,学生对场馆参观活动的喜爱程度较高,但学生参与场馆参观活动的频次和时间较少。据此提出政策建议:加大校外教育资金投入,促进区域校外教育均衡发展;持续监测校内外作业负担,护航学生身心健康成长;建立健全家庭教育指导服务体系,转变家长家庭教育观念。
