The genesis of the Benign paroxysmal positional Vertigo(BppV)seems to be related to some metabolic *** factors,such as vitamin D,glucocorticoids,and even thyroid and growth hormones,can affect bone metabolism and the mineralization of *** also seems to link to factors related to aging or nutritional ***,since the incidence of BppV is quantitatively higher in women than in men,female sex steroids could be associated with this *** could be useful to understand how these factors act in otoconial mineralization if we want to develop treatments aimed at preventing or delaying BppV *** this review,we will analyze the role of these metabolic and hormonal factors in otoconial mineralization and in the treatment of BppV.

The wave propagation in an infinite, homogeneous, transversely isotropic solid cylin- der of arbitrary cross-section is studied using Fourier exp.nsion collocation method, within the frame work of linearized, three-dimensional theory of thermoelasticity. Three displacement po- tential functions are introduced, to uncouple the equations of motion and the heat conduction. The frequency equations are obtained for longitudinal and flexural （symmetric and antisymmet- ric） modes of vibration and are studied numerically for elliptic and parabolic cross-sectional zinc cylinders. The computed non-dimensional wave numbers are presented in the form of dispersion curves.

We outline the use of digital holographic tomography to determine the three-dimensional （3D） shapes of falling and static objects, such as lenslets and water droplets. Reconstruction of digitally recorded inline holograms is performed using multiplicative and Radon transform techniques to reveal the exact 3D shapes of the objects.

It is well known that Vehicular Adhoc network(VAnET)plays the major role in the field of Intelligent Transport System(ITS)to enhance road safety as *** entire communication among vehicles is covered in *** the number of researches is in progress for the enhancement of VAnET ***,the issues arising with this field is the achievement of multi-constrained Quality of Service(QoS)*** solve this issue,our paper intends to propose a cost model that considers certain network quality measures like travel,collision,congestion and the awareness about the ***,this paper adopts a renowned algorithm named Water Wave Optimization algorithm(WWO)to find the optimal *** proposed method analyses its performance over other conventional methods like Lion Algorithm(LA),Genetic Algorithm(GA)and LA with Adaptive Mutation(LAAM)in terms of cost analysis,Convergence analysis and Computational *** the analytical results prove the superiority of proposed work in terms of decreased routing cost.

A cross-sectional survey of 489 male subjects in the age group 15 to 65 years engageddirectly or indirectly in mango cultivation along with 208 control subjects was carried out to find their socio-economic, environmental and health conditions. The conditions like high illiteracy rate (49.5%), poverty (pCI less than Rs 100 per month, 52.2%), poor housing (mud houses, 66.7%) unsafe water supply (78.6%) were prevailing in the surveyed population. The high respiratory morbidity may be attributed to high prevalence of smoking andprolonged inhalation of organic dusts during farming operation associated with illiteracyand poor socio-economic status. Gastrointestinal disorders were related to poor hygienic conditions, smoking and consumption of contaminated water. The symptoms pertaining to CnS, skin and eyes were found to be associated with exposure to pesticides

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the technique that enables computers to solve problems and perform tasks that traditionally require human intelligence. The availability of large amounts of medical data from electronic medical records and powerful modern microcomputers enables the development of AI in medicine. AI has proven its applicability in many different medical areas, such as drug discovery, diagnostic radiology and pathology, as well as interventional applications in cardiology and surgery. However, until today, AI is scarcely used in the clinical practice of anesthesiology. Although there has been a significant body of research published on AI applications for anesthesiology in the literature, the number of developed robot systems for commercial use or those ready for clinical trials remains limited. The limitations of AI systems are identified and discussed, which include incorrect medical data formatting, individual patient variability, the lack of ability of current AI systems, anesthesiologist inexperience in AI usage, system unreliability, unexplainable AI conclusions and strict regulations. In order to ensure anesthesiologists’ trust in AI systems and improve their implementation in daily practice, strict quality control of the systems and algorithms should be undertaken. Further, anesthesiology personnel should play an integral role in the development of AI systems before we are able to see more AI integration in clinical anesthesiology.
