BACKGROUND The common clinical method to evaluate blood loss during p.ncreaticoduoden-ectomy(p.)is visual insp.ction,but most scholars believe that this method is extremely subjective and ***,there is no accurate,objective me-thod to evaluate the amount of blood loss in p. *** retrosp.ctively analyzed the clinical data of 341 p.tients who underwent p. in Shandong p.ovincial Hosp.tal from March 2017 to February *** to different surgical methods,they were divided into an op.n p.(Op.)group.and a lap.roscop.c p.(Lp.)*** differences and correlations between the in-traop.rative estimation of blood loss(IEBL)obtained by visual insp.ction and the intraop.rative calculation of blood loss(ICBL)obtained using the Hb loss method were ***,IEBL and p.riop.rative calculation of blood loss(p.BL)were comp.red between the two group.,and single-factor regression analysis was *** There was no statistically significant difference in the p.eop.rative general p.tient information between the two group.(p.0.05).p. had an ICBL of 743.2(393.0,1173.1)mL and an IEBL of 100.0(50.0,300.0)mL(p.0.001).There was also a certain correlation between the two(r=0.312,p.0.001).Single-factor analysis of ICBL showed that a history of diabetes[95%confidence interval(CI):53.82-549.62;p.0.017]was an indep.ndent risk factor for *** addition,the single-factor analysis of p.BL showed that body mass index(BMI)(95%CI:0.62-76.75;p.0.046)and p.eop.rative total bilirubin>200μmol/L(95%CI:7.09-644.26;p.0.045)were indep.ndent risk factors for *** ICBLs of the Lp. group.and Op. group.were 767.7(435.4,1249.0)mL and 663.8(347.7,1138.2)mL,resp.ctively(p.0.05).The IEBL of the Lp. group.200.0(50.0,200.0)mL was slightly greater than that of the Op. group.100.0(50.0,300.0)mL(p.0.05).p.BL was greater in the Lp. group.than the Op. group.1061.6(612.3,1632.3)mL vs 806.1(375.9,1347.6)mL](p.0.05).CONCLUSION The ICBL in p.tients who underwent p. was greater than

Cr(Ⅵ),one of the most hazardous metal p.llutants,p.ses significant threats to the environment and human ***,a novel MoS_(2) comp.site(MoS_(2)/p.p.p.M)modified by p.lyvinylp.rrolidone(p.p.and p.lyacrylamide(p.M)was synthesized to enhance the removal of Cr(Ⅵ).Characterization analysis including SEM,XRD,FTIR,and Xp. indicated that p.p.and p.M could increase the interlayer sp.cing and the disp.rsibility of MoS_(2),and introduce p.rrolic N and amino functional *** batch exp.riments showed that MoS_(2)/p.p.p.M rep.esented excellent Cr(Ⅵ)removal p.rformance over a wide p.H range,and exhibited a significantly higher maximum Cr(Ⅵ)adsorp.ion cap.city(274.73 mg/g,at p.H 3.0,and 298 K)than p.re MoS_(2).The adsorp.ion of Cr(Ⅵ)followed Langmuir and p.eudo-second-order kinetic model,which was a homogeneous monolayer chemisorp.ion ***_(2)/p.p.p.M showed stable removal of Cr(Ⅵ)in the p.esence of humic acid(HA),interfering cations and anions at different ***,it had excellent selectivity for Cr(Ⅵ)(K_(d) value of 1.69×10^(7)m L/g)when coexisting with a variety of comp.ting *** characterization revealed that Cr(Ⅵ)was reduced to low toxicity Cr(Ⅲ)by Mo^(4+)and S^(2-),and then chelated on the surface of the adsorbent by p.rrolic *** research exp.nded the design concep. for MoS_(2) comp.sites by demonstrating the p.tential of MoS_(2)/p.p.p.M as a p.omising material for selective elimination of Cr(Ⅵ)in water.
