the working of Canonical switching cell(CSC)converter was studied and its equivalent circuit during ON and OFF states were *** space model of CSC converter in ON and OFF states were developed using the Kirchhoff *** state space matrices were used to construct the transfer functions of ON&OFF *** step response of the converter was simulated using *** step response curve was obtained using different values of circuit components(l,C1,C2 and Rl)and *** characteristic parameters such as rise time,overshoot,settling time,steady state error and stability were determined using the step response *** response curve shows that there is no overshoot;the rise time and settling time are very low as expected for a converter and its stability is very high but the amplitude is *** circuit was tuned to attain the expected amplitude using pID controller with the help of Genetic *** excellent results of circuits’characteristic parameters are very useful guideline for constructing such CSC converters for DC-DC *** circuit characteristic parameters are useful in constructing such CSC converters for DCDC conversions in driving solar energy using solar panel.

the use of microdng resonators to assist in the evanescent field coupling between dissimilar waveguides is proposed and analyzed. theoretical analysis based on the coupled mode theory and numerical example show that complete cross power transfers can be obtained near the microring resonances. Applications of the device include power dividers, low-power thermo-optic or electro-optic switches, and modulators.

this study focuses on the effects of a polytropic fluid on a charged gravitational source within f(t) gravity, where t is the torsion scalar. We investigate how the electromagnetic field affects the flow of energy in spherically symmetric and static celestial objects that contain relativistic fluids. By using the gravitational decoupling technique, we analyze the effects of polytropic fluid on the dynamics of the gravitational source, accompanied by the matching of the interior geometry with an exterior at the hypersurface Σ. Finally, with the help of the tolman Ⅱv solution, we observe the conduct of energy conditions with the existence of charge using f(t)field equations and got the intended outcomes.

the marine atmospheric boundary layer （MABl） plays a vital role in the transport of momentum and heat from the surface of the ocean into the atmosphere. A detailed study on the MABl characteristics was carried out using high-resolution surface-wind data as measured by the QuikSCAt （Quick scatterometer） satellite. Spatial variations in the surface wind, frictional velocity, roughness parameter and drag coefficient for the different seasons were studied. the surface wind was strong during the southwest monsoon season due to the modulation induced by the low level Jetstream. the drag coefficient was larger during this season, due to the strong winds and was lower during the winter months. the spatial variations in the frictional velocity over the seas was small during the post-monsoon season （-0.2 m s^-1）. the maximum spatial variation in the frictional velocity was found over the south Arabian Sea （0.3 to 0.5 m s^-1） during the southwest monsoon period, followed by the pre-monsoon over the Bay of Bengal （0.1 to 0.25 m s^-1）. the mean wind-stress curl during the winter was positive over the equatorial region, with a maximum value of 1.5×10^-7 N m^-3, but on either side of the equatorial belt, a negative wind-stress curl dominated. the area average of the frictional velocity and drag coefficient over the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal were also studied. the values of frictional velocity shows a variability that is similar to the intraseasonal oscillation （ISO） and this was confirmed via wavelet analysis. In the case of the drag coefficient, the prominent oscillations were ISO and quasi-biweekly mode （QBM）. the interrelationship between the drag coefficient and the frictional velocity with wind speed in both the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal was also studied.

Depolymerization of poly（ethylene terephthalate）（pEt） was performed in the tubular bomb microreactor which contained the solution of pEt in methanol and dibutyltin oxide at the temperature ranging from 433 K to 473 K, the reaction time from 5 to 45 min and the catalyst-to-pEt ratio of 0.3%-2% by weight. the optimal condition for pEt depolymerization catalyzed by dibutyltin oxide is the temperature of 443-453 K, the reaction time of 20-25 min and 0.8% by weight of catalyst. By using differential methods, the activation energy for the depolymerization process was found to be 154.05 kJ/mol in the temperature range from 433-463 K.

the objectives of the present investigations are to see the effects of biomass power plant effluent on the carbohydrates, aminoacids, nitrite and nitrite enzyme activitiesand proline of Arachis hypogaea l. var tCGS 320 under controlled pot culture methods. plants were cultivated with 25, 50, 75 and 100% of the effluent and a control without the effluent. the treatment of the crop with 25% of the effluent has shown stimulatory effect on all the biochemical parameters studied. Carbohydrates, starch, aminoacids, protein, nitrate and nitrite reductase enzymatic activities have increased in 10, 15, 20 DAS （days after sowing）. In 25 and 30 DAS all biochemical parameters have decreased, due to environmental factors （rainfall, temperature, humidity, etc.）. the present investigation clearly indicated that the biomass power plant effluent has stimulatory effect on all the biochemical contents at lower concentration, and at higher concentration they have deleterious effects.

In this paper, Donnell＇s shell theory and smeared stiffeners technique are improved to analyze the postbuckling and buckling behaviors of circular cylindrical shells of stiffened thin functionally graded material （FGM） sandwich under an axial loading on elastic foundations, and the shells are considered in a thermal environment. the shells are stiffened by FGM rings and stringers. A general sigmoid law and a general power law are proposed. thermal elements of the shells and reinforcement stiffeners are considered. Explicit expressions to find critical loads and postbuckling load-deflection curves are obtained by applying the Galerkin method and choosing the three-term approximate solution of deflection. Numerical results show various effects of temperature, elastic foundation, stiffeners, material and geometrical properties, and the ratio between face sheet thickness and total thickness on the nonlinear behavior of shells.

vγ9vδ2 t cells are specialized effector cells that have gained prominence as immunotherapy agents due to their ability to target and kill cells with altered pyrophosphate *** our effort to understand how cancer cells evade the cell-killing activity of vγ9vδ2 t cells,we performed a comprehensive genome-scale CRISpR screening of cancer *** found that four molecules belonging to the butyrophilin(BtN)family,specifically BtN2A1,BtN3A1,BtN3A2,and BtN3A3,are critically important and play unique,nonoverlapping roles in facilitating the destruction of cancer cells by primary vγ9vδ2 t *** coordinated function of these BtN molecules was driven by synchronized gene expression,which was regulated by IFN-γsignaling and the RFX ***,an enzyme called QpCtl was shown to play a key role in modifying the N-terminal glutamine of these BtN proteins and was found to be a crucial factor in vγ9vδ2 t cell killing of cancer *** our research,we offer a detailed overview of the functional genomic mechanisms that underlie how cancer cells escape vγ9vδ2 t ***,our findings shed light on the importance of the harmonized expression and function of gene family members in modulating t-cell activity.
