Uroflowmetric analysis and derivation of nomograms for normal paediatric Indian population between 5 to 15 years of age

Objective:We aimed to established normal uroflowmetric values and subsequently derived nomograms of _(max)imum flow rate(Q_(max))and average flow rate(Q_(avg))against voided volume(VV)in children aged 5-15 years at our ***:A total of 440 children underwent uroflowmetric evaluation with no history of urological,renal,psychiatric,or neurological disorder between 5 and 15 years of *** subject data regarding Q_(max),Q_(avg),VV,time to Q_(max),and flow time,as well as age,sex,height,and weight were *** the 440 children,around 300(68.18%)children could produce a normal flow rate at VV of more than 50 *** the remaining 140(31.82%)children,50.00%voided less than 50 mL,and remaining 50.00%had abnormal voiding pattern,staccato or interrupted(21.43%each)and plateau or tower shaped(3.57%each).Cases were divided into two age groups(5-9 years and 10-15 years),and uroflowmetric analysis was done between boys and girls in both age groups to derive nomograms of Q_(avg) and Q_(max).Results:Q_(max) and Q_(avg) flow nomograms were plotted for boys and *** Q_(max) for boys was 16.68 mL/s and for girls 20.69 mL/*** mean Q_(avg) values were 11.04 mL/s and 8.60 mL/s for girls and boys,*** Q_(max) and Q_(avg) values were higher in *** were significant increases in flow rates with increasing age,body surface area,and VV in both ***:Nomograms for Q_(max) and Q_(avg) may be a useful tool in evaluation of lower urinary tract disturbances in children.

We study the non-spherical gravitational collapse of the strange quark null fluid. The interesting feature which emerges is that the non-spherical collapse of charged strange quark matter leads to a naked singularity whereas the gravitational collapse of neutral quark matter proceeds to form a black hole. We extend the earlier work of Harko and Cheng [phys. Lett. A 266 （2000） 249] to the non-spherical case.

Macrophage-assisted immunomodulation is an alternative strategy in tissue engineering, wherein the interplay between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory macrophage cells and body cells determines the fate of healing or inflammation. Although several reports have demonstrated that tissue regeneration depends on spatial and temporal regulation of the biophysical or biochemical microenvironment of the biomaterial, the underlying molecular mechanism behind immunomodulation is still under consideration for developing immunomodulatory scaffolds. Currently, most fabricated immunomodulatory platforms reported in the literature show regenerative capabilities of a particular tissue, for example, endogenous tissue (e.g., bone, muscle, heart, kidney, and lungs) or exogenous tissue (e.g., skin and eye). In this review, we briefly introduced the necessity of the 3D immunomodulatory scaffolds and nanomaterials, focusing on material properties and their interaction with macrophages for general readers. This review also provides a comprehensive summary of macrophage origin and taxonomy, their diverse functions, and various signal transduction pathways during biomaterial-macrophage interaction, which is particularly helpful for material scientists and clinicians for developing next-generation immunomodulatory scaffolds. From a clinical standpoint, we briefly discussed the role of 3D biomaterial scaffolds and/or nanomaterial composites for macrophage-assisted tissue engineering with a special focus on bone and associated tissues. Finally, a summary with expert opinion is presented to address the challenges and future necessity of 3D bioprinted immunomodulatory materials for tissue engineering.

The prevalence of the Internet of Things(Io T) is unsteady in the context of cloud computing, it is difficult to identify fog and cloud resource scheduling policies that will satisfy users’ Qo S need. As a result, it increases the efficiency of resource usage and boosts user and resource supplier profit. This research intends to introduce a novel strategy for computing fog via emergencyoriented resource allotment, which aims and determines the effective process under different parameters. The modeling of a non-linear functionality that is subjected to an objective function and incorporates needs or factors like Service response rate, Execution efficiency, and Reboot rate allows for the resource allocation of cloud to fog computing in this work. Apart from this, the proposed system considers the resource allocation in emergency priority situations that must cope-up with the immediate resource allocation as well. Security in resource allocation is also taken into consideration with this strategy. Thus the multi-objective function considers 3 objectives such as Service response rate, Execution efficiency, and Reboot rate. All these strategies in resource allocation are fulfilled by Levy Flight adopted particle Swarm Optimization(LF-pSO). The evaluation is performed to determine whether the developed strategy is superior to numerous traditional schemes. The cost function attained by the adopted technique is 120, which is 19.17%, 5%, and 2.5%greater than the conventional schemes like GWSO, EHO,and pSO, when the number of iterations is 50.

In this paper, a computationally efficient method is proposed for automated design of the prefilters for multivariable systems. In quantitative feedback theory （QFT） method, proposed by Horowitz, the prefilter is designed to achieve the desired tracking specifications. In the proposed approach, we pose the prefilter design problem as an interval constraint satisfaction problem and solve it using the well-established interval constraint satisfaction techniques. The proposed method finds optimal values of the parameters of fixed structure prefilter within the initial search domain. An approach based on prefilter synthesis for single-input single-output is already developed. The purpose of this paper is to extend this approach to QFT prefilter design for general multivariable systems. To validate the above design approach, we applied the method to a laboratory setup of magnetic levitation system.
