Screening,phylogenetic analysis and antibiotic sensitivity pattern of Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi isolates from typhoid asymptomatic carriers

Objective:To isolate the Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi(***) from asymptomatic typhoid carriers in the local *** assess the antibiotic sensitivity and resistant pattern of *** isolates against viable antibiotics and phylogenetic analysis of *** isolates on the basis of 16S rDNA ***:*** was isolated and identified based on the cultural characteristics on BSA(Bismuth Sulphite Agar),MacConkey agar,agglutination test with specific antiserum and phylogenetic *** isolates were tested for sensitivity and resistant pattern with a number of viable antibiotics by disc diffusion ***:A total of 15 bile samples were collected from the food handlers to screen the typhoid asymptomatic *** result was yielded for 3 out of 15 *** isolates showed resistant to amphicillin(100%), tetracyclin(100%),rifampicin(66.5%),ofloxacin(33.5%),cloxacillin(33.5%) and susceptibility to gentamycin(100%),amikacin(100%),chloramphenicol(100%),streptomycin(100%),kanamycin (100%),cprofloxacin(100%),amoxycillin(66.5%) and ofloxacin(66.5%).Conclusions:This study demonstrates the outbreak of typhoid fever occurs through asymptomatic *** addition,this study also reveals the occurrence of considerable drug resistant among the *** isolates.

In this study, numerical prediction of surges associated with a storm was made through the method of lines（MOL） in coordination with the newly proposed RKARMS（4, 4） method for the meghna estuarine region, along the coast of Bangladesh. For this purpose, the vertically integrated shallow water equations（SWEs） in Cartesian coordinates were firstly transformed into ordinary differential equations（ODEs） of initial valued, which were then soloved using the new RKARMS（4, 4） method. Nested grid technique was employed for resolving the complexities of the region of interest with minimum cost. Fresh water discharge through the lower Meghna River was taken into account along the north east corner of the innermost child scheme. Numerical experiments were performed with the severe cyclone on April 1991 that crossed the coast over the study area. Simulated results by the study were found to be in good agreement with some reported data and were found to compare well with the results obtained by the MOL in addition with the classical 4th order Runge-Kutta（RK（4, 4）） method and the standard finite difference method（FDM）.

Objective:To screen the bacteriocinogenic isolate from buffalo milk and to characterize it on physical,chemical and biological aspects for the application in ***:Bacillus cereus(***)was isolated and assessed for its baceteriocinogenic *** was produced and purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation,dialysis and gel filtration *** bacteriocin was used to clieck its antimicrobial activity against food borne *** and stability of bacteripcin was determined with the respect to temperature,pH,enzymes,organic solvents and *** was also subjected to SDS pAGE analysis to determine its molecular *** addition,functional groups exist in the bacteriocin was determined by FTIR ***:*** was identified by 16S rRNA sequence *** showed increased activity against all the bacteria used and its activity unit was found to be 51,200 AU/*** was stable to high temperature(100℃)and wide range of pH(3-10),sensitive to proteolytic enzymes and resistant to nonprotcolytic *** was low molecular weight(3.5-6 kDa)protein and FTIR study revealed the presence of amide group and NH stretching,Conclusions:Bacteriocin produced in this study possesses the highest antimicrobial activity against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria thereby it has immense application as biopreservative *** proved its peptide nature.

A new Runge-Kutta （pK） fourth order with four stages embedded method with error control is presentea m this paper for raster simulation in cellular neural network （CNN） environment. Through versatile algorithm, single layer/raster CNN array is implemented by incorporating the proposed technique. Simulation results have been obtained, and comparison has also been carried out to show the efficiency of the proposed numerical integration algorithm. The analytic expressions for local truncation error and global truncation error are derived. It is seen that the RK-embedded root mean square outperforms the RK-embedded Heronian mean and RK-embedded harmonic mean.

The pupil recognition method is helpful in many real-time systems,including ophthalmology testing devices,wheelchair assistance,and so *** pupil detection system is a very difficult process in a wide range of datasets due to problems caused by varying pupil size,occlusion of eyelids,and *** Convolutional Neural Networks(DCNN)are being used in pupil recognition systems and have shown promising results in terms of *** improve accuracy and cope with larger datasets,this research work proposes BOC(BAT Optimized CNN)-IrisNet,which consists of optimizing input weights and hidden layers of DCNN using the evolutionary BAT algorithm to efficiently find the human eye pupil *** proposed method is based on very deep architecture and many tricks from recently developed popular *** results show that the BOC-IrisNet proposal can efficiently model iris microstructures and provides a stable discriminating iris representation that is lightweight,easy to implement,and of cutting-edge ***,the region-based black box method for determining pupil center coordinates was *** proposed architecture was tested using various IRIS databases,including the CASIA(Chinese academy of the scientific research institute of automation)Iris V4 dataset,which has 99.5%sensitivity and 99.75%accuracy,and the IIT(Indian Institute of Technology)Delhi dataset,which has 99.35%specificity and MMU(Multimedia University)99.45%accuracy,which is higher than the existing architectures.

Objective:To study the antibacterial activity of the leaf methanol extracts of five different species of Vitex namely,Vilex altissima(***),Vitex diversifolia(***),Vitex negundo(***),Vitex peduncularis(***) and Vitex trifolia(***). Methods:Antibacterial assay was carried out by using disc diffusion method,determination of minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentrations(MBC) against five strains of Gram-positive and seven strains of Gram-negative human pathogenic bacterial ***:The results of antibacterial activity of Vitex species showed that the extracts possessed a broad spectrum of antibacterial *** *** possessed the highest activity against all the microorganisms *** produced a zone of inhibition ranged between (11.000±0.577) and(22.670±0.667) mm and the MIC values were from 62.5 to I 000.0μg/mL and the MBC values were from 125.0 to 2 000.0μg/***:Based on the present study, *** is recommended for the isolation of antibacterial molecule responsible for the activity against the tested human pathogenic bacterial strains.
