Osteosarcoma is one of the rare bone cancers that affect the individualsaged between 10 and 30 and it incurs high death rate. Early diagnosisof osteosarcoma is essential to improve the survivability rate and treatmentprotocols. Traditional physical examination procedure is not only a timeconsumingprocess, but it also primarily relies upon the expert’s *** this background, the recently developed Deep Learning (DL) models canbe applied to perform decision making. At the same time, hyperparameteroptimization of DL models also plays an important role in influencing overallclassification performance. The current study introduces a novel SymbioticOrganisms Search with Deep Learning-driven Osteosarcoma Detection andClassification (SOSDL-ODC) model. The presented SOSDL-ODC techniqueprimarily focuses on recognition and classification of osteosarcoma usinghistopathological images. In order to achieve this, the presented SOSDL-ODCtechnique initially applies image pre-processing approach to enhance the qualityof image. Also, MobileNetv2 model is applied to generate a suitable groupof feature vectors whereas hyperparameter tuning of MobileNetv2 modelis performed using SOS algorithm. At last, Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU)technique is applied as a classification model to determine proper class *** order to validate the enhanced osteosarcoma classification performance ofthe proposed SOSDL-ODC technique, a comprehensive comparative analysiswas conducted. The obtained outcomes confirmed the betterment of SOSDLODCapproach than the existing approaches as the former achieved a maximumaccuracy of 97.73%.

Compressed H₃S: Fits to the Empirical H_c2(T) Data and a Discussion of the Meissner Effect

Based on μ-, T- and H-dependent pairing and number equations and the premise that μ(T) is predominantly the cause of the variation of the upper critical field Hc2(T), where μ, T and H denote the chemical potential, temperature and the applied field, respectively, we provide in this paper fits to the empirical Hc2(T) data of H3S reported by Mozaffari, et al. (2019) and deal with the issue of whether or not H3S exhibits the Meissner effect. Employing a variant of the template given by Dogan and Cohen (2021), we examine in detail the results of Hirsch and Marsiglio (2022) who have claimed that H3S does not exhibit the Meissner effect and Minkov, et al. (2023) who have claimed that it does. We are thus led to suggest that monitoring the chemical potential (equivalently, the number density of Cooper pairs Ns at T = Tc) should shed new light on the issue being addressed.

Effect of Nonlinear Thermal Radiation on Boundary Layer Flow of Viscous Fluid over Nonlinear Stretching Sheet with Injection/Suction

The present study reveals the effect of nonlinear thermal radiation and magnetic field on a boundary layer flow of a viscous fluid over a nonlinear stretching sheet with suction or an injection. Using suitable similarity transformations, governing partial differential equations were reduced to higher order ordinary differential equations and further these are solved numerically using of Keller-Box method. Effect of flow controlling parameter on velocity, temperature and nanoparticle fluid concentration, local skin friction coefficient, local Nusselt number and local Sherwood numbers are discussed. It is found that the dimensionless velocity decreases and temperature, concentration are increased with the increasing of magnetic parameter. The temperature profile is an increasing function of thermal radiation when it is increasing.

Effect of Bi3+ Ion Substitution on Magnetic properties of Cobalt Nano Ferrites prepared by Sol-Gel Combustion Method

Bismuth substituted cobalt nano ferrites with the chemical composition Co Bix Fe2-x O4 (x = 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 & 0.25) were prepared by sol-gel combustion method. The phase identification of prepared samples is characterised by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) method, which confirms the formation of a single phase fcc spinal structure. The mean crystallite sizes of all prepared samples were obtained within the range of 21 (±5) nm. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) images also confirmed the crystallite size of all the synthesised samples was in nano range. With the effect of Bip>3+p> ion substitution on spinal cobalt ferrite, the magnetic properties were investigated by using Vibration Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The obtained hysteresis (M-H) curves of all the samples were analysed under the applied magnetic field of range ± 10 K Oe at 300 K. The magnetic properties such as saturation magnetisation (Ms), remnant magnetization (Mr) and coercivity (Hc) values are tabulated, which show a decrease in trend as the bismuth ion concentration increases. This is due to the addition of Bip>3+p> ion in the place of Fep>3+p> ion (octahedral site) and hence the Bip>3+p>-Fep>3+p> ion interaction predominates as compared with the Fep>2+p>-Fep>3+p> ion interaction. The data obtained from magnetic studies, the variation among the magnetic properties have been investigated for all the prepared samples.

Effect of Magnetic Field on the Flow and Heat Transfer in a Casson Thin Film on an Unsteady Stretching Surface in the presence of Viscous and Internal Heating

The aim of this investigation is to analyze the effectiveness of Lorentz force, viscous dissipation and internal heating on the heat and flow characteristics of a non-Newtonian Casson fluid thin film resting on a stretching surface under the influence of a magnetic field. Employing suitable similarity variables and shooting technique and integrating scheme numerical solutions for velocity and temperature are obtained. The results of this analysis are compared with the published work and are found to be in good agreement. The thickness of the thin film is evaluated and is observed that Lorentz force and the non-Newtonian nature of the fluid have a thinning influence on the film. Velocity and temperature distributions in the thin film are discussed for various flow parameters.

On the Role of Chemical potential in Determining the Temperature Dependent Critical Magnetic Field and the penetration Depth of Superconductors

Dealing with both elemental and high-Tc superconductors (SCs) - Sn, Nb and pb belonging to the former category, and MgB2 and different samples of YBCO to the latter - we show that the difference in the values of their critical magnetic field Hc1,c2 and the penetration depth λL(0) is, remarkably, attributable predominantly to the difference in the values of a single parameter, viz., the chemical potential (μ) close to their critical temperatures (Tcs). Based directly on the dynamics of pairing in a magnetic field and the corresponding number equation, our approach relates Hc1,c2 of an SC with the following set of its properties: S1 = {μ, Tc, Debye temperature, effective mass of the electron, magnetic interaction parameter, Landau index}. Hence, it provides an alternative to the approach followed by Talantsev [Mod. phys. Lett. B 33, 1950195 (2019)] who has shown by ingeniously combining the results of various well-established theories that Hc2 of an SC can be calculated via four different equations, each of which invokes two or more properties from its sample-specific set S2 = {Tc, gap, coherence length, λL(0), jump in sp. ht.}, which is radically different from S1.

An Inquiry into Two Intriguing Values of the Critical Current Density of Bi-2212

The empirically reported values of the critical current density (jc) of Bi-2212 as 2.4 × 10p>5p> (jc1;Sample 1) and 1.0 × 10p>6p> A/cmp>2p> (jc2;Sample 2) are intriguing because both of them correspond to the same values of the temperature T = 4.2 K and the applied magnetic field H = 12 × 10p>4p> G. This difference is conventionally attributed to such factors—not all of which are quantifiable—as the geometry, dimensions and the nature of dopants and the manners of preparation of the samples which cause their granular structures, grain boundaries, alignment of the grains and so on to differ. Based on the premise that the chemical potential μ subsumes most of these features, given herein is a novel explanation of the said results in terms of the values of μ of the two samples. This paper revisits the problem that was originally addressed in [Malik G.p., Varma V.S. (2020) WJCMp, 10, 53-70] in the more accurate framework of a subsequent paper [Malik G.p., Varma V.S. (2021) JSNM, 34, 1551-1561]. Besides, it distinguishes between the contributions of the electro-electron (e-e) and the hole-hole (h-h) pairs to jc—a feature to which no heed was paid earlier. The essence of our findings is that the jcs of the two samples differ because they are characterized by different values of the primary variables μi and , where is the effective mass of a charge-carrier and me is the free-electron mass and i = 1 and 2 denote Sample 1 and Sample 2, respectively.
