Multi⁃performance optimization of tread rubber composites is a key issue of great concern in automotive industry.Traditional experimental design approach via“trial and error”or intuition is ineffective due to mutual inhibition among multiple properties.A“Uniform design⁃Machine learning”strategy for performance prediction and multi⁃performance optimization of tread rubber composites was proposed.The wear resistance,rolling resistance,tensile strength and wet skid resistance were simultaneously optimized.A series of feasible optimization designs were screened via statistical analysis and machine learning analysis,and were experimentally prepared.The verification experiments demonstrate that the optimization design via machine learning analysis meets the optimization requirements of all target performance,especially for Akron abrasion and 60℃tanδ(about 21%and 9%lower than the design targets,respectively)due to the inhibition of mechanical degradation and good dispersion of fillers.

以L-阿拉伯糖、玉米肽、半乳甘露聚糖为主要原料,以木糖醇、麦芽糖醇液为甜味剂,以明胶和半乳甘露聚糖为复配凝胶剂,研制一款具有解酒功能、食用健康的糖醇解酒软糖产品。采取感官评分为评价指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定产品的最佳配方:木糖醇和麦芽糖醇液配比4︰6,添加量35%;L-阿拉伯糖与玉米肽配比7︰3,添加量20%;明胶与半乳甘露聚糖配比6︰1,添加量10%。在此条件下制备的糖醇解酒软糖产品口感细腻,咀嚼性好,质地均匀,甜味适中,解酒功能显著。

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the major histologic type of primary liver cancer,accounting for approximately 75%of liver cancer cases.'Despite many advancements in its treatment,the prognosis and drug response of HCC patients are dismal.Therefore,there is an unmet clinical need to explore genomic aberrations underlying early-and lateonset HcC,which might facilitate drug discovery and provide personalized biomarker-driven treatment options for these patients.

Background Irradiation dose and volume are the major investigated the relationships between the irradiation dose model of graded volume irradiation of the rat lung. physical factors of radiation-induced lung injury. The study and volume in radiation-induced lung injury by setting up a Methods Animals were randomly assigned to three groups. The ELEKTA precise 2.03 treatment plan system was applied to calculate the irradiation dose and volume. The treatment plan for the three groups was： group I received a ＂high dose to a small volume＂（25% volume group） with the mean irradiation volume being 1.748 cm^3 （25% lung volume）; the total dose and mean lung dose （MLD） were 4610 cGy and 2006 cGy, respectively （bilateral AP-PA fields, source to axis distance （SAD） = 100 cm, 6MVX, single irradiation）; Group 2 received a ＂low dose to a large volume＂（100% volume group） with the mean irradiation volume being 6.99 cm^3 （100% lung volume）; the total dose was 1153 cGy. MLD was 2006 cGy, which was the same as that of group 1 （bilateral AP-PA fields, SAD = 100 cm, 6MVX, single irradiation）; Group 3 was a control group. With the exception of receiving no irradiation, group 3 had rest steps that were the same as those of the experimental groups. After irradiation, functional, histopathological, and CT changes were compared every two weeks till the 16th week. Results Functionally, after irradiation breath rate （BR） increases were observed in both group 1 and group 2, especially during the period of 6th-8th weeks. The changes of BR in the 100% volume group were earlier and faster. For the 25% volume group, although pathology was more severe, hardly any obvious increase in BR was observed. Radiographic changes were observed during the early period （the 4th week） and the most obvious changes manifested during the mediated period （the 8th week）. Artificial optical microfingerprints,known as physically unclonable functions(PUFs)offer a groundbreaking approach for anti-counterfeiting.However,these PUFs artificial optical microfingerprints suffer from a limited number of challenge-response pairs,making them vulnerable to machine learning(ML)attacks when additional error-correcting units are introduced.This study presents a pioneering demonstration of artificial optical microfingerprints that combine the advantages of PUFs,a large encoding capacity algorithm,and reliable deep learning authentication against ML attacks.Our approach utilizes the triple-mode PUFs,incorporating bright-field,multicolor fluorescence wrinkles,and the topography of surface enhanced Raman scattering in the mechanical and optical layers.Notably,the quaternary encoding of these PUFs artificial microfingerprints allows for an encoding capacity of 6.43×10^(24082) and achieves 100%deep learning recognition accuracy.Furthermore,the PUFs artificial optical microfingerprints exhibit high resilience against ML attacks,facilitated by generative adversarial networks(GAN)(with mean prediction accuracy of~85.0%).The results of this study highlight the potential of utilizing up to three PUFs in conjunction with a GAN training system,paving the way for achieving encoded information that remains resilient to ML attacks.

The long-term strength retrogression of silica-enriched oil well cement poses a significant threat to wellbore integrity in deep and ultra-deep wells, which is a major obstacle for deep petroleum and geothermal energy development. Previous attempts to address this problem has been unsatisfactory because they can only reduce the strength decline rate. This study presents a new solution to this problem by incorporating fly ash to the traditional silica-cement systems. The influences of fly ash and silica on the strength retrogression behavior of oil well cement systems directly set and cured under the condition of 200°C and 50 MPa are investigated. Test results indicate that the slurries containing only silica or fly ash experience severe strength retrogression from 2 to 30 d curing, while the slurries containing both fly ash and silica experience strength enhancement from 2 to 90 d. The strength test results are corroborated by further evidences from permeability tests as well as microstructure analysis of set cement. Composition of set cement evaluated by quantitative X-ray diffraction analyses with partial or no known crystal structure(PONKCS) method and thermogravimetry analyses revealed that the conversion of amorphous C-(A)-S-H to crystalline phases is the primary cause of long-term strength retrogression.The addition of fly ash can reduce the initial amount of C-(A)-S-H in the set cement, and its combined use with silica can prevent the crystallization of C-(A)-S-H, which is believed to be the working mechanism of this new admixture in improving long-term strength stability of oil well cement systems.

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)exhibiting reversible redox behaviors have been identified as promising candidates for constructing electrode materials in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,their extensive application has been limited due to finite redox sites and poor structural stability.In this study,we design and synthesize a novel polyimide covalent organic framework(PI-COF)using the traditional solvothermal method and successfully apply it as an anode material for LIBs.The large conjugated structure of PI-COF accelerates charge transfer,while its large surface area provides more active sites,making PI-COF an attractive anode material for LIBs.Furthermore,the PI-COF anode material demonstrates high reversible specific capacity and excellent long-term cycling stability due to its COF characteristics.Specifically,the PI-COF electrodes deliver a specific capacity of 800 m Ah/g at a current density of 200 m A/g after 200 cycles,while a specific capacity of 450 m Ah/g at a current density of 1000 m A/g is sustained after 800 cycles.The outstanding lithium storage capacity,particularly the satisfactory long-term cycling stability,establishes PI-COF as a promising material for LIBs.

Some barley mutants can synthesize neither anthocyanins nor proanthocyanidins in the seed coat, which is related to several genes in locus Ant13, but the exact model of action remains unknown. We used the cDNA microarray technology with barley transcription-deficient mutant (ant13-152) that does not synthesize proanthocyanidins as the tester, and its wild type genotype (Triumph) as the driver, to study this question. Six-thousand and forty-eight clones from the wild type Morex testa+pericarp cDNA library were amplified using PCR, and the DNA fragments were spotted on commercial amino-modified glass slide as microarray. The mRNAs from the developing seed coat (8–15 days) of both the mutant and the wild-type barley plants were isolated, and labeled respectively with Cy3-dUTP and Cy5-dUTP when reversely trans- cribed to cDNAs. The labeled cDNAs were used as probes, mixed at the same molar concentration, and hybridized with the DNA fragments on the slide. Seventy clones exhibiting marked differential expression (ratio>4) were identified from the microarray. All the 25 cDNA clones that showed an over-expression in wild type in comparison to the mutant ant13-152 were sequenced. It was found that most of these over- expressing clones were transcription/translation and hordein-associated genes. These results have laid a solid material basis for further elucidation of the metabolic pathway in proanthocyanidin synthesis in barley and likely other plants.
