Diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA) is a complication seen in patients with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Due to its large, growing economic impact with associated morbidity, closer look at proper management is im-portant. Factors involved in appropriate management involves fluid resuscitation, insulin regimen, and elec-trolyte replacement including types of fluid and insulin treatment. The caveat with generalized protocol is application to special populations such as renal or heart failure patients the sequelae of complications due to pathophysiology of the disease processes. This leads to complications and longer length of stay in the hospital, therefore, possibly increased cost and resource utilization during the hospitalization. This review takes a closer look at current guidelines of DKA management and resource utilization, the drawbacks of current management protocols and the cost associated with it. Therefore, a need for amendment to existing protocol or initiation of a newer guideline that properly manages DKA should incorporate special populations and appropriate regimen of fluid resuscitation, insulin therapy and electrolyte management.

Slow evaporation method was used to grow single crystals of lithium rubidium sulphate with high *** crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that at room temperature,the crystal belongs to a monoclinic system with the space group p21/*** physical parameters like plasma energy,penn gap,Fermi energy and electronic polarizability have been evaluated for the grown *** relation between electronic polarizability and diamagnetic susceptibility for the crystal has been established on the basis of Kirkwood’s semiempirical *** ac conductivity and dielectric behavior of the grown crystal were systemically investigated as a function of frequency and *** title compound obeys Jonscher’s power law relations:ð(ω)=σo+Aω^(s),with exponent spolarons take part in conduction process,and at low temperature,both the band and hopping mechanisms are responsible for *** impedance and modulus studies,it is observed that only one conduction relaxation is observed in the crystal at low *** activation energy of the dielectric relaxation(0.41 eV)and that of the conduction(Econd¼0:43 eV)are in agreement,as a result,there is no difference among the conduction and relaxation species at high *** scanning calorimetric analysis of the crystal shows three endothermic peaks at 166℃,185℃,and 202℃,from which various thermodynamic parameters such asΔH,ΔS andΔC_(p) have been *** Vickers hardness test,we have determined the mechanical strength,and other parameters which include fracture toughness,brittleness index,yield strength,and stiffness constant for the crystal.

The aim of the article is to determine the extent to which customer satisfaction"s in the e-banking in Semnan area had organizational and customer readiness for developing their services. One of the most important sectors that plays key role for grasping developed condition is banking sector. Banks like other institutions also look for augmenting their profits and increasing their strength by expansion. The designing of bank must involve selection of those that have sufficient success potential. Hence, from several factors of success, the following three criteria factors have been: selected-customer satisfied, one dimensional, and product fully functional. These factors offers three question multi criteria group extracted from a 16 norms. Also, three criteria factors have been studied over a period of five years and important criteria for evaluating the norms. The Analytical Hierarchy process (AHp) has been employed to calculate the success potential of each norm. The empirical data comprises the longitudinal survey of the agricultural banking of the Semnan province. The paper, also, finds that product fully functional is placed as the first priority.
