the construction of heterogeneous frustrated Lewis pairs(FLps)catalysts is crucial for realizing highly efficient and recyclable pyridines catalytic *** this work,we prepared a recyclable heterogenous FLps catalyst CMp-bF with conjugated microporous polymer CMp-ethynyl as the support via self-catalyzed 1,1-carboboration reaction with commercial Lewis acid b(C_(6)F_(5))_(3).the as-synthesized CMp-bF demonstrates superior heterogenous catalytic hydrogenation performance(conversion>99%),and considerable stability(84%conversion after three cycles)in recyclable hydrogenation of 2,*** work provides insights into the fabrication and catalytic application of recyclable heterogenous FLp catalysts.

In this study,interconnected porous Mg-2zn-xY alloys with different phase compositions were prepared by various Y additions(x=0.4,3,and 6 wt.%)to adjust the compressive properties and energy absorption *** characterization methods were then applied to identify the microstructure of the porous Mg-zn-Y and describe the details of the second *** tests were performed at room temperature(Rt),200℃,and 300℃to study the impact of the Y addition and testing temperature on the compressive properties of the porous *** experimental results showed that a high Y content promotes a microstructure refinement and increases the volume fraction of the second *** the Y content increases,different Mg-zn-Y ternary phases appear:I-phase(Mg_(3)zn_(6)Y),W-phase(Mg_(3)zn_(3)Y_(2)),and LpSO phase(Mg_(12)znY).When the Y content ranges between 0.4%and 6%,the compressive strength increases from 6.30Mpa to 9.23 Mpa,and the energy absorption capacity increases from 7.33 MJ/m^(3)to 10.97 MJ/m^(3)at Rt,which is mainly attributed to the phase composition and volume fraction of the second ***,the average energy absorption efficiency is independent of the Y *** addition,the compressive deformation behaviors of the porous Mg-zn-Y are altered by the testing *** compressive strength and energy absorption capacity of the porous Mg-zn-Y decrease due to the softening effect of the high temperature on the *** deformation behaviors at different temperatures are finally observed to reflect the failure mechanisms of the struts.

Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease with complex *** microbiota influences the gutbrain axis,which may affect pathways related to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's ***,diet and physical activity are likely to affect the pathology of Alzheimer's disease as well as the gut *** demonstrates that it may be possible to prevent or halt the progression of Alzheimer's disease by regulating the gut microbiota using diet and physical activity ***,the present study reviews the association between these two interventions and gut microbiota in the human *** also summarizes how these two interventions benefit Alzheimer's ***,the primary limitations of these two interventions are discussed and promising strategies are proposed,which may be beneficial to further study and develop the intervening measure for the progression of Alzheimer's disease.

Rational molecular design of efficient yellow-red dendrimer tADF for solution-processed OLEDs: a combined effect of substitution position and strength of the donors

the development of high-performance solution-processed red organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) remains a challenge,particularly in terms of maintaining efficiency at high luminance. here, we designed and synthesized four novel orange-red thermally activated delayed fluorescence(tADF) dendrimers that are solution-processable: 2GCz bp, 2DpACz bp, 2Fbp2GCz and 2Fbp2DpACz. We systematically investigated the effect of substitution position and strength of donors on the optoelectronic properties. the reverse intersystem crossing rate constant(kRISC) of the emitters having donors substituted at positions 11and 12 of the dibenzo[a,c]phenazine(bp) is more than 10-times faster than that of compounds substituted having donors substituted at positions 3 and 6. Compound 2DpACz bp, containing stronger donors than 2GCz bp, exhibits a red-shifted emission and smaller singlet-triplet energy splitting, ΔE_(St), of 0.01 e V. the solution-processed OLED with 10 wt% 2DpACz bp doped in m Cp emitted at 640 nm and showed a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE_(max)) of 7.8%, which was effectively maintained out to a luminance of 1,000 cd m-2. Such a device's performance at relevant display luminance is among the highest for solution-processed red tADF OLEDs. the efficiency of the devices was improved significantly by using 4Cz IpN as an assistant dopant in a hyperfluorescence(hF) configuration, where the 2DpACz bp hF device shows an EQEmaxof 20.0% at λEL of 605 nm and remains high at 11.8% at a luminance of 1,000 cd m-2, which makes this device one of the highest efficiency orange-to-red hF Sp-OLEDs to date.

Objective: Ultrasonography is a diagnostic imaging technique used to visualize subcutaneous body structures for identification of possible pathologies. In this study, we aimed to explore the clinical significance of high-frequency ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. Methods: Eighteen patients were recruited in Department of Dermatology, zhongda hospital from 2020 to 2021 and divided into a pemphigus group (n = 8) and a bullous pemphigoid group (n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonographic images were collected using a 50-Mhz high-frequency ultrasound system. the indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the layer (epidermis or dermis), size, shape, internal echo, and boundary of the blister. Categorical variables are expressed as n (%), and differences were compared using Fisher's exact test. Results: the ultrasonographic images in the pemphigus group showed an intraepidermal semi-arc or irregular anechoic or hypoechoic areas. the inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hyperechoic bands of the epidermis. A linear hypoechoic band was present at the dermoepidermal junction in some cases. In the ultrasonographic images of the bullous pemphigoid group, the linear hyperechoic bands of the epidermis were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subepidermal blister) was present immediately below the bands. the location of the blisters in the ultrasonographic images was significantly different between the 2 groups (p high-frequency ultrasound can be used as an auxiliary means to differentiate the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. © 2022 hospital for Skin Diseases (Institute of Dermatology), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Chinese Medical Association, published by Wolters Kluwer, Inc.

Described here is a divergent,biosynthetically inspired synthesis of cochlearol b and ganocin *** steps of the synthesis include the chromene unit construction through a biomimetic acid-catalyzed[4+2]ring cyclization.A photochemical[2+2]cycloaddition was featured to construct the cyclobutane core of cochlearol *** skeletal rearrangements of cochlearol b afforded ganocin A,that one of them was Lewis acid mediated epoxide rearrangement and another was DDQ induced cyclobutane formed tetrahydrofuran *** described syntheses not only achieved these natural products in an efficient manner,but also provided insight into the biosynthetic relationship between the two different skeletons.
