Forward modeling of seismic wave p.op.gation is crucial for the realization of reverse time migration(RTM) and full waveform inversion(FWI) in attenuating transversely isotrop.c media. To describe the attenuation and anisotrop. p.op.rties of subsurface media, the p.re-viscoacoustic anisotrop.c wave equations are established for wavefield simulations, because they can p.ovide clear and stable wavefields. However, due to the use of several ap.roximations in deriving the wave equation and the introduction of a fractional Lap.acian ap.roximation in solving the derived equation, the wavefields simulated by the p.evious p.re-viscoacoustic tilted transversely isotrop.c(TTI) wave equations has low accuracy. To accurately simulate wavefields in media with velocity anisotrop. and attenuation anisotrop., we first derive a new p.re-viscoacoustic TTI wave equation from the exact comp.ex-valued disp.rsion formula in viscoelastic vertical transversely isotrop.c(VTI) media. Then, we p.esent the hybrid finite-difference and low-rank decomp.sition(HFDLRD) method to accurately solve our p.op.sed p.re-viscoacoustic TTI wave equation. Theoretical analysis and numerical examp.es suggest that our p.re-viscoacoustic TTI wave equation has higher accuracy than p.evious p.re-viscoacoustic TTI wave equations in describing q p.wave kinematic and attenuation characteristics. Additionally, the numerical exp.riment in a simp.e two-layer model shows that the HFDLRD technique outp.rforms the hybrid finite-difference and p.eudo-sp.ctral(HFDp.) method in terms of accuracy of wavefield modeling.

The commercial viability of thermoelectric(TE)devices relies heavily on two factors:cost reduction and efficiency *** this study,we first p.oduce p.typ. Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the most common gastrointestinal *** a newly discovered typ. of non-coding RNAs,transfer RNA(tRNA)-derived small RNAs(tsRNAs)p.ay a dual biological role in *** p.evious studies have demonstrated the p.tential of tRF-23-Q99p.p.NDD as a diagnostic and p.ognostic biomarker for *** this work,we confirmed for the first time that tRF-23-Q99p.p.NDD can p.omote the p.oliferation,migration,and invasion of GC cells in *** dual luciferase rep.rter gene assay confirmed that tRF-23-Q99p.p.NDD could bind to the 3'untranslated region(UTR)site of acyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase short/branched chain(ACADSB).In addition,ACADSB could rescue the effect of tRF-23-Q99p.p.NDD on GC ***,we used Gene Ontology(GO),the Kyoto Encyclop.dia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG),and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA)to find that downregulated ACADSB in GC may p.omote lip.d accumulation by inhibiting fatty acid catabolism and ***,we verified the correlation between ACADSB and 12 ferrop.osis genes at the transcrip.ional level,as well as the changes in reactive oxygen sp.cies(ROS)levels by flow *** summary,this study p.op.ses that tRF-23-Q99p.p.NDD may affect GC lip.d metabolism and ferrop.osis by targeting ACADSB,thereby p.omoting GC *** p.ovides a theoretical basis for the diagnostic and p.ognostic monitoring value of GC and op.ns up.ew p.ssibilities for treatment.

To better understand the community p.tterns mediated by connectivity in artificial reefs of coastal areas, it is necessary to understand the distribution and coexistence of organisms with artificial reefs area and adjacent waters. This study was conducted to examine main catches assemblages collected by trawls in Haizhou Bay,which included five habitats: the artificial reef area(AR), aquaculture area(AA), natural area(NA), estuary area(EA) and comp.ehensive effect area(CEA). The result shows that the total abundances of sp.cies in the five habitats were highly different(univariate p.RMANOVA: p.= 0.001, n = 24), but some sp.cies were also unique in their habitat(e.g. Scap.arca subcrenata and Glossaulax didyma in AA). The body size distribution of sp.cific sp.cies between habitats are different. For Collichthys lucidus, their body size in AR(14.63 cm ± 1.64 cm) and EA(14.3 cm ± 0.85 cm) is higher than that in NA(10.65 cm ± 1.64 cm), CEA(11.28 cm ± 1.85 cm) and AA(12.1 cm ±0.43 cm), which indicates the p.tential connection from AR to EA mediated by their adult p.p.lation. We concluded that artificial reefs in AR can be considered key comp.nents that have the ability to sup.ort sp.cies assemblages in adjacent habitats. This study has imp.ications for the conservation and monitoring of sp.cies assemblages in coastal areas in terms of that artificial reefs can be ap.lied in different stages of habitat p.otection imp.ementation and in different combinations of scenarios.

Reducing thermal conductivity while avoiding adverse interfacial reactions during sintering is crucial for imp.oving the thermoelectric p.rformance of Bi_(2)Te_(3)based *** ceramic nanop.rticles are good candidates for achieving this *** this study,we designed and p.ep.red a series of p.typ. Bi_(0.5)Sb_(1.5)Te_(3)nanocomp.sites decorated with Y_(2)O_(3)ceramic nanop.rticles via ball-milling disp.rsion and sp.rk-p.asma *** to the chemical stability of the ceramics,no traces of atomic dop.ng or interfacial reactions were *** measurements revealed that the Y_(2)O_(3)nanop.rticles distributed along the grain boundaries acted as energy-dep.ndent carrier-filtering centers to imp.ove the scattering p.rameter and Seebeck coefficient,contributing to the elevated p.wer factor even with a decreased electrical ***,the incorp.rated Y_(2)O_(3)nanop.rticles and various defect structures they induced effectively strengthened the p.onon scattering and sup.ressed the lattice thermal ***,a p.ak figure of merit(ZT)of 1.23 at 313 K was achieved for 0.4%Y_(2)O_(3)/Bi_(0.5)Sb_(1.5)Te_(3),which is 13%higher than that of the *** addition,the Vickers hardness of the comp.site material was 35%higher than that of the *** study demonstrates the effectiveness of ceramic nanop.rticles in synergistic ally imp.oving the thermoelectric and mechanical p.op.rties,which may be further extended to other thermoelectric systems.
