Group decision making problems are investigated with uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference *** unbalanced multiplicative linguistic label set is introduced,which can be used by the experts to express their linguistic preference information over *** uncertain linguistic weighted geometric mean operator is utilized to aggregate all the individual uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations into a collective one,and then a simple approach is developed to determine the experts＇ weights by utilizing the consensus degrees among the individual uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations and the collective uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference ***,a practical interactive procedure for group decision making is proposed based on uncertain multiplicative linguistic preference relations,in which a possibility degree formula and a complementary matrix are used to rank the given ***,the proposed procedure is applied to solve the group decision making problem of a manufacturing company searching the best global supplier for one of its most critical parts used in assembling process.

The cancer cell metastasis is a major death reason for patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Although researchers have disclosed that interleukin 17(IL-17)can increase matrix metalloproteinases(MMps)induction causing NSCLC cell metastasis,the underlying mechanism remains *** the study,we found that IL-17 receptor A(IL-17rA),p300,p-STAT3,Ack-STAT3,and MMp19 were up-regulated both in NSCLC tissues and NSCLC cells stimulated with IL-17.p300,STAT3 and MMp19 overexpression or knockdown could raise or reduce IL-17-induced p-STAT3,Ack-STAT3 and MMp19 level as well as the cell migration and *** investigation revealed that STAT3 and p300 bound to the same region(−544 to−389 nt)of MMp19 promoter,and p300 could acetylate STAT3-K631 elevating STAT3 transcriptional activity,p-STAT3 or MMp19 expression and the cell mobility exposed to ***,p300-mediated STAT3-K631 acetylation and its Y705-phosphorylation could interact,synergistically facilitating MMp19 gene transcription and enhancing cell migration and ***,the animal experiments exhibited that the nude mice inoculated with NSCLC cells by silencing p300,STAT3 or MMp19 gene plus IL-17 treatment,the nodule number,and MMp19,Ack-STAT3,or p-STAT3 production in the lung metastatic nodules were all ***,these outcomes uncover that IL-17-triggered NSCLC metastasis involves up-regulating MMp19 expression via the interaction of STAT3-K631 acetylation by p300 and its Y705-phosphorylation,which provides a new mechanistic insight and potential strategy for NSCLC metastasis and therapy.

The incoherent control of finite-level quantum systems is investigated. Following a brief introduction to coherent control paradigms in quantum control, a control problem that can not be accomplished using only coherent control is presented. For such a control problem, it is proved that it can be accomplished using incoherent control based on projective measurement and coherent control for two classes of finite-level quantum systems, i.e., eigenstate controllable quantum systems and wavefunction controllable quantum systems.

The robust H∞ control problems for stochastic fuzzy neutral Markov jump systems（MJSs） with parameters uncertainties and multiple time-delays are *** delays are respectively considered as constant and time varying,and the uncertain parameters are assumed to be norm *** means of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models,the overall closed-loop fuzzy dynamics are constructed through selected membership *** selecting the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions,the sufficient condition is given such that the uncertain fuzzy neutral MJSs are stochastically stability for all admissible uncertainties and satisfies the given H∞ control *** stability and H∞ control criteria are formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities,which can be easily checked in *** examples illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques.

Task-oriented networked information system is an integrated information system which builds on multi-satellite networking to accomplish one or more tasks. In the background of emer- gency relief for applications, system working flow and response process are analyzed, and a timeliness effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed at multi-task level. The effectiveness is a measurement of promptness of information return. In evalua- tion process, system performance and tasks are associated, then an evaluation model based on efficacy function is established, and different evaluation criteria are selected for different tasks. A distributed simulation system is constructed, and the execution of task is decomposed. The simulation platform provides a comprehensive data source for evaluation. The results are easy to compare with each other, which reflects system time efficiency in different satellites networks and provides actual systems with basis and reference for design and application.

A new method for simulating the folding pathway of rNA secondary structure using the modified ant colony algorithmis *** a given rNA sequence,the set of all possible stems is obtained and the energy of each stem iscalculated and stored at the initial ***,a more realistic formula is used to compute the energy ofmulti-branch loop in the following *** a folding pathway is simulated,including such processes as constructionof the heuristic information,the rule of initializing the pheromone,the mechanism of choosing the initial andnext stem and the strategy of updating the pheromone between two different *** by testing rNA sequences withknown secondary structures from the public databases,we analyze the experimental data to select appropriate values *** measure indexes show that our procedure is more consistent with phylogenetically proven structures thansoftware rNAstructure sometimes and more effective than the standard Genetic Algorithm.
