Aim:This study aims to establish an artificial intelligence model,ThyroidNet,to diagnose thyroid nodules using deep learning techniques ***:A novel method,ThyroidNet,is introduced and evaluated based on deep learning for the localization and classification of thyroid ***,we propose the multitask TransUnet,which combines the TransUnet encoder and decoder with multitask ***,we propose the DualLoss function,tailored to the thyroid nodule localization and classification *** balances the learning of the localization and classification tasks to help improve the model’s generalization ***,we introduce strategies for augmenting the ***,we submit a novel deep learning model,ThyroidNet,to accurately detect thyroid ***:ThyroidNet was evaluated on private datasets and was comparable to other existing methods,including U-Net and *** results show that ThyroidNet outperformed these methods in localizing and classifying thyroid *** achieved improved accuracy of 3.9%and 1.5%,***:ThyroidNet significantly improves the clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules and supports medical image analysis *** research directions include optimization of the model structure,expansion of the dataset size,reduction of computational complexity and memory requirements,and exploration of additional applications of ThyroidNet in medical image analysis.

Syntax theory of finite lattice-valued propositional logic

＜正＞In this paper,the dynamic neuro-fuzzy control（DNFC）system for controlling a gas-fired water heater was *** controller proposed in this paper is comprised of a fuzzy logic controller （FLC）in the feedback configuration and two dynamic neural networks in the forward path.A dynamic identification network（DIN）is used to identify the output of the manipulator system,and a dynamic learning network（DLN）is employed to learn the weighting factor of the fuzzy *** is envisaged that the integration of fuzzy logic and neural network based-controller will encompass the merits of both technologies,and thus provide a robust controller for the gas-fired water heater *** fuzzy logic controller,based on fuzzy set theory,provides a means for converting a linguistic control strategy into control action and offering a high level of computation. The generated strategies are stored in a dynamic learning network and used for adjusting DNFC in ***,the DNFC is automatically adjusted in accordance with the unknown dynamics of an environment using the generated strategies which are stored in the neural network.

文中讨论了带有不同模糊基函数的模糊系统的逼近问题。首先,基于一维正则模糊划分和重叠函数建立多维正则模糊划分,以划分中的元素为模糊基函数设计模糊系统,应用Weierstrass逼近定理证明了该模糊系统是通用逼近器,给出了模糊系统的逼近误差界。其次,提出了多项式型、指数型和对数型模糊系统,并给出了带有隶属函数参数的逼近误差界。最后,通过数值实验对不同模糊系统的逼近能力进行了比较,实验结果进一步验证了理论分析的正确性。

为了定量评估油浸式套管主绝缘受潮状态,建立了考虑直流电导的Cole-Cole双弛豫模型。对实验室制备的不同含水量(0.53%、1.78%、2.97%、3.89%、5.03%)的72.5 k V油浸式套管模型进行测试得到对应的频域介电谱,采用建立的Cole-Cole双弛豫模型对测试结果进行拟合解析,提取表征油浸式套管内绝缘含水量的特征参数,并拟合评估公式。考虑温度对现场测试结果的影响,提出了适用于现场的油浸式套管受潮状态评估方法。案例分析结果证明了所提方法的有效性。

水文地质参数的高效、准确、智能化获取对地下水资源科学管理和地下工程安全建设具有重要意义,因此提出一种新的水文地质参数智能反演方法.首先,提出了改进的算术优化算法(Chaotic Simplex Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm,CSAOA),在搜索空间中使用混沌理论初始化粒子位置,引入随机优化的超参数自适应调整策略,同时使用单纯形法优化粒子位置更新法则,进一步提高算法的局部开发能力和勘探能力,减小算法陷入局部最优的概率.其次,选取8个基准函数进行数值实验,结果表明CSAOA算法在前期勘探收敛速度和后期局部开发收敛精度方面优于其他对比算法.再次,将传统的人工配线法转化为基于优化算法的全局最优化问题,构建基于CSAOA算法的水文地质参数反演模型,提出了基于CSAOA算法的水文地质参数智能反演方法.最后,将该方法应用于泰斯和汉图什井流模型参数反演实例进行验证,快速准确反演得到了水文地质参数,实现了水文地质参数智能识别.结果证实了该方法的可靠性与先进性,为解决水文地质参数反演问题提供了一种新的方案.

[目的]我国某动车组以160 km/h的速度在明线运行时列车平稳性良好,但通过单线隧道时尾车出现周期性横向晃动的问题,需要对该动车组过隧道时列车气动特性进行深入研究。[方法]采用数值模拟方法,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和滑移网格技术,建立了带有转向架的某动车组的三维可压缩瞬态仿真模型,研究了列车通过隧道时尾车表面压力变化情况;同时,在时域和频域内分析了列车侧向气动力特征的瞬态性质。[结果及结论]由于隧道壁面对空气流动的限制和列车尾绕流的作用,列车通过隧道时车体两侧存在压差并呈现出交替变化的特征,并且尾车侧向力交变特征更明显;列车所受侧向力具有低频周期性交变特点,主频约为2.2 Hz,且在尾车刚进隧道时气动效应最强,侧向力波动幅度最大;列车侧向力变化值可作为车辆横向平稳性分析的边界条件。

The immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(ITM)and low immunogenicity of tumors greatly limit cancer immunotherapy *** approach of solely depleting regulatory T cells(Tregs)cannot ameliorate ITM,but possibly worsen it since the produced apoptotic Tregs will activate the A2A signaling pathway and cause more severe immune *** address it,in this work a pH-responsive polymersome(CY/ZM@CS-BPA)based on chondroitin sulfate(CS)-poly(β-amino ester)is rationally *** the acidic tumor microenvironment,the tertiary amine groups in the polymersome will reverse from hydrophobic to hydrophilic due to protonation,which leads to the disintegration of nanostructures and the release of cyclophosphamide(CY)and A2A receptor(A2AR)antagonist ZM241385(ZM).CY can selectively deplete ***,CY can induce immunogenic cell death(ICD)of tumor cells,which results in the proapoptotic translocation of calreticulin to the cell surface,further initiating the antitumor immune *** can inhibit the activation of the adenosine A2A pathway,subsequently preventing the differentiation of CD4^(+)T cells into Tregs and enhancing the cytotoxicity of CD8+T *** a result,the combination of depleting regulatory T cells and blocking the A2A receptor can enhance cancer immunotherapy efficacy.
