In order to accurately predict the mechanical behaviour of paste during forming process,the friction law between the carbon paste and the mould wall is an important parameter to be *** paper presents the tribological behaviour of the lubricated paste/steel interface subjected to high stress conditions at the anode forming temperature of 150℃.A method to characterize the tribological behaviour has been developed and an apparatus was *** method is based on the comparison of two successive *** the first experiment,the paste is in contact with the friction *** the second one,a layer of Teflon is placed under the paste in order to excite another parameter thereby allowing the identification of the friction coefficient between the paste and steel *** experiments were performed with a paste under different normal *** static and kinetic friction coefficients of the Teflon/steel,steel/steel and paste/steel interfaces have been *** static and kinetic friction coefficients of the Teflon/steel are respectively 0.17 and *** steel/steel friction coefficients were evaluated twice which gave a static coefficient that varies between 0.22 and *** kinetic coefficient varies between 0.18 and *** static and kinetic paste/steel friction coefficients obtained from both experiments are clearly *** values are 0.15 and 0.13 respectively.

Chymotryptic hydrolysis of β-lactoglobulin (β-lg) leads to the release of a wide range of biofunctional ***,the proteolysis of native β-lg is limited due to its compact globular structure,thus ending with low yields of *** our previous study showed that eco-efficient High Voltage Electric Treatments (HVET),namely pulsed Electric Fields (pEF) and Electric Arc (ARC),of β-lg substantially improved its enzymatic hydrolysis,no information regarding the nature of released peptides is available up to ***,the time-dependent release of peptides and the dynamics of this release were discussed in the current *** analysis of the final hydrolysates showed that chymotrypsinolysis of HVET samples released 19% more peptides with higher concentration than the native and preheated ***,1-min HVET were found to be more efficient than 10-min ones as they led to the release of bioactive peptides (even without chymotrypsin) with higher eco-efficiency scores.

Membrane-associated RING-CH-1 (MARCH1) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase which targets MHC-II, CD86 and various other molecules for degradation. It is one of the most efficient post-translational regulators of antigen presentation. MARCH1 is expressed in resting immature dendritic cells and B cells but can be induced in other cell types. While activation of most immune cells results in a reduction in MARCH1 gene expression, its anti-inflammatory properties are highlighted by its induction in response to IL-10. Here, we review what is known about the regulation of MARCH1 gene expression in response to IL-10 by various immune cells. We speculate on the role of MARCH1 ininfection, its differential expression pattern and the promise that this E3 ubiquitin ligase holds to influence immune responses and mitigate immune pathologies.

Haulage drifts play a vital role in providing personnel and equipment access to ore extraction areas for mine production. Thus, their stability is of crucial importance during the life of a mine plan. Many Canadian mines use longhole mining methods or one of its variants. These methods require access to the orebody through haulage drifts on multiple levels. This paper examines the stability of mine haulage drifts with respect to planned mining sequence. A case study of an underground mine is presented. The case study examines # l Shear East of the Garson Mine in Sudbury, Ontario. A two-dimensional, elastoplastic, finite difference model （FLAC 2D） is developed for a haulage drift situated 1.5 km below surface in the footwall of the orebody. The stability of the haulage drift is evaluated in terms of the spread of yield zones into the rockmass due to nearby mining activities. The performance of the drift stability is evaluated at various mining stages, employing the RMC （Random Monte-Carlo） technique in conjunction with finite difference modeling to study the probability of unsatisfactory performance of the drift. The results are presented and categorized with respect to probability, instability and mining stage.

Background: Campylobacter contamination in poultry and poultry product has been reported worldwide. The present study aims to determine the prevalence of Campylobacter in poultry feces using selective enrichment Bolton broth and multiplex PCR. Method: Two methods were used in this studypan>: the first was direct plating of poultry feces into mCCDA agar plates. The second, three antibiotics were used at different concentrations to add in Bolton broth supplemented. 皮肤细胞间质体 (ECM)是由表皮与真皮产生的各种蛋白构成。破坏ECM的金属蛋白酶(MMp)是引起皮肤老化的重要原因。年龄的增长、环境的影响使皮肤逐渐老化。从分子与细胞层面的角度出发 ,着重分析了ECM与MMp对此所起的根本作用。年龄与紫外线影响会激增MMp2 (MMp的一种 )的活性 ,降低内在TIMp (抑制MMp2的酶 )的作用 ,使胶原蛋白纤维逐渐衰败 ,失去健康的平衡。MMp2激增的活性破坏在表皮与真皮间起支托作用的胶原蛋白 7型 ,可导致皱纹 ;MMp2还破坏胶原蛋白 1型 ,使ECM缺损、萎缩 ,导致微细血管扩张。
