The identification of interactions between drugs and target proteins plays a key role in the process of genomic drug discovery,especially for those with strong binding *** is both consuming and costly to determine drug-target interactions by experiments *** rapidly increasing amount of publicly available knowledge in biology and chemistry enables researchers to revisit drug-target interaction problems by the systematic integration and analysis of heterogeneous novel ***,we develop a chemogenomics framework which can accurately identify stronger drug-target interactions using only an unbiased set of general integrated *** forest （rF） is then employed to construct a predictive model which can accurately classify drug-target pairs with different thresholds of binding affinity in these ***,we find that the predictive features identified by the rF classifier reveal biologically relevant elements underlying in the mechanism of *** our rF is trained on experimental data,we also predict novel drug-target associations,and show that the putative drug-target pairs can be validated from public biological *** also reconstruct a drug-target interaction network with high predictive confidence drug-target *** a network provides further insights into drug-target ***,we developed a web-based server,called preDpI-Ki,for predicting drug-target interactions with strong Ki binding affinity for drug *** addition to providing a high confidence list of drug-target associations for subsequent experimental investigation,these results contribute to our understanding of drug-target ***-Ki is freely available via:http://***/onlineplatform/dpi1

For two-dimension nonlinear convection diffusion equation, a two-grid method of characteristics finite-element solution was constructed. In this method the nonlinear iterations is only to execute on the coarse grid and the fine-grid solution can be obtained in a single linear step. For the nonlinear convection-dominated diffusion equation, this method can not only stabilize the numerical oscillation but also accelerate the convergence and improve the computational efficiency. The error analysis demonstrates if the mesh sizes between coarse-grid and fine-grid satisfy the certain relationship, the two-grid solution and the characteristics finite-element solution have the same order of accuracy. The numerical is more efficient than that of characteristics example confirms that the two-grid method finite-element method.

Decay parameter and related properties of 2-type branching processes

We consider the decay parameter, invariant measures/vectors and quasi-stationary dis- tributions for 2-type Markov branching processes. Investigating such properties is crucial in realizing life period of branching models. In this paper, some important properties of the generating functions for 2-type Markov branching q-matrix are firstly investigated in detail. The exact value of the decay parameter λC of such model is given for the communicating class C = Z+2 \ 0. It is shown that this λC can be directly obtained from the generating functions of the corresponding q-matrix. Moreover, the λC-invariant measures/vectors and quasi-distributions of such processes are deeply considered. A λC-invariant vector for the q-matrix (or for the process) on C is given and the generating functions of λC-invariant measures and quasi-stationary distributions for the process on C are presented.

The class of multiple attribute decision making （MADM） problems is studied, where the attribute values are intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and the information about attribute weights is completely unknown. A score function is first used to calculate the score of each attribute value and a score matrix is constructed, and then it is transformed into a normalized score matrix. Based on the normalized score matrix, an entropy-based procedure is proposed to derive attribute weights. Furthermore, the additive weighted averaging operator is utilized to fuse all the normalized scores into the overall scores of alternatives, by which the ranking of all the given alternatives is obtained. This paper is concluded by extending the above results to interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, and an illustrative example is also provided.

Weighted estimation of single index models with right censored responses

In this paper, the unknown link function, the direction parameter, and the heteroscedastic variance in single index models are estimated by the random weight method under the random censorship, respectively. The central limit theory and the convergence rate of the law of the iterated logarithm for the estimator of the direction parameter are derived, respectively. The optimal convergence rates for the estimators of the link function and the heteroscedastic variance are obtained. Simulation results support the theoretical results of the paper.

To determine the reasonable resource dependent relations between activities for the purpose of exactly computing the total floats and the free floats of activities, correctly identifying critical activities and critical sequences in a project schedule with variable resource constraints, the concept of the minimal feasible set （MFS） is proposed and the properties of MFS are discussed. The methods to identify optimal MFSs and resource links are then studied. Furthermore, MFS is generalized to the situation that the preconditions of MFS are not satisfied. Contrastive results show that in establishing resource links and resolving floats, MFS is at least not inferior to other methods in all cases and is superior in most situations.

Jensen's Inequality for Backward Stochastic Differential Equations

Under the Lipschitz assumption and square integrable assumption on g, the author proves that Jensen＇s inequality holds for backward stochastic differential equations with generator g if and only if g is independent of y, g（t, 0）≡ 0 and g is super homogeneous with respect to z. This result generalizes the known results on Jensen＇s inequality for gexpectation in [4, 7-9].
