china, like most developing countries, face great challenges from its huge populations, ensuring food security have always been vital because the Chinese government that still thinks of grain as the basis of national economy and political stability. As the farming area is not increased, it is a premier solution to make the best of arable land to increase food production p.r.unit area. However, a number of agricultural lands are not reasonable used. The rational plant programming can not only achieve the optimal use of arable land, and maximize food production and increase economic benefits, but also limit the environment problems which come from the agricultural production of depending on the chemical pesticides and fertilizers. In this study, we collect data of environmental conditions and winter wheat growth associated factors, then, by using the GIS technology we establish spatial database of regional weather, topography, and soil conditions. With GIS-based multi-criteria evaluation （MCE）, maps of the potential distribution of main crops are established. Comp.r.d with these maps, the plant programming map is worked out. The area that should be plant common oat was 1 067 844ha, should be plant naked oat was 1 235 643ha, should be planted potato was 1 297 876ha, should be plant spring maize was 2 035 188ha, should be plant spring wheat was 747 329ha, should be plant summer maize was 2 503 685ha and should be plant winter wheat was 1 119 270ha. （Some areas that are located in cross-zone may be suitable for two or more than two crops growth, that is, these crops have the same levels of suitability that was more suitable than the others.） Basing on the plant programming, local farmers are free to choose which kind of crop cultivated. The plant programming of the main food crops in china would be guide for the Government’s macro-control and farmers’ investment, then, the return of investment would be raise and the blind investment would be avoided.

A system whose information is p.r.ially known and p.r.ially unknown is named as a grey system and it has been applied in many fields. National economy can be viewed as a grey system. By using the physical input-output model, we propose the grey physical input-output analysis on the basis of grey computation. It can dispose the complex system when the statistic datum are intervals, and the decision-makers can forecast and control the economic system under the uncertain situation. The modified case illustrates our method.

This section dissects cardiovascular risk factors in china which including hyp.r.ension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, metabolic syndrome and air pollution. Hyp.r.ension prevalence has steadily increased in china,with efforts to control it facing challenges in achieving optimal rates, especially in rural areas. Interventions like salt substitutes and intensive blood pressure control show promise but need improvement. Abnormal lipid levels, indicative of dyslipidemia,have risen significantly, posing a risk for cardiovascular diseases. Despite efforts, many patients struggle to achieve target lipid levels, necessitating improved treatment strategies. Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus affect millions of adults in china,with long-term complications adding to the disease burden. Early intervention and effective management are crucial to mitigate its impact. prevalent among older adults, chronic kidney disease is associated with diabetes mellitus, hyp.r.ension, and cardiovascular diseases, necessitating comprehensive management ap.r.aches. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, characterized by a cluster of risk factors, has increased in both adults and adolescents, calling for lifestyle modifications and public health interventions. Ambient and household air pollution remain significant environmental risk factors, despite some improvements in air quality. Continued efforts to reduce emissions are essential for mitigating associated health risks. Addressing these risk factors requires a multifaceted ap.r.ach, including public health initiatives, policy interventions, and individual-level strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and reduce environmental exposures. Surveillance and research efforts are crucial for monitoring trends and developing effective strategies to lessen the burden of cardiovascular diseases in

The Annual rep.r. on Cardiovascular Health and Diseases in china(2022)intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in *** is the third section of the rep.r. with a specific focus on community-based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).This section of the rep.r. underscores the imp.r.ance of initiatives outlined in the"Healthy china 2030 plan,"emphasizing the comprehensive prevention and control strategy for chronic diseases.A key aspect of this plan involves the establishment of national demonstration areas aimed at comprehensive prevention and control of chronic *** 2020,488 such areas had been set up across china,surpassing the initial target and covering a significant prop.r.ion of counties and *** rep.r. highlights the successful implementation of these strategies in Lishan district,Anshan city,where demonstration areas for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases were launched in *** the course of seven years,the number of healthy units increased substantially,leading to improvements in managing risk factors for CVD among *** reductions in prevalence rates of overweight,obesity,smoking,passive smoking,and drinking were observed,along with the development of healthier behaviors among ***,Qiaokou district in Wuhan City,designated as a national demonstration area in 2014,implemented comprehensive public health promotion ***,special clinics for hyp.r.ension intervention were established,contributing to an increase in self-rep.r.ed rates of hyp.r.ension,a slight decrease in prevalence,and a remarkable improvement in the control rate among treated ***,these efforts underscore the effectiveness of community-based ap.r.aches in driving positive health outcomes and advancing the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases,p.r.icularly cardiovascular diseases,in china.

Since 1990,china has made considerable progress in resolving the problem of“treatment difficulty”of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).The prevalent unhealthy lifestyle among Chinese residents has exposed a massive prop.r.ion of the population to CVD risk factors,and this situation is further worsened due to the accelerated aging population in *** remains one of the greatest threats to the health of Chinese *** terms of the prop.r.ions of disease mortality among urban and rural residents in china,CVD has p.r.istently ranked *** 2021,CVD accounted for 48.98%and 47.35%of deaths in rural and urban areas,*** out of every five deaths can be attributed to *** implement a national policy“focusing on the primary health institute and emphasizing prevention”and truly achieve a shift of CVD prevention and treatment from hospitals to communities,the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases has organized exp.r.s from relevant fields across china to compile the“rep.r. on Cardiovascular Health and Diseases in china”annually since *** 2024 rep.r. is established based on representative,published,and high-quality big-data research results from cross-sectional and cohort population epidemiological surveys,randomized controlled clinical trials,large sample registry studies,and typical community prevention and treatment cases,along with data from some projects undertaken by the National Center for Cardiovascular *** firsthand data not only enrich the content of the current rep.r. but also provide a more timely and comprehensive reflection of the status of CVD prevention and treatment in china.

GULLY-SpECIFIC DEBrIS FLOW HAZArD ASSESSMENT IN china

Techniques of gully-specific debris flow hazard assessment develope d in four p.r.ods since the end of the 1980s have been discussed in the present pap.r. The improvement for the emp.r.cal assessment method is the sectionalized function transformation for the factor value, rather than the classified logical transformation. The theoretical equation of the gully-specific debris flow haz ard is expressed as the definite integral of an exponential function and its num erical solution is expressed by the poisson Limit Equation. Current methods for assessment of debris flow hazard in china are still valid and practical. The fur ther work should be put on the study of the reliability (or uncertainty) of the techniques. For the future, we should give a high priority to the relationship b etween debris flow magnitude and its frequency of occurrence, make more developm ents of prediction model on debris flow magnitude, so as to finally reach the go al of assessing the hazard of debris flow by theoretical model, and realize both actuality assessment and prediction ap.r.isal of debris flow.
