The present study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of lanthanum(La^(3+))-doped calcium nanoferrites(CaLa_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4):x=0.025,0.050,0.075 and 0.100)using the sonochemical *** techniques were employed to analyze the effect of La^(3+)infusion,Raman spectroscopy confirms the presence of active A_(1g),T_(2g)and E_g modes in the CaLa_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4)nanoferrite,indicating the formation of an active ferrite *** introduction of La^(3+)doping results in a significant increase in the band gap energy,rendering the nanoferrites insulating(3.23-3,57 eV).At higher frequencies,the impedance studies reveal minimal losses and better AC conductivity,pointing to improved dielectric *** higher frequencies,the Q-factor of La-doped calcium nanoferrites shows lower electromagnetic *** M-H curve exhibits ferromagnetic behavior,with La^(3+)-doped calcium nano ferrites displaying a saturation magnetization ranging from 12.72 to 18.10 emu/*** incorporation of La^(3+)also induces enhanced electrical polarization,leading to notable dielectric loss and increased absorption of electromagnetic ***,these CaLa_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4)nanoferrites demonstrate potential as effective microwave absorbers across a wide frequency range,with significant shielding absorption observed at 8.8-9.1 GHz.

Enhanced solid-electrolyte interface efficiency for practically viable hydrogen-air fuel cell systems

proton exchange membrane fuel cells （pEMFCs） provide an appealing sustainable energy system,with the solid-electrolyte membrane playing a crucial role in its overall ***,sulfonated poly（1,4-phenylene ether-ether sulfone）(SpEES),an aromatic hydrocarbon polymer,has garnered considerable attention as an alternative to Nafion ***,the long-term durability and stability of SpEES present a significant *** this context,we introduce a potential solution in the form of an additive,specifically a core–shell-based amine-functionalized iron titanate （A–Fe2TiO5）,which holds promise for improving the lifetime,proton conductivity,and power density of SpEES in *** modified SpEES/A–Fe2TiO5composite membranes exhibited notable characteristics,including high water uptake,enhanced thermomechanical stability,and oxidative ***,the SpEES membrane loaded with 1.2 wt%of A–Fe2TiO5demonstrates a maximum proton conductivity of 155 mS cm-1,a twofold increase compared to the SpEES membrane,at 80°C under 100%relative humidity （RH）.Furthermore,the 1.2 wt%of A–Fe2TiO5/SpEES composite membranes exhibited a maximum power density of 397.37 mW cm-2and a current density of 1148 mA cm-2at 60°C under 100%RH,with an opencircuit voltage decay of 0.05 m V/h during 103 h of continuous *** study offers significant insights into the development and understanding of innovative SpEES nanocomposite membranes for pEMFC applications.

Effect of Thickness of SnO_2:F over Layer on Certain physical properties of ZnO:Al Thin Films for Opto-electronic Applications

Bilayered FTO/AZO （fluorine doped tin oxide/aluminium doped zinc oxide） films were fabricated using a simple, cost effective spray pyrolysis technique. X-ray diffraction （XRD） profiles of bilayered films showed that in the case of lower thickness FTO over layers, （002） plane of ZnO phase had the highest intensity, whereas the predominance was changed in favour of （200） plane of SnO2 phase for higher thickness FTO over layer. UV studies showed that bilayered FTO/AZO films exhibited a sharp absorption edge as that of AZO film. The decrease in the photoluminescence （pL） peak at 420 nm with increasing FTO over layer thickness indicated a reduction in the zinc vacancies which caused a reduction in the sheet resistance （Rsh）. Electrical studies revealed that, eventhough the Rsh value （916Ω/□） of bilayered FTO （313 nm）/AZO （314 nm） film was found to be higher than that of FTO single layer film （72Ω/□）, it was much lower than that of AZO single layer film （5661Ω/□））. The atomic force microscopy （AFM） images reflect the characteristic features of both zinc oxide and tin oxide films.

Single and multi-area multi-fuel economic dispatch using a fuzzified squirrel search algorithm

Multi-Area Multi-Fuel Economic Dispatch (MAMFED) aims to allocate the best generation schedule in each area and to offer the best power transfers between different areas by minimizing the objective functions among the available fuel alternatives for each unit while satisfying various constraints in power systems. In this paper, a Fuzzified Squirrel Search Algorithm (FSSA) algorithm is proposed to solve the single-area multi-fuel economic dispatch (SAMFED) and MAMFED problems. Squirrel Search Algorithm (SSA) mimics the foraging behavior of squirrels based on the dynamic jumping and gliding strategies. In the SSA approach, predator presence behavior and a seasonal monitoring condition are employed to increase the search ability of the algorithm, and to balance the exploitation and exploration. The suggested approach considers the line losses, valve point loading impacts, multi-fuel alternatives, and tie-line limits of the power system. Because of the contradicting nature of fuel cost and pollutant emission objectives, weighted sum approach and price penalty factor are used to transfer the bi-objective function into a single objective function. Furthermore, a fuzzy decision strategy is introduced to find one of the pareto optimal fronts as the best compromised solution. The feasibility of the FSSA is tested on a three-area test system for both the SAMFED and MAMFED problems. The results of FSSA approach are compared with other heuristic approaches in the literature. Multi-objective performance indicators such as generational distance, spacing metric and ratio of non-dominated individuals are evaluated to validate the effectiveness of FSSA. The results divulge that the FSSA is a promising approach to solve the SAMFED and MAMFED problems while providing a better compromise solution in comparison with other heuristic approaches.

Enhancing the Antibacterial Efficiency of ZnO Nanopowders Synthesized by Combustion Method Through Ag+Fe Co-doping

（Ag ＋ Fe）-doped ZnO nanopowders have been synthesized using combustion method. Ag doping level was kept as 2 at.%, and Fe doping level was varied from 3 to 6 at,%, and the structural, optical, surface morphological, and antibacterial properties have been investigated. The structural studies show that ZnO/（Ag 4-Fe） nanopowders have hexagonal wurtzite structure with a preferential orientation along the （101） plane. The FE-SEM images indicate that there is a gradual decrease in the grain size with the increase in the doping level of Fe, and the TEM images are correlated well with FE-SEM images. The XpS profile clearly confirms the presence of expected elemental composition. photolumi- nescence studies reveal the presence of extrinsic defects in the material. Antibacterial activity of Ag- and Fe-doped ZnO nanopowders against Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio Cholerae, and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was also investigated.

Heavy crude oil(HCO)production,processing,and transportation forms several practical challenges to the oil and gas industry,due to its higher *** the shear rheology of this HCO is highly important to tackle production and flow *** environmental and economic viability of the conventional methods(thermal or dilution with organic solvents),force the industry to find an *** present study was constructed to investigate the effect of eco-friendly ionic liquids(ILs)on the HCO's rheology,at high temperature and high *** different alkyl ammonium ILs were screened for HCO's shear rheology at the temperatures of 25-100℃ and for pressures 0.1e10 *** addition of ILs reduced the HCO's viscosity substantially from 25 to 33%from their original HCO ***,it aids to reduce the yield stress to about 15-20%at all the studied experimental ***,the viscoelastic property of the HCO was studied for both strain-sweep and frequencysweep and noticed the ILs helps to increase HCO's loss modulus(G00)by reducing storage modulus(G0),it leads to the reduction of the crossover point around 25-32%than the standard *** the ILs addition with HCO converts its solid-like nature into liquid-like ***,the effect ILs chain length was also studied and found the ILs which has lengthier chain length shows better efficiency on the ***,the microscopic investigation of the HCO sample was analyzed with and without ILs and witnessed that these ILs help to fragment the flocculated HCO into smaller *** findings indicate that the ILs could be considered as the better alternative for efficient oil production,processing,and transportation.

An automated detection of glaucoma using histogram features

Glaucoma is a chronic and progressive optic neurodegenerative disease leading to vision deterioration and in most cases produce increased pressure within the eye. This is due to the backup of fluid in the eye; it causes damage to the optic nerve. Hence, early detection diagnosis and treatment of an eye help to prevent the loss of vision. In this paper, a novel method is proposed for the early detection of glaucoma using a combination of magnitude and phase features from the digital fundus images. Local binary patterns(LBp) and Daugman’s algorithm are used to perform the feature set *** histogram features are computed for both the magnitude and phase components. The Euclidean distance between the feature vectors are analyzed to predict glaucoma. The performance of the proposed method is compared with the higher order spectra(HOS)features in terms of sensitivity, specificity, classification accuracy and execution time. The proposed system results 95.45% output for sensitivity, specificity and classification. Also, the execution time for the proposed method takes lesser time than the existing method which is based on HOS features. Hence, the proposed system is accurate, reliable and robust than the existing approach to predict the glaucoma features.

We study a class of non-densely defined impulsive neutral stochastic functional differential equations driven by an independent cylindrical fractional Brownian motion （fBm） with Hurst parameter H ∈ （1/2, 1） in the Hilbert space. We prove the existence and uniqueness of the integral solution for this kind of equations with the coefficients satisfying some non-Lipschitz conditions. The results are obtained by using the method of successive approximation.

Exponential synchronization of complex dynamical networks with Markovian jumping parameters using sampled-data and mode-dependent probabilistic time-varying delays

In this paper, the problem of exponential synchronization of complex dynamical networks with Markovian jumping parameters using sampled-data and Mode-dependent probabilistic time-varying coupling delays is investigated. The sam- pling period is assumed to be time-varying and bounded. The information of probability distribution of the time-varying delay is considered and transformed into parameter matrices of the transferred complex dynamical network model. Based on the condition, the design method of the desired sampled data controller is proposed. By constructing a new Lyapunov functional with triple integral terms, delay-distribution-dependent exponential synchronization criteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
