Hydrous ruthenium oxide(h-Ru O) nanoparticles and its composite with multiwalled carbon nanotubes(h-Ru O/MWCNT) were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and proved to have potential application as hybrid supercapacitor *** h-Ru Oand h-Ru O/MWCNT were characterized for their physico-chemical properties by pXRD,BET surface area,Raman,SEM-EDS and TEM *** electrochemical performance of the materials were investigated,specific capacitance(Cs) of h-Ru Oand hRu O/MWCNT estimated by their cyclic voltammetric studies were found to be 604 and 1585 F/g respectively at a scan rate of 2 m V/s in the potential range 0–1.2 ***,this value was found to be nearly three times higher than that of pure h-Ru *** asymmetric supercapacitor(AS) device was fabricated by employing h-Ru O/MWCNT as the positive electrode and activated carbon as the negative *** device exhibited Cs of 61.8 F/g at a scan rate of 2 m V/***,the device showed excellent long term stability for 20,000 cycles with 88% capacitance retention at a high current density of 25 A/g.

In this research work, the thermal conductivity and density of alumina/silica(Al_2O_3/SiO_2) in water hybrid nanofluids at different temperatures and volume concentrations have been modeled using the artificial neural networks(ANN). The nanocolloid involved in the study was synthesized by the two-step method and characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM–EDX and zeta potential analysis. The properties of the synthesized nanofluid were measured at various volume concentrations(0.05%, 0.1% and 0.2%) and temperatures(20 to 60 °C). Established on the observational data and ANN, the optimum neural structure was suggested for predicting the thermal conductivity and density of the hybrid nanofluid as a function of temperature and solid volume concentrations. The results indicate that a neural network with 2 hidden layers and 10 neurons have the lowest error and a highest fitting coefficient o thermal conductivity, whereas in the case of density, the structure with 1 hidden layer consisting of 4 neurons proved to be the optimal structure.

Here we demonstrate the fabrication, electrochemical performance and application of an asymmetric supercapacitor (AS) device constructed with ss-Ni(OH)(2)/MWCNTs as positive electrode and KOH activated honeycomb-like porous carbon (K-pC) derived from banana fibers as negative electrode. Initially, the electrochemical performance of hydrothermally synthesized ss-Ni(OH)(2)/MWCNTs nanocomposite and K-pC was studied in a three-electrode system using 1 M KOH. These materials exhibited a specific capacitance (Cs) of 1327 Fig and 324 F/g respectively at a scan rate of 10 mV/s. Further, the AS device i.e., ss-Ni(OH)(2)/MWCNTs// K-pC in 1 M KOH solution, demonstrated a Cs of 156 F/g at scan rate of 10 mV/s in a broad cell voltage of 0-2.2 V. The device demonstrated a good rate capability by maintaining a Cs of 59 F/g even at high current density (25 A/g). The device also offered high energy density of 63 Wh/kg with maximum power density of 5.2 kW/kg. The AS device exhibited excellent cycle life with 100% capacitance retention at 5000th cycle at a high current density of 25 A/g. Two AS devices connected in series were employed for powering a pair of LEDs of different colors and also a mini fan. In this research work,we proposed a medical image analysis framework with two separate releases whether or not Synovial Sarcoma(SS)is the cell structure for *** this framework the histopathology images are decomposed into a third-level sub-band using a two-dimensional Discrete Wavelet ***,the structure features(SFs)such as principalComponentsAnalysis(pCA),Independent ComponentsAnalysis(ICA)and Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA)were extracted from this subband image representation with the distribution of wavelet *** SFs are used as inputs of the Support Vector Machine(SVM)***,classification of pCA+SVM,ICA+SVM,and LDA+SVM with Radial Basis Function(RBF)kernel the efficiency of the process is differentiated and compared with the best classification ***,data collected on the internet from various histopathological centres via the Internet of Things(IoT)are stored and shared on blockchain technology across a wide range of image distribution across secure data IoT *** to this,the minimum and maximum values of the kernel parameter are adjusted and updated periodically for the purpose of industrial application in device ***,these resolutions are presented with an excellent example of a technique for training and testing the cancer cell structure prognosis methods in spindle shaped cell(SSC)histopathological imaging *** performance characteristics of cross-validation are evaluated with the help of the receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve,and significant differences in classification performance between the techniques are *** combination of LDA+SVM technique has been proven to be essential for intelligent SS cancer detection in the future,and it offers excellent classification accuracy,sensitivity,specificity.

The intact data transmission to the authentic user is becoming crucial at every moment in the current ***;is a technique for concealing the hidden message in any cover media such as image,video;and audio to increase the protection of *** resilience and imperceptibility are improved by choosing an appropriate embedding *** paper gives a novel system to immerse the secret information in different videos with different *** audio and video steganography with novel amalgamations are implemented to immerse the confidential auditory information and the authentic user’s face image.A hidden message is first included in the audio from the multimedia file;using LSB *** Stego-video is created in the second stage by merging the authorized user’s face into the frame of the video;by using pVD ***-audio is linked again with the stego-video in the third *** incorporated perspective techniques(LSB-SS and pVD-SS algorithms)with more significant data immersing capacity,good robustness and imperceptibility are proposed in this research *** spread spectrum approach is used to increase the complexity of secret data *** different video files are tested with different voice files with the results such as pSNR,SSIM,RMSE and MSE as 52.3,0.9963,0.0024 and 0.0000059,respectively.

CdS and chlorine doped CdS(CdS:Cl) thin films with different Cl-doping levels(0,2,4,6 and 8 at%) have been deposited on glass substrates by a spray pyrolysis technique using a perfume *** effect of Cl doping on the structural,morphological,optical and electrical properties of the films was *** patterns revealed that all the films exhibit hexagonal crystal structure with a preferential orientation along the(0 0 2) plane irrespective of the Cl doping *** particle size value decreases from 22.03 nm to 18.12 nm with increase in Cl *** band gap is blue-shifted from 2.48 eV to 2.73 eV with increase in Cl doping *** the films have resistivity in the order of 10～4 Ω *** obtained results confirm that chlorine as an anionic dopant material can enhance the physical properties of CdS thin films to a large extent.

One of the fast-growing disease affecting women’s health seriously is breast *** is highly essential to identify and detect breast cancer in the earlier *** paper used a novel advanced methodology than machine learning algorithms such as Deep learning algorithms to classify breast cancer *** learning algorithms are fully automatic in learning,extracting,and classifying the features and are highly suitable for any image,from natural to medical *** methods focused on using various conventional and machine learning methods for processing natural and medical *** is inadequate for the image where the coarse structure matters *** of the input images are downscaled,where it is impossible to fetch all the hidden details to reach accuracy in *** deep learning algorithms are high efficiency,fully automatic,have more learning capability using more hidden layers,fetch as much as possible hidden information from the input images,and provide an accurate *** this paper uses AlexNet from a deep convolution neural network for classifying breast cancer in mammogram *** performance of the proposed convolution network structure is evaluated by comparing it with the existing algorithms.

With the rapid evolution of Internet technology,fog computing has taken a major role in managing large amounts of *** major concerns in this domain are security and ***,attaining a reliable level of confidentiality in the fog computing environment is a pivotal *** different types of data stored in the fog,the 3D point and mesh fog data are increasingly popular in recent days,due to the growth of 3D modelling and 3D printing ***,in this research,we propose a novel scheme for preserving the privacy of 3D point and mesh fog *** Cat mapbased data encryption is a recently trending research area due to its unique properties like pseudo-randomness,deterministic nature,sensitivity to initial conditions,ergodicity,*** boost encryption efficiency significantly,in this work,we propose a novel Chaotic Cat *** sequence generated by this map is used to transform the coordinates of the fog *** improved range of the proposed map is depicted using bifurcation *** quality of the proposed Chaotic Cat map is also analyzed using metrics like Lyapunov exponent and approximate *** also demonstrate the performance of the proposed encryption framework using attacks like brute-force attack and statistical *** experimental results clearly depict that the proposed framework produces the best results compared to the previous works in the literature.
