This research presents the influence of copper(Cu) concentration on the properties of copper zinc tin sulfide(CZTS) nanoparticles(Nps) synthesized by a colloidal method, employing oleylamine as an organic solvent. From the structural analysis, a pure phase of CZTS was obtained at an optimized molar ratio of 1.8:1.1:1:4,and secondary phases were observed as the Cu concentration increased. The increment of the Nps size from 15 to50 nm was noticed as a function of Cu ***, the optical bandgap energy was tuned from1.35 to 1.68 eV with respect to Cu concentration. The sample synthesized at the molar ratio of 1.8:1.1:1:4 showed a pure phase CZTS with desired elemental composition and bandgap. Furthermore, CZTS thin films were prepared by a doctor-blade method using synthesized Nps followed by annealing under a sulfur/nitrogen atmosphere. The annealed CZTS film showed a significant improvement in the morphological, electrical and optoelectronic ***, the annealed CZTS film can be efficiently used as an absorber layer in low-cost thin film solar cells.

Automatic web page classification has become inevitable for web directories due to the multitude of web pages in the World Wide Web. In this paper an improved Term Weighting technique is proposed for automatic and effective classification of web pages. The web documents are represented as set of features. The proposed method selects and extracts the most prominent features reducing the high dimensionality problem of classifier. The proper selection of features among the large set improves the performance of the classifier. The proposed algorithm is implemented and tested on a benchmarked dataset. The results show the better performance than most of the existing term weighting techniques.

Ultrasonography is first line, cost-effective modality in imaging of peripheral nerves. High frequency probes allow high resolution imaging of peripheral nerves located at relatively superficial location. USG can diagnose and localize various pathologies that involve the peripheral nerves such as traumatic, inflammatory, infective, neoplastic, and traumatic neuropathies. USG exceptionally has an important role to play in evaluation of patients with suspected nerve injury, as MRI may not differentiate neural contusion from nerve disruption. Neurapraxic injury is seen as swollen nerve with hypoechoic appearance.

BACKGROUND： Serratia is one of the most important groups of bacteria which produces proteolytic enzymes effectively and known to possess anti-inflammatory properties. The main focus of the current study was to extract the enzyme serratiopeptidase and pigment prodigiosin from Serratia mascescens. prodigiosin is a red colored pigment produced by the bacterium Serratia marcescens. It is emerging as a valuable molecule because of its large applications. It has already been proved that pigmented strain of Serratia marcescens is less virulent than non-pigmented strains. Moreover the strain we have obtained is from farm soil which indicates that prodigiosin production can be carded safely using this strain. METHODS： In the present study, the isolate VITASp strain was confirmed by morphological, biochemical and molecular studies. The enzyme and pigment were analyzed for anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic properties. RESULTS： The isolate was further confirmed and identified as Serratia marcescens with 99% similarity. The extracted pigment showed potent radical scavenging effect with 86% and the enzyme was found to inhibit 83%, which was significant in comparison to ascorbic acid standard. The in vitro anti-inflammatory effect of pigment in controlled experimental conditions revealed its protection at 88% and the enzyme with 90%. Aspirin was used as the reference drug. The present findings exhibited a concentration dependent inhibition. The cytotoxic bioassay of pigment showed the IC5o value as （50） ~tg/mL with 63% cytotoxicity which was statistically significant compared to positive control. CONCLUSIONS： Therefore, it appears to be an essential remedial and application research. It may turn out to be highly beneficial to mankind in solving many problems associated with human health.

Inferior vena cava pseudo aneurysms are rare clinical entities with an uncertain natural history due to its rarity and limited follow up information. IVC injuries are managed according to the patient’s presentation and hemodynamic status. This case report describes clinical presentation of a 30 years old man with history of fall from height, infra renal IVC pseudoaneurysm found with FAST and CT scan abdomen, our treatment plan and his clinical outcome.

Introduction: In recent years, flow mediated dilatation (FMD) has become a popular technique in cardiovascular medicine. HOMA-IR was accepted to determine the insulin sensitivity as a valuable standard. In this study, we evaluated the association between HOMA-IR (homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance) and vascular endothelial dysfunction, as assessed by endothelium- dependent flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) and nitroglycerin-mediated dilatation (NMD), in type 2 Diabetic (DM) patients. Material and Methods: Eighty four (84) consecutive out-patients were enrolled. HOMA-IR was calculated as fasting insulin (μU/ml) multiplied by fasting plasma glucose (FpG) (mg/dl) and divided by 405. The ultrasound method for measuring FMD and NMD has been used. Out of 84 patients, 42 patients were in control group and 42 patients were in diabetic group, which were further subdivided into two groups based on HOMA-IR > 3.0 and above was considered as Group I and HOMA IR p II. Fasting plasma Glucose (mmol/dl) (7.74 ± 2.56, 6.81 ± 1.9, p p p I. The baseline mean FMD in controls and cases (Group I and Group II) was 15.36 ± 9.56, 4.15 ± 2.29, 12.21 ± 6.24 (p pectively. By logistic regression analysis the factors which were effective on FMD percentage change (p I were BMI (p plasma Insulin (p p perglycaemic patients is associated with severe endothelial dysfunction which is the marker of the atherosclerosis. Thus the measurement of endothelial vasomotor function which is a comprehensive analysis of atherosclerotic burden may provide a better predictive value of future cardiovascular events than the analysis of each of the traditional risk factors alone.

Cystic Echinococcosis (CE) is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the larval stage of the cestode Echinococcus granulosus. Hydatid cyst is a significant universal medical problem. In human cestode involves any organ and develops to hydatid cyst. Liver is the first and most frequently involved organ as the liver is the primary filter station of portal circulation. Though hydatid disease is benign disease, traditionally surgery is the treatment of choice for complete elimination of infective focus, which is associated with considerable mortality, morbidity. Systemic chemotherapy and percutaneous drainage have evolved in the recent past as an alternative to conventional surgery. The safety and success rate of these methods is influenced by the size, stage, location of the cysts and associated complications. Benzimidazoles can be considered in multiple, small hydatid cysts, but large cysts (cysts > 6 cm), bone marrow depression, pregnancy are contraindications of pharmacotherapy. percutaneous drainage combined with ALB is a safe and effective treatment in liver hydatid patients with a surgical contraindication and younger cysts, but the presence of certain radiological signs (pericystic ducts and exophytic components) is a contraindication to non-surgical management because of the danger of biliary obstruction. However, the surgical treatment technique also cannot be standardized, should be tailored according to the cyst relation to the Broncho, biliary, vascular structures and associated complications if any. This review will focus on role of imaging in establishing the diagnosis, in determining cyst location, size, stage of the cyst and in identifying any associated complications, so that enable the clinician to perform recommended therapeutic procedures for the different cyst types and tailor the procedure performed based on cyst relation to broncho, biliary, vascular structures and associated complications.
