Animal manures have been demonstrated to enhance antibiotic resistance in agricultural ***,little is known about the effects of p.ant-derived fertilizer on soil antibiotic ***,metagenomic sequencing was used to investigate the effects of a p.antderived fertilizer p.ocessed from sugarcane and beet on soil antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in a soybean field along crop.growth *** p.ofiles in the soils amended by p.ant-derived fertilizer were comp.red with those in the soils amended by chicken *** abundance and diversity of total ARGs in the soils amended by p.ant-derived fertilizer were significantly(p.0.05)elevated at the sp.out stage,to a level comp.rable to that in the manured ***,unlike chicken manure mainly introducing manure-borne ARGs to soil,the p.ant-derived fertilizer was indicated to mainly enrich multidrug resistance genes in soil by nourishing indigenous *** with abundances in amended soils significantly(p.0.05)higher than in unamended soils at the sp.out stage of soybean were considered as enriched *** in the abundance of the enriched ARGs was observed in both the amended soils from the sp.out to the *** analysis further identified p.oteobacteria and Bacteroidetes as the p.imary bacterial taxa involved in the temp.ral variation of the enriched ARGs in the soils amended by p.ant-derived fertilizer,while in manured soils were Firmicutes and *** revealed by multivariate statistical analyses,variation of the enriched ARGs in the soils amended by p.ant-derived fertilizer was majorly attributed to the resp.nse of co-occurred bacteria to dep.eting nutrients,which was different from the failed establishment of manure-borne bacteria in the manured *** study p.ovided field-based evidence that p.ant-derived fertilizer stimulated the intrinsic antibiotic resistome,and p.op.sed attention to the un-p.rceived risk since some clinically relevant ARGs originate and evolve fr

A chemically closed-loop.recyclable biodegradable p.lymer,p.ly(p.dioxanone)(p.DO),is one of the ideal candidates for single-use p.astic p.oducts due to its suitability for different ap.lication ***,when p.DO wastes can be collected,its monomer p.dioxanone(p.O) will be obtained through chemical recycling of these wastes;when cannot be collected,the wastes are able to be biodegraded into harmless ***,unsatisfied thermal stability and low crystallization rate of p.DO restrict its wider ***,based on end-group.regulation,we simultaneously realized the significant enhancement of thermal stability and crystallization of p.DO through the simp.e melt p.ocessing with tributyl p.osp.ite(TBp. or trip.enyl p.osp.ite(Tp.).The model reactions were conducted to investigate the reaction mechanism and theoretical p.oducts during the p.ep.ration of p.DO/p.osp.ite *** kinds of p.osp.ites were p.oved to act as the end-cap.ed reagent and chain extender in the melt p.ocessing,while TBp.p.esented better *** a result,the activation energy of thermal decomp.sition was largely elevated,and the unp.ecedented T_(5%)(the temp.rature at a weight loss of 5%) and Tmax(the temp.rature at a maximum rate of weight loss) of p.DO were obtained,i.e.,T_(5%)of ~330 ℃ and Tmaxof ~385 ℃ in N_(2) atmosp.ere,T_(5%)of ~240 ℃ and Tmaxof ~317 ℃ in air atmosp.ere,***,the increased crystallization rate,crystallinity,crystalline orderliness,and realizable monomer recovery(yield >90%,p.rity >99.9%) of p.DO/p.osp.ite comp.unds were confirmed.

Comp.ehensive Air Quality Model with extensions(CAMx)-Decoup.ed Direct Method(DDM)simulations of first-order ozone(O_(3))sensitivity to nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))and volatile organic comp.unds(VOCs)emissions were p.rformed and combined with modelled p.(H_(2)O_(2))/p.(HNO_(3))ratios to obtain a range of thresholds for determining O_(3)-sensitivity regimes for different areas of *** the new threshold ranges for p.otochemical indicators,the method for determining O_(3)formation in the Ozone Source Ap.ortionment Technology(OSAT)module within CAMx was imp.oved by a dynamically varied threshold of p.(H_(2)O_(2))/p.(HNO_(3))*** O_(3)concentration contributions in the newly added transition regime were ap.ortioned to NO_(x)and VOCs emissions in p.op.rtion to the relationship.between the p.(H_(2)O_(2))/p.(HNO_(3))ratio and first-order O_(3)*** source contributions of O_(3)concentrations from different emission sectors from June to Sep.ember 2019 were comp.red using the original and imp.oved *** results showed that the O_(3)concentration contributions changed significantly in the NO_(x)-limited regime,with a maximum decrease of 21.89%,while the contributions increased by up.to 7.57%in the VOC-limited regime,and were within 15μg/m^(3)in the transition *** modified OSAT module enabled a more sop.isticated attribution of O_(3)to p.ecursor emissions and may have far-reaching imp.ications for informing O_(3)p.llution control p.licy.
