This paper investigates the boundary layer flow,heat and mass transfercharacteristics over a vertical cone filled with nanofluid saturated porous medium with theinfluence of magnetic field,thermal radiation and first order chemical reaction subject to theconvective boundary *** transformation technique is used for the purpose ofconverting non-linear partial differential equations into the system of complex ordinarydifferential *** computational Finite element method has been employed to solvethe flow,heat and mass transfer equations together with boundary *** impact ofvarious pertinent parameters on hydrodynamic,thermal and solutal boundary layers isinvestigated and the results are displayed ***,the values of local skin-friction coefficient,rate of temperature and rate of concentration is also calculated and theresults are presented *** comparisons with previously published work is made andfound good *** thickness of thermal boundary layer is increased with increase inthe values of Brownian motion parameter(Nb)and thermophoresis parameter(Ni).

The objective of the current study is to investigate the importance of entropy generation and thermal radiation on the patterns of velocity,isentropic lines,and temperature contours within a thermal energy storage device filled with magnetic nanoencapsulated phase change materials(NEpCMs).The versatile finite element method(FEM)is implemented to numerically solve the governing *** effects of various parameters,including the viscosity parameter,ranging from 1 to 3,the thermal conductivity parameter,ranging from 1 to 3,the Rayleigh parameter,ranging from 102 to 3×10^(2),the radiation number,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5,the fusion temperature,ranging from 1.0 to 1.2,the volume fraction of NEpCMs,ranging from 2%to 6%,the Stefan number,ranging from 1 to 5,the magnetic number,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5,and the irreversibility parameter,ranging from 0.1 to 0.5,are examined in detail on the temperature contours,isentropic lines,heat capacity ratio,and velocity ***,the heat transfer rates at both the cold and hot walls are analyzed,and the findings are presented *** results indicate that the time taken by the NEpCMs to transition from solid to liquid is prolonged inside the chamber region as the fusion temperatureθf ***,the contours of the heat capacity ratio Cr decrease with the increase in the Stefan number Ste.

In this work,we propose a stateless blockchain called CompactChain,which compacts the entire state of the UTXO(Unspent Transaction Output)based blockchain systems into two RSA *** first accumulator is called Transaction Output(TXO)commitment which represents the TXO *** second one is called Spent Transaction Output(STXO)commitment which represents the STXO *** this work,we discuss three algorithms:(i)To update the TXO and STXO commitments by the *** miner also provides the proofs for the correctness of the updated commitments;(ii)To prove the transaction’s validity by providing a membership witness in TXO commitment and non-membership witness against STXO commitment for a coin being spent by a user;(iii)To update the witness for the coin that is not yet spent;The experimental results evaluate the performance of the CompactChain in terms of time taken by a miner to update the commitments and time taken by a validator to verify the commitments and validate the *** compare the performance of CompactChain with the existing state-of-the-art works on stateless *** shows a reduction in commitments update complexity and transaction witness size which inturn reduces the mempool size and propagation latency without compromising the system throughput(Transactions per second(TpS)).

With the recent technological developments,massive vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs)have been established,enabling numerous vehicles and their respective Road Side Unit(RSU)components to communicate with *** best way to enhance traffic flow for vehicles and traffic management departments is to share thedata they *** needs to be more protection for the VANET *** effective and safe methodof outsourcing is suggested,which reduces computation costs by achieving data security using a homomorphicmapping based on the conjugate operation of *** research proposes a VANET-based data outsourcingsystem to fix the *** keep data outsourcing secure,the suggested model takes cryptography models *** will keep the generated keys for the purpose of vehicle *** controlling and overseeingthe outsourced data while preserving privacy,the suggested approach considers the Trusted Certified Auditor(TCA).Using the secret key,TCA can identify the genuine identity of VANETs when harmful messages *** proposed model develops a TCA-based unique static vehicle labeling system using cryptography(TCA-USVLC)for secure data outsourcing and privacy preservation in *** proposed model calculatesthe trust of vehicles in 16 ms for an average of 180 vehicles and achieves 98.6%accuracy for data encryption toprovide *** proposedmodel achieved 98.5%accuracy in data outsourcing and 98.6%accuracy in privacypreservation in fog-enabled *** curve cryptography models can be applied in the future for betterencryption and decryption rates with lightweight cryptography operations.

Lanthanum doped nickel-cobalt nano ferrites with chemical formula Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.5)LaxFe_(2-x)O_(4)(x=0.05,0,10,0.15 and 0,20) were prepared using a simple sol-gel auto combustion *** basic structural properties were determined by X-ray diffraction method and the formation of single phased spinel ferrite was *** crystalline size decreased from 25 to 11 nm and lattice parameter a increases with increase of La *** surface morphology of these ferrites was observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and agglomerated irregular grains are observed with increase of the rare earth element La ***-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) result confirms the presence of the required *** Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) spectrum indicates the formation of the spinel ferrite structure with M-O *** direct band measurements from ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis) spectroscopy indicate that the direct band gap decreases from 1.39 to 1.19 eV for x=0.05 to x=0.15,then increases to 1.28 eV for x=*** room temperature magnetic properties of these ferrites were studied by a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The enhanced saturation magnetization of 49.73 emu/g is observed for x=0.10 and then saturation magnetizations are gradually decreased for x=0.15 and x=*** the remanent magnetization and coercivity also follow the same trend.

Achalasia cardia,the most prevalent primary esophageal motility disorder,is predominantly characterized by symptoms of dysphagia and *** principal therapeutic approaches for achalasia encompass pneumatic dilatation(pD),Heller's myotomy,and the more recent per-oral endoscopic myotomy(pOEM).pOEM has been substantiated as a safe and efficacious modality for the management of *** pOEM demonstrates superior efficacy compared to pD and an efficacy parallel to Heller's myotomy,the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)following pOEM is notably higher than with the aforementioned *** symptomatic reflux post-pOEM is relatively infrequent,the significant occurrence of erosive esophagitis and heightened esophageal acid exposure necessitates vigilant monitoring to preclude long-term GERD-related *** advancements in the field have enhanced our comprehension of the risk factors,diagnostic methodologies,preventative strategies,and therapeutic management of GERD subsequent to *** review focuses on the limitations inherent in the 24-h pH study for evaluating post-pOEM reflux,potential modifications in the pOEM technique to mitigate GERD risk,and the strategies for managing reflux following pOEM.

Management of proximal tibial stress fracture associated with advanced knee osteoarthritis:A systematic review

purpose:Tibial stress fracture associated with knee osteoarthritis is an unusual and difficult clinical *** is no clear existing treatment guideline for this uncommon clinical *** aim of this study is to review the impact of various treatment options for patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis associated with proximal tibial stress ***:The study was performed using the databases of pubMed and *** index for non-randomized studies score was used to evaluate the included studies’*** concluded data included the treatment approach,reported outcome measure,and time to fracture *** literature search was started in December 2021 and accomplished in January 2022.A narrative description of the different methods and comparison of their results were ***:Out of total assessed 69 studies,9 studies were included in our *** commonest treatment approach used was total knee arthroplasty by long tibial stem *** mean preoperative knee society score and knee functional score were 30.62 and 23.17,*** mean postoperative knee society knee score was 86.87,while the functional score was *** average reported time to achieve fracture union was 4 months(a range of 2.07-5.50 months).Conclusion:The optimal clinical outcome for treating either acute or mobile tibial stress fracture in patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis can be achieved with long stem total knee ***,due to heterogeneity of data,comparison of different treatment options for chronic proximal tibial stress fracture mal-union/non-union coexisting with knee osteoarthritic and such inferences need to be judged cautiously.
