Soil is the major source of infinite lives on Earth and the quality of soil plays significant role on Agriculture practices all ***,the evaluation of soil quality is very important for determining the amount of nutrients that the soil require for proper *** present decade,the application of deep learning models in many fields of research has created greater *** increasing soil data availability of soil data there is a greater demand for the remotely avail open source model,leads to the incorporation of deep learning method to predict the soil *** that concern,this paper proposes a novel model called Improved Soil Quality prediction Model using Deep Learning(ISQp-DL).The work considers the chemical,physical and biological factors of soil in particular area to estimate the soil ***,pH rating of soil samples has been collected from the soil testing laboratory from which the acidic range has been categorized through soil test and the same data has been taken as input to the Deep Neural Network Regression(DNNR)***,soil nutrient data has been given as second input to the DNNR *** utilizing this data set,the DNNR method is used to evaluate the fertility rate by which the soil quality has been *** training and testing,the model uses Deep Neural Network Regression(DNNR),by utilizing the *** results show that the proposed model is effective for SQp(Soil Quality prediction Model)with efficient good fitting and generality is enhanced with input features with higher rate of classification *** results show that the proposed model achieves 96.7%of accuracy rate compared with existing models.

Sustainable cement-based concrete materials are primarily used for construction,among which vermiculite as lightweight fine aggregate gains more future development ***,a bacterial solution was sprayed over vermiculite and wrapped using calcium sulphoaluminate(CSA)cement to replace with fine aggregate in ***,based on a preliminary test on compressive strength results,10%of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag(GGBS)and a healing solution proportion of 9:1 was selected for preparing self-healing *** fine aggregate was replaced in concrete using vermiculite in 0%,5%,10%and 15%and the findings suggest that bacterial vermiculite replacement should be at most 5%to achieve better results in strength and durable *** strength enhancement observed for compressive strength,strength regain,split tensile strength,flexural strength,and ultrasonic pulse velocity were 29.22%,45.5%,34.02%,28.03%and 41.4%*** crack healing at 7,14 and 28 days of BIVC was 38.23%,58.82%and 79.41%,which is 3–4%lower than internal crack *** analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-Ray Diffractometer(XRD),and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS)reveals the existence of calcite,and it was formed due to the bio-mineral action of bacteria with available nutrients in sustainable concrete.

Food Waste(FW)is a pressing environmental concern that affects every country *** one-third of the food that is produced ends up as waste,contributing to the carbon ***,the FW must be properly treated to reduce environmental *** study evaluates a few available Food Waste Treatment(FWT)technologies,such as anaerobic digestion,composting,landfill,and incineration,which are widely used.A Bipolar picture Fuzzy Set(BpFS)is proposed to deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty that arise when converting a real-world problem to a mathematical model.A novel Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation-Stable preference Ordering Towards Ideal Solution(CRITIC-SpOTIS)approach is developed to objectively analyze FWT selection based on thirteen criteria covering the industry’s technical,environmental,and entrepreneurial *** CRITIC method is used for the objective analysis of the importance of each criterion in FWT *** SpOTIS method is adopted to rank the alternative hassle-free,following the *** proposed model offers a rank reversal-free model,i.e.,the rank of the alternatives remains unaffected even after the addition or removal of an *** addition,comparative and sensitivity analyses are performed to ensure the reliability and robustness of the proposed model and to validate the proposed result.

The objective of the current study is to investigate the importance of entropy generation and thermal radiation on the patterns of velocity,isentropic lines,and temperature contours within a thermal energy storage device filled with magnetic nanoencapsulated phase change materials(NEpCMs).The versatile finite element method(FEM)is implemented to numerically solve the governing *** effects of various parameters,including the viscosity parameter,ranging from 1 to 3,the thermal conductivity parameter,ranging from 1 to 3,the Rayleigh parameter,ranging from 102 to 3×10^(2),the radiation number,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5,the fusion temperature,ranging from 1.0 to 1.2,the volume fraction of NEpCMs,ranging from 2%to 6%,the Stefan number,ranging from 1 to 5,the magnetic number,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5,and the irreversibility parameter,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5,are examined in detail on the temperature contours,isentropic lines,heat capacity ratio,and velocity ***,the heat transfer rates at both the cold and hot walls are analyzed,and the findings are presented *** results indicate that the time taken by the NEpCMs to transition from solid to liquid is prolonged inside the chamber region as the fusion temperatureθf ***,the contours of the heat capacity ratio Cr decrease with the increase in the Stefan number Ste.

We investigated the parametric optimization on incremental sheet forming of stainless steel using Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) coupled with principal Component Analysis(pCA). AISI 316L stainless steel sheets were used to develop double wall angle pyramid with aid of tungsten carbide tool. GRA coupled with pCA was used to plan the experiment conditions. Control factors such as Tool Diameter(TD), Step Depth(SD), Bottom Wall Angle(BWA), Feed Rate(FR) and Spindle Speed(SS) on Top Wall Angle(TWA) and Top Wall Angle Surface Roughness(TWASR) have been studied. Wall angle increases with increasing tool diameter due to large contact area between tool and workpiece. As the step depth, feed rate and spindle speed increase,TWASR decreases with increasing tool diameter. As the step depth increasing, the hydrostatic stress is raised causing severe cracks in the deformed surface. Hence it was concluded that the proposed hybrid method was suitable for optimizing the factors and response.

Deep neural networks excel at image identification and computer vision applications such as visual product search, facial recognition, medical image analysis, object detection, semantic segmentation,instance segmentation, and many others. In image and video recognition applications, convolutional neural networks(CNNs) are widely employed. These networks provide better performance but at a higher cost of computation. With the advent of big data, the growing scale of datasets has made processing and model training a time-consuming operation, resulting in longer training times. Moreover, these large scale datasets contain redundant data points that have minimum impact on the final outcome of the model. To address these issues, an accelerated CNN system is proposed for speeding up training by eliminating the noncritical data points during training alongwith a model compression method. Furthermore, the identification of the critical input data is performed by aggregating the data points at two levels of granularity which are used for evaluating the impact on the model *** experiments are conducted using the proposed method on CIFAR-10 dataset on ResNet models giving a 40% reduction in number of FLOps with a degradation of just 0.11% accuracy.

Digital fabrication techniques,in recent decades,have provided the basis of a sustainable revolution in the construction ***,selecting the digital fabrication method in terms of manufacturability and functionality requirements is a complex *** paper presents alternatives and criteria for selection of digital fabrication techniques by adopting the multi-criteria decision-making *** alternatives considered in the study are concrete three-dimensional(3D)printing,shotcrete,smart dynamic casting,material intrusion,mesh molding,injection concrete 3D printing,and thin forming *** criteria include formwork utilization,reinforcement incorporation,geometrical complexity,material enhancement,assembly complexity,surface finish,and build *** demonstrates different multi-criteria decision-making techniques,with both subjective and objective weighting *** given ranking is based on the current condition of digital fabrication in the construction *** study reveals that in the selection of digital fabrication techniques,the criteria including reinforcement incorporation,build area,and geometrical complexity play a pivotal role,collectively accounting for nearly 70% of the overall *** the evaluated techniques,concrete 3D printing emerged as the best performer,however the shotcrete and mesh molding techniques in the second and third positions.
