Effect of Moringa oleifera on semen quality profiles in endangered Teressa goat under tropical humid island ecosystem

Objective:To investigate the effect of Moringa oleifera leaf extract on semen quality parameters in Teressa goat ***:A total of 25 semen samples from six bucks were selected for the *** of 150×10^(6) were incubated in 0,300,500 and 700μg of leaf extract as groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,*** stored semen samples were analysed for motility,viability,total sperm abnormalities,plasma membrane,acrosomal and nuclear integrities,seminal plasma intracellular enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and lactate dehydrogenase(LdH)]and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)and spermatozoa malondialdehyde(MdA)and cholesterol efflux in comparison with the control group(groupⅠ)for up to 72 ***:Moringa oleifera leaf extract(500μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa)-treated semen had significantly higher motility,viability,plasma membrane,acrosomal and nuclear integrities,and TAC(pd had significantly lower total sperm abnormalities,AST,ALT,LdH,MdA production and cholesterol efflux compared to those in other Moringa oleifera leaf extract treated(300 or 700μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa)and control groups at different hours of liquid storage(pparameters and TAC showed an increasing trend and total sperm abnormalities,MdA production,leakage of intra-cellular enzymes and cholesterol efflux showed a decreasing trend from group Ⅰto group Ⅲand then an opposite trend from group Ⅲ to group Ⅳ at different hours of liquid ***:Moringa oleifera leaf extract 500μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa can be used for liquid semen preservation in Teressa goat at Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Background:determining the incidence and prevalence of injury and illness in short-course triathletes would improve understanding of their etiologies and therefore assist in the development and implementation of prevention *** study synthesizes the existing evidence on the incidence and prevalence of injury and illness and summarizes reported injury or illness etiology and risk factors affecting short-course ***:This review followed the preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses *** reporting health problems(injury and illness)in triathletes(all sexes,ages,and experience levels)training and/or competing in short-course distances were *** electronic databases(Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,MEdLINE,Embase,ApA psychINFO,Web of Science Core Collection,and SpORTdiscus)were *** of bias was independently assessed by 2 reviewers using the Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment *** authors independently completed data ***:The search yielded 7998 studies,with 42 studies eligible for ***-three studies investigated injuries,24 studies investigated illnesses,and 5 studies investigated both injuries and *** injury incidence rate ranged 15.7-24.3 per 1000 athlete exposures,and the illness incidence rate ranged 1.8-13.1 per 1000 athlete *** and illness prevalence ranged between 2%-15%and 6%-84%,*** injuries reported occurred during running(45%-92%),and the most frequently reported illnesses affected the gastrointestinal(7%-70%),cardiovascular(14%-59%),and respiratory systems(5%-60%).Conclusion:The most frequently reported health problems in short-course triathletes were:overuse and lower limb injuries associated with running;gastrointestinal illnesses and altered cardiac function,primarily attributable to environmental factors;and respiratory illness mostly caused by infection.

In mathematics, space encompasses various structured sets such as Euclidean, metric, or vector space. This article introduces temporal space—a novel concept independent of traditional spatial dimensions and frames of reference, accommodating multiple object-oriented durations in a dynamical system. The novelty of building temporal space using finite geometry is rooted in recent advancements in the theory of relationalism which utilizes Euclidean geometry, set theory, dimensional analysis, and a causal signal system. Multiple independent and co-existing cyclic durations are measurable as a network of finite one-dimensional timelines. The work aligns with Leibniz’s comments on relational measures of duration with the addition of using discrete cyclic relational events that define these finite temporal spaces, applicable to quantum and classical physics. Ancient formulas have symmetry along with divisional and subdivisional orders of operations that create discrete and ordered temporal geometric elements. Elements have cyclically conserved symmetry but unique cyclic dimensional quantities applicable for anchoring temporal equivalence relations in linear time. We present both fixed equivalences and expanded periods of temporal space offering a non-Greek calendar methodology consistent with ancient global timekeeping descriptions. Novel applications of Euclid’s division algorithm and Cantor’s pairing function introduce a novel paired function equation. The mathematical description of finite temporal space within relationalism theory offers an alternative discrete geometric methodology for examining ancient timekeeping with new hypotheses for Egyptian calendars.

deep neural networks excel at image identification and computer vision applications such as visual product search, facial recognition, medical image analysis, object detection, semantic segmentation,instance segmentation, and many others. In image and video recognition applications, convolutional neural networks(CNNs) are widely employed. These networks provide better performance but at a higher cost of computation. With the advent of big data, the growing scale of datasets has made processing and model training a time-consuming operation, resulting in longer training times. Moreover, these large scale datasets contain redundant data points that have minimum impact on the final outcome of the model. To address these issues, an accelerated CNN system is proposed for speeding up training by eliminating the noncritical data points during training alongwith a model compression method. Furthermore, the identification of the critical input data is performed by aggregating the data points at two levels of granularity which are used for evaluating the impact on the model *** experiments are conducted using the proposed method on CIFAR-10 dataset on ResNet models giving a 40% reduction in number of FLOps with a degradation of just 0.11% accuracy.
