AIM: To correlate the significance of liver biochemical tests in diagnosing post orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) biliary complications and to study their profile before and after endoscopic therapy. METHODS: patients who developed biliary complications were analysed in detail for the clinical information,laboratory tests,treatment offered,response to it,follow up and outcomes. The profile of liver enzymes was determined. The safety,efficacy and outcomes of endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC) were also analysed. RESULTS: 40 patients required ERC for 70 biliary complications. GGT was found to be > 3 times (388.1 ± 70.9 U/mL vs 168.5 ± 34.2 U/L,p = 0.007) and SAp > 2 times (345.1 ± 59.1 U/L vs 152.7 ± 21.4 U/L,p = 0.003) the immediate post OLT values. Most frequent complication was isolated anastomotic strictures in 28 (40%). Sustained success was achieved in 26 (81%) patients. CONCLUSION: Biliary complications still remain an important problem post OLT. SAp and GGT can be used as early,non-invasive markers for diagnosis and also to assess the adequacy of therapy. Endoscopic management is usually effective in treating the majority of these biliary complications.

由于近场耦合效应的影响,EMI滤波器元件相同但是布局不同时,在滤波性能上会表现出极大的差异。EMI滤波器对电磁场非常敏感,因此它的布局设计是非常关键的。本文以π型滤波器为研究对象,对几种典型布局情况下的滤波性能进行了比较研究。通过有限元分析软件提取了不同布局情况下的近场耦合参数,建立了包含近场耦合参数的滤波器高频模型,借助该模型可以对滤波器在150kHz～30MHz频率范围内的性能进行准确的预测。仿真和实验结果表明,滤波器中电容引线长度、接地情况和安放位置以及pCB输入输出走线的布置对滤波性能有重要的影响。

In order to assess the diagnostic value of invasive electrophysiologic study (EpS) in the patients with unexplained syncope, the electrophysiologic findings of 268 patients with unexplained syncope despite a complete clinical evaluation were analyzed Results showed positive EpS finding was 38% in total patients and 50% in the patients aged >70 years With increasing age, the diagnostic yield of EpS also increased No significant differences of complication rate were found among the different age groups It was concluded that EpS havd high diagnostic value in the patients with unexplained syncope Its complications are few and mild EpS may be recommended in elderly patients with unexplained syncope

BACKGROUND Enteropathy-associated T cell lymphoma(EATL)is an aggressive intestinal T cell lymphoma derived from intraepithelial lymphocytes,which occurs in individuals with celiac disease(CD).Cerebral involvement is an extremely rare condition and as described so far,lymphoma lesions may present as parenchymal predominantly supratentorial or leptomeningeal *** describe a case of EATL with multifocal supra-and infratentorial brain involvement in a patient with refractory celiac disease(RCD).CASE SUMMARY A 58-years old man with known CD developed ulcerative jejunitis and was diagnosed with RCD type *** months later he presented with subacute cerebellar symptoms(gait ataxia,double vision,dizziness).Cranial magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)revealed multifocal T2 hyperintense supra-and infratentorial *** studies of blood and cerebrospinal fluid were inconspicuous for infectious,inflammatory or autoimmune diseases.18Ffluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography/computed tomography(18FDG-pET/CT)scan showed a suspect hypermetabolic lesion in the left upper abdomen and consequent surgical jejunal resection revealed the diagnosis of *** the diagnostic work-up,neurological symptoms aggravated and evolved refractory to high-dosage *** MRI scans showed progressive cerebral lesions,highly suspicious for lymphoma and methotrexate chemotherapy was ***,clinically the patient responded only ***,cerebral biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of cerebral involvement of *** the poor prognosis and deterioration of the performance status,best supportive care was *** patient passed away three weeks after *** EATL with cerebral involvement must be considered as a possible differential diagnosis in patients with known RCD presenting with neurological symptoms.

＜正＞ It is possible to see similarities between manufacturing processes and training / qualification processes. Both start with raw" material and subject it to a process in order to achieve the desired final product. In manufacturing, consistent quality of the final product can be achieved by control of the manufacturing process and, to achieve this, extensive use is made of Quality Management Systems （QMSs）. In the same way, harmonisation of qualification schemes can be achieved through effective use of QMSs. This paper describes how such systems can be applied and their advantages in terms of achieving harmonisation and uniformity. This systems adopted by the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting （EWF） and the International Institute of Welding （IIW） are given as examples. The paper also identifies areas of current and future development.
