＜正＞ptassium dihydrogen p.osphate （KDp） crystals are used as key components in high power density solid-state laser for Inertial Confinement Fusion. Surface quality is an important factor for KDp crystals implemented in high power lasers. At present Single point Diamond Turning（SpDT） is the only way to get the required transmitted wavefront and damage threshold KDp. The paper introduces something about the defects of KDp crystals fabricating and analyses some reasons. Based on the analysis of the reasons, the p.ocess parameters can be adjusted to meet the critical requirements of high energy density application. A piece of 320×320 mm2 KDp is acquired. The roughness of the 320×320 mm2 crystal surface was already to reach an rms about 5 nm. Data were measured by an interferometric microscope. The wavefront p-v is lower than 0.5λ（λ=632nm）.

＜正＞This paper presented a unified frequency-domain formulation and algorithm for computing noise in the nonlinear microwave circuits. The method uses stationary components and harmonic power spectral density in its formulation to capture time-varying noise statistics. A description of noise spectrum for the interesting ports in the nonlinear microwave circuits is the central results enabling fast and accurate computation. The method is efficient for large circuits with CAD and can generate information useful for noise macromodels. Finally, the experimental results verify its practicability in the application.

＜正＞ The phenomena and the test results of dense fragment cluster impacting armor plate target are introduced briefly in this paper. The analytical method and numerical simulation are used to investigate the damage phenomena of the armor plate caused by the cumulative effects and additive effects of the dense fragment cluster with various parameters. The extrusion-shear damage model of the target impacted by the fragment cluster is developed, and two criteria of the occurrence of the cumulative effect are given. The numerical simulation of multi-fragments impacting target reappeared the target damage phenomena, the cumulative and additive damage phenomena are separated according to the two key parameters of the fragment density and the hit-time interval. The numerical simulation shows that the fragment density is more sensitive than the hit-time interval of fragment impacting in the target damage pattern.

A pulsed electron source is under construction with pulse duration about 3μs （FWHM）. pierce method is used in design the vacuum diode. The electron emitter is a dispenser cathode p.ovided by Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute. And the cathode’s emitting radius is 22.5mm. The diode working voltage is about 220kV （matched）. The expected beam current is 300A.

High brightness electron beam is one of fundamental technique in high current electron accelerator. The thermionic dispenser cathode can p.ovide greater rep.oducibility, longer pulse lengths and lower emittance beam than field emitting cathode. Here we introduce the vacuum diode design which can p.oduce a long duration pulse with 3us flat-top, 300 amperes’ electron beam at a cathode test stand.

＜正＞A high power pulse device,primary test stand （pTS）,is under-developed at the Institute of Fluid physics,CAEp. In order to study the key techniques,the p.ototype module was built *** p.ototype module contains Marx generator,intermediate store capacitor,laser triggered gas switch,water pulse forming line,water self- breaking switch,water transmission line and water resistance load.A 4 MV coaxial-triplate multi-channel water dielectric self-breaking switch is designed for water pulse forming line section of the p.ototype *** water self-breaking switch contains sup.orting hardware and three linear arrayed self-breaking *** gap.of the switch is plane to pin electrode *** designable and experimental methods of the water self- breaking switch operating at about 100 ns pulse duration （FWHM） are investigated *** jitter,breaking voltage,sum of the channels,electric field analyze,and electric diagnosis are investigative objects of this paper. The working voltage is 3.5 MV and current is 500 kA. The jitter and the inductance of the switch are 3.0 ns and about 40 nH respectively.
