In recent years,progressive developments have been observed in recent technologies and the production cost has been continuously *** such scenario,Internet of Things(IoT)network which is comprised of a set of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV),has received more attention from civilian tomilitary *** network security poses a serious challenge to UAV networks whereas the intrusion detection system(IDS)is found to be an effective process to secure the UAV *** IDSs are not adequate to handle the latest computer networks that possess maximumbandwidth and data *** order to improve the detection performance and reduce the false alarms generated by IDS,several researchers have employed Machine Learning(ML)and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms to address the intrusion detection *** this view,the current research article presents a deep reinforcement learning technique,optimized by BlackWidow Optimization(DRL-BWO)algorithm,for UAV *** addition,DRL involves an improved reinforcement learning-based Deep Belief Network(DBN)for intrusion *** parameter optimization of DRL technique,BWO algorithm is *** helps in improving the intrusion detection performance of UAV *** extensive set of experimental analysis was performed to highlight the supremacy of the proposed *** the simulation values,it is evident that the proposed method is appropriate as it attained high precision,recall,F-measure,and accuracy values such as 0.985,0.993,0.988,and 0.989 respectively.

Road Side Units(RSUs)are the essential component of vehicular communication for the objective of improving safety and mobility in the road *** are generally deployed at the roadside and more specifically at the intersections in order to collect traffic information from the vehicles and disseminate alarms and messages in emergency situations to the neighborhood vehicles cooperating with the ***,the development of a predominant RSUs placement algorithm for ensuring competent communication in VANETs is a challenging issue due to the hindrance of obstacles like water bodies,trees and *** this paper,Ruppert’s Delaunay Triangulation Refinement Scheme(RDTRS)for optimal RSUs placement is proposed for accurately estimating the optimal number of RSUs that has the possibility of enhancing the area of coverage during data *** RDTRS is proposed by considering the maximum number of factors such as global coverage,intersection popularity,vehicle density and obstacles present in the map for optimal RSUs placement,which is considered as the core improvement over the existing RSUs optimal placement *** is contributed for deploying requisite RSUs with essential transmission range for maximal coverage in the convex map such that each position of the map could be effectively covered by at least one RSU in the presence of *** simulation experiments of the proposed RDTRS are conducted with complex road traffic *** results of this proposed RDTRS confirmed its predominance in reducing the end-to-end delay by 21.32%,packet loss by 9.38%with improved packet delivery rate of 10.68%,compared to the benchmarked schemes.

Multi-Site Air pollutant prediction Using Long Short Term Memory

The current pandemic highlights the significance and impact of air pollution on individuals. When it comes to climate sustainability, air pollution is amajor challenge. Because of the distinctive nature, unpredictability, and greatchangeability in the reality of toxins and particulates, detecting air quality is apuzzling task. Simultaneously, the ability to predict or classify and monitor airquality is becoming increasingly important, particularly in urban areas, due tothe well documented negative impact of air pollution on resident’s health andthe environment. To better comprehend the current condition of air quality, thisresearch proposes predicting air pollution levels from real-time data. This studyproposes the use of deep learning techniques to forecast air pollution ***, activation functions, and a number of epochs were used to create the suggested Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network based neural layer design. Theuse of proposed Deep Learning as a structure for high-accuracy air quality prediction is investigated in this research and obtained better accuracy of nearly 82% compared to earlier records. Determining the Air Quality Index (AQI) and danger levelswould assist the government in finding appropriate ways to authorize approaches toreduce pollutants and keep inhabitants informed about the findings.

pouteria campechiana leaf extract and its bioactive compound myricitrin are mosquitocidal against Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus

Objective: To test the mosquitocidal potential of leaf extracts of pouteria campechiana prepared with different solvents and elucidate the structure of an isolated mosquitocidal compound. Methods: The leaf extracts of pouteria campechiana prepared with three solvents(petroleum benzene, ethyl acetate and acetone) and potential bioactive fractions were tested against various stages of Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus by using the WHO protocols, and the chemical profile and its functional groups were identified by GC-MS and Fourier transmissioninfrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The structure of bioactive compound was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectral technique. Results: The preliminary phytochemical results revealed the presence of alkaloids, amino acids, flavonoids, quinones, saponins, steroids, tannins, and terpenoids in the acetone extract. A significant toxic potential was observed in the acetone extract against both Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus mosquitoes. The acetone extract exhibits remarkable larvicidal(LC50: 12.232 μg/mL and LC90: 63.970 μg/mL), pupicidal(LC50: 18.949 μg/mL and LC90: 167.669 μg/m L) and adulticidal(LC50: 20.689 μg/mL and LC90: 72.881 μg/mL) effects against Aedes aegypti. Furthermore, the same extract was subjected to isolation of bioactive compound by GCMS and FT-IR analysis. GC-MS results showed the presence of 5 major compounds, and octacosane(18.440%) was detected as the predominant compound. The FT-IR result of acetone extract demonstrated the presence of various functional groups like alkanes/alkynes, ester, aromatic and amides. The NMR spectrum results of isolated compound were well matched to glycoside linked flavonoids. Based on the chromatography and spectral techniques the isolate molecule was identified as myricitrin by FT-IR and nuclear magnetic resonance spectral data. Nature and source of the ore-forming fluids associated with orogenic gold deposits in the Dharwar Craton

Neoarchean orogenic gold deposits, associated with the greenstone-granite milieus in the Dharwar Craton include(1) the famous Kolar mine and the world class Hutti deposit;(2) small mines at HiraBuddini, Uti, Ajjanahalli, and Guddadarangavanahalli;(3) prospects at Jonnagiri; and(4) old mining camps in the Gadag and Ramagiri-penakacherla belts. The existing diametric views on the source of ore fluid for formation of these deposits include fluids exsolved from granitic melts and extracted by metamorphic devolatilization of the greenstone sequences. Lode gold mineralization occurs in structurally controlled higher order splays in variety of host rocks such as mafic/felsic greenstones, banded iron formations, volcaniclastic rocks and granitoids. Estimated metamorphic conditions of the greenstones vary from lower greenschist facies to mid-amphibolite facies and mineralizations in all the camps are associated with distinct hydrothermal alterations. Fluid inclusion microthermometric and Raman spectroscopic studies document low salinity aqueous-gaseous(H_2O + CO_2 ± CH_4 + NaCl) ore fluids,which precipitated gold and altered the host rocks in a narrow p-T window of 0.7-2.5 kbar and 215-320℃. While the calculated fluid O-and C-isotopic values are ambiguous, S-isotopic compositions of pyrite-precipitating fluid show distinct craton-scale uniformity in terms of its reduced nature and a suggested crustal sulfur *** ages on greenstone metamorphism, granitoid plutonism and mineralization in the Hutti Belt are tantamount, making a geochronology-based resolution of the existing debate on the metamorphic *** fluid source impossible. In contrast, tourmaline geochemistry suggests involvement of single fluid in formation of gold mineralization, primarily derived by metamorphic devolatilization of mafic greenstones and interlayered sedimentary rocks, with minor magmatic contributions. Fabrication of graphene oxide-keratin-chitosan nanocomposite as an adsorbent to remove turbidity from tannery wastewater

Excessive turbidity in water is aesthetically unappealing and severely malfunctions the photosynthesis process of aquatic ecosystems. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a nanocomposite adsorbent made of graphene oxide-keratin-chitosan for removing turbidity from tannery influent. The nanocomposite was fabricated with simple solution casting methods. Material dispersibility, bonding between composite materials (amide linkage), and the surface morphology of the nanocomposite were analyzed with the ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. At pH of 6, 2 g/L of adsorbent and a 25-min contact time resulted in about 88% of turbidity elimination. After the adsorption process, the total suspended solids, total dissolved solids, salinity, biochemical oxygen demand, and chemical oxygen demand of the tannery wastewater were reduced by 55%, 29%, 12%, 58%, and 75%, respectively. The optimum dosage of the nanocomposite with the maximum turbidity removal capacity was 12.62 mg/g. According the adsorption kinetic and isotherm models, the graphene oxide-keratin-chitosan nanocomposite played a key role in the turbidity removal process with chemisorption and electrostatic multilayer adsorption. This study provided methodological and mechanistic insights into the procedures of investigating the removal of turbidity from tannery wastewater with a novel composite material.

Analytical expression of concentrations of adsorbed CO molecules, O atoms and oxide oxygen

A mathematical model of the oscillatory regimes of CO oxidation over plantinum-group metal catalysts are discussed. The model is based on nonstationary diffusion equation containing a nonlinear term related to Michaelis-Menten kinetics of the enzymatic reaction. This paper presents the analytical and numerical solution of the system of non-linear differential equations. Here the Homotopy perturbation method (HpM) is used to find out the analytical expressions of the concentration of CO molecules, O atom and oxide oxygen respectively. A comparison of the analytical approximation and numerical simulation is also presented. A good agreement between theoretical and numerical results is observed.

Indolin-2-Ones in Clinical Trials as potential Kinase Inhibitors: A Review

The kinases have been intensely studied because of their involvement in regulating essential cellular activation of signaling cascades in response to extracellular and intracellular stimuli to control cell growth, proliferation, and survival. Recent cancer genomic sequencing studies have revealed that many more kinases contribute to tumor genesis and are potential targets for inhibitor drug development intervention. Herein we review recent results that have helped to unravel the indolin-2-ones underlying the confiicting roles of the kinase inhibition regulation. This review focuses on the potential of kinases as a chemotherapeutic target in cancer treatment and highlights important recent advances in the development of indolin-2-ones as kinase inhibitors.
