Agriculture has played an important role in the growth of the Indian *** and electricity are essential inputs for agriculture *** produces the third-largest amount of electricity in the world,behind China and the *** an incentive to increase production,most states provide free electricity to *** electricity has decreased groundwater levels and increased electricity *** objective of this study was to find out the factors that influenced farmers to adopt a solar water-pumping system in *** samples were randomly *** study examined the entire state of *** hundred and fifty farmers who adopted solar water-pumping systems were interviewed,including 50 banana farmers,50 cotton farmers and 50 groundnut *** data were collected through an *** adoption of solar water-pumping systems by farmers was identified using factor *** software was used to analyse the data *** this study,only two factors contributed to the variance of 59.469%.The adoption of solar water pumps by farmers was influenced by government policy and economic *** economic benefit variance of 33.20%was found,while a government policy variance was 26.27%.A solar water-pumping system has low initial costs,flexible credit policies motivate adoption,solar water-pumping systems can save electricity,and maintenance and repair costs are *** policy that includes solar water-pumping systems is motivated by awareness,subsidies for adoption and a fair price to sell energy *** are recommended to adopt a solar water-pumping system in conjunction with a drip irrigation system to receive additional *** successful scheme will be recommended to other states in India for implementation.

It is well-known that suspension systems plays a major role in automotive *** of the today’s vehicle applies a passive suspension systems consisting of a spring and *** design of automotive suspension have been a compromise between passenger comfort,suspension travel and road holding *** work aims in reducing the suspension travel alone by developing a quarter car model suspension for a passenger car to improve its performance by introducing shape memory alloy spring(Nitinol)instead of traditional spring.A two way shape memory alloy spring possesses two different stiffness in its two different phases(martensite and austenite).In this study,road profile is considered as a simple harmonic profile and vibration analysis of aminiature quarter car model suspension system has been carried out *** theoretical method,the displacement of the sprung mass is also studied and *** vibration analysis have been carried out for the suspension system at both phases of the spring and the results gives a significant improvement in reducing the displacement of sprung mass for various excitation frequencies.

The multidisciplinary space environment,encompassing orbital debris,cosmic radiation,and solar radiative heat,poses significant risks to spacecraft and astronauts,necessitating efficient and effective shielding solutions.A multi-layer shield with wide spacing has been proven to be an effective way to shield the spacecraft from space debris impact;however,due to the limited volume of the payload fairing,it was not feasible to apply a multi-layer shield to the spacecraft *** the origami design,the shield maintains a compact form during launch and subsequently expands in outer space to enhance *** geometric analysis,it has been confirmed that the deployable multi-layer space shield can occupy less space than conventional space shield structures while expanding into wider shield intervals and multiple *** hypervelocity impact experiments,it was confirmed that as the bumper spacing of the multi-layer space shield expands,its ballistic performance becomes superior to conventional space *** deployable multi-layer space shield can reduce not only hypervelocity impacts but also solar radiative heat using the same mechanism as multi-layer *** cosmic radiation dose analysis,it has been confirmed that the multi-layer space shield is effective in cosmic radiation shielding compared to conventional space structures.

BACKGROUND Multitudinous advancements have been made to the traditional microfracture(MFx)technique,which have involved delivery of various acellular 2nd generation MFx and cellular MFx-III components to the area of cartilage *** relative benefits and pitfalls of these diverse modifications of MFx technique are still not widely *** To comparatively analyze the functional,radiological,and histological outcomes,and complications of various generations of MFx available for the treatment of cartilage *** A systematic review was performed using pubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Cochrane,and *** of any age and sex with cartilage defects undergoing any form of MFx were considered for *** included only randomized controlled trials(RCTs)reporting functional,radiological,histological outcomes or complications of various generations of MFx for the management of cartilage *** meta-analysis(NMA)was conducted in Stata and Cochrane’s Confidence in NMA approach was utilized for appraisal of *** Forty-four RCTs were included in the analysis with patients of mean age of 39.40(±9.46)*** comparing the results of the other generations with MFX-I as a constant comparator,we noted a trend towards better pain control and functional outcome(KOOS,IKDC,and Cincinnati scores)at the end of 1-,2-,and 5-year time points with MFx-III,although the differences were not statistically significant(p>0.05).We also noted statistically significant Magnetic resonance observation of cartilage repair tissue score in the higher generations of microfracture(weighted mean difference:17.44,95%confidence interval:0.72,34.16,p=0.025;without significant heterogeneity)at 1 ***,the difference was not maintained at 2 *** was a trend towards better defect filling on MRI with the second and third generation MFx,although the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).CONCLUSION The higher generations of traditional MFx

pollution of rivers is mainly caused by anthropogenic activities such as discharge of effluent from industrial facilities,maintenance of sewage/effluent treatment plants,and dumping of solid waste on river *** study dealt with the pollution issues of the Cooum River in the well-known city of Chennai in South *** samples from 27 locations were collected and analyzed for 12 elements,including Ba,B,and Al,as well as heavy metals such as pb,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,and *** samples showed levels of these elements that exceeded World Health Organization *** correlation analysis revealed the inter-dependency among elements,and the contribution of each element based on factor loadings showed its percentage contribution compared to *** samples from six significant locations were chosen for remediation with three algae:Chlorella vulgaris,Scenedesmus dimorphus,and phormedium *** uptake of pollutants led to the continuous growth of algae during the incubation period of 15 d,effectively removing heavy metals from the river *** increasing levels of algal counts and the chlorophyll a content confirmed the algal growth during the incubation period,followed by a declining stage after the incubation *** scanning electron microscopic images of algae before and after the remediation showed no remarkable modification of morphological *** study showed that the uptake of heavy metals using algae is an effective water pollution remediation measure,making the process practicable in the field on a large scale in the near future.
