ChatGpT has obvious benefits in the way it can interrogate vast amounts of reference information and utilise metadata generation to answer questions posed to it and is freely available having been developed through human feedback. Already there are ethical and practical implications on its impact on learning and research. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been seen as a way of improving healthcare provision by delivering more robust outcomes but measuring these and implementing AI within this setting is at present limited and disjointed. Methods: ChatGpT was interrogated to see what it felt were the barriers to its implementation within healthcare and in particular orthopaedic practice. The evidence for this determination was then examined for validity and applicability for a practical roll out at a Trust, Regional or National level. Results: AI can synthesise a vast amount of information to help it answer specific questions. The context and structure of any question will determine the usefulness of the answer which can then be used to develop practical solutions based on experience and resource limitations. Conclusions: AI has a role in service development and can quickly focus a working group to areas to consider when practically implementing change.

We evaluated the growth and crown traits of 36 poplar clones at two distinct agro-climatic regions of punjab （Ludhiana and Bathinda） in northwestern India, following randomized block design with three replications and plot size of four trees. significant differences among clones （p〈0.001） were observed for diameter at breast height （DBH）, tree height, volume, crown width and number of branches under both the site conditions. Clones ‘G-3’, ‘25-N’ and ‘41-N’ at Ludhiana and ‘G-3’, ‘RD-01’ and ‘s7C8’ at Bathinda were found to be superior for volume production. All growth and crown traits registered significantly higher values at Ludhiana in comparison to those at Bathinda. Clone site interaction was also significant （p〈0.001）. For volume, clones ‘L-62/84’, ‘113520’, ‘25-N’ and ‘s4C2’ witnessed huge fluctuations in ranking between sites. The correlations between growth traits were positive and highly significant （p〈0.001） at both sites. The clonal mean heritability was moderate for DBH and volume both at Ludhiana （0.61–0.66） and Bathinda （0.61–0.62）. Across sites, the genetic advance was the highest for volume （49.76%） and the lowest （6.50%） in case of height.

Banana is an edible fruit and is herbaceous flowering plant belonging to the genus Musa and the family *** is also eaten as cooked vegetable(and is then called plantains).All the edible banana fruits are seedless(parthenocarpic)and belong to two main species,Musa acuminata Colla and Musa balbisiana *** hybrid from these two species Musa x paradisiaca *** also available *** banana is native to Indomalaya and Australia,papua New Guinea was the first to domesticate this *** has now spread to almost 135 countries around the *** per 2016 data,nearly 28 per cent of the total world’s banana production comes from India and *** group banana,being the main export item from the banana-exporting countries,usually refers to soft,sweet,and dessert banana in the Western countries,but the plantain bananas have firm,starchy fruit which is suitable for cooking as a *** is known to be rich not only in carbohydrates,dietary fibres,certain vitamins and minerals,but is also rich in many health-promoting bioactive *** composition including various bioactives and their health contributions has been reviewed in this paper.

Changes in soil biochemical indicators at different wheat growth stages under conservation-based sustainable intensification of rice-wheat system

soil microbes play critical roles in soil biogeochemistry, soil biological health and crop productivity. The current study evaluated the effects of tillage and residue management on changes in soil biochemical indicators at different growth stages of wheat after 5 years of rice-wheat system. Nine treatment combinations of tillage, crop establishment and crop residue management included three main plot treatments applied to rice:(1) conventional till direct dry seeded rice(CTDsR),(2) zero till direct dry seeded rice(ZTDsR), and(3) conventional puddled manual transplanted rice(CTpTR) and three subplot treatments in subsequent wheat:(1) conventional tillage with rice residue removed(CTW-R),(2) zero tillage with rice residue removed(ZTW-R) and(3) zero tillage with rice residue retained as surface mulch(ZTW+R). Irrespective of rice treatments, ZTW+R treatment had higher soil biochemical indicators compared with ZTW-R and CTW-R at all the growth stages of wheat. Generally, all the biochemical indicators were the highest at the flowering stage of wheat. Residual effect of rice treatments was also significant on biochemical quotients in wheat, which were the highest under ZTDsR followed by CTDsR and CTpTR. The present study provided three sensitive and reliable biochemical indicators(microbial biomass, basal soil respiration and microbial quotient) which respond rapidly to change in tillage and residue management practices in RWs of south Asia.

A soil coring protocol was developed to cooptimize the estimation of root length distribution(RLD)by depth and detection of functionally important variation in root system architecture(RsA)of maize and *** functional-structural model OpensimRoot was used to perform in silico soil coring at six locations on three different maize and bean RsA *** were compared to two seasons of field soil coring and one *** one-sided T-test(TOsT)analysis of in silico data suggests a between-row location 5 cm from plant base(location 3),best estimates whole-plot RLD/D of deep,intermediate,and shallow RsA phenotypes,for both maize and *** discriminant analysis indicates location 3 has~70%categorization accuracy for bean,while an in-row location next to the plant base(location 6)has~85%categorization accuracy in *** of field data suggests the more representative sampling locations vary by year and *** silico and field studies suggest location 3 is most robust,although variation is significant among seasons,among replications within a field season,and among field soil coring,trench,and *** propose that the characterization of the RLD profile as a dynamic rhizo canopy effectively describes how the RLD profile arises from interactions among an individual plant,its neighbors,and the pedosphere.

Capsule endoscopy (CE) has transformed investigation of the small bowel providing a non-invasive, well tolerated means of accurately visualising the distal duodenum, jejunum and ileum. since the introduction of small bowel CE thirteen years ago a high volume of literature on indications, diagnostic yields and safety profile has been presented. Inclusion in national and international guidelines has placed small bowel capsule endoscopy at the forefront of investigation into suspected diseases of the small bowel. Most commonly, small bowel CE is used in patients with suspected bleeding or to identify evidence of active Crohn’s disease (CD) (in patients with or without a prior history of CD). Typically, CE is undertaken after upper and lower gastrointestinal flexible endoscopy has failed to identify a diagnosis. small bowel radiology or a patency capsule test should be considered prior to CE in those at high risk of strictures (such as patients known to have CD or presenting with obstructive symptoms) to reduce the risk of capsule retention. CE also has a role in patients with coeliac disease, suspected small bowel tumours and other small bowel disorders. since the advent of small bowel CE, dedicated oesophageal and colon capsule endoscopes have expanded the fields of application to include the investigation of upper and lower gastrointestinal disorders. Oesophageal CE may be used to diagnose oesophagitis, Barrett’s oesophagus and varices but reliability in identifying gastroduodenal pathology is unknown and it does not have biopsy capability. Colon CE provides an alternative to conventional colonoscopy for symptomatic patients, while a possible role in colorectal cancer screening is a fascinating prospect. Current research is already addressing the possibility of controlling capsule movement and developing capsules which allow tissue sampling and the administration of therapy.
