Anion-exchange membrane water electrolyzers(AEMWEs)for green hydrogen p.oduction have received intensive attention due to their feasibility of using earth-abundant NiFe-based *** introducing a third metal into NiFe-based catalysts to construct asymmetrical M-NiFe units,the d-orbital and electronic structures can be adjusted,which is an imp.rtant strategy to achieve sufficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)p.rformance in ***,the ternary NiFeM(M:La,Mo)catalysts featured with distinct M-NiFe units and varying d-orbitals are rep.rted in this *** and theoretical calculation results reveal that the dop.ng of La leads to op.imized hybridization between d orbital in NiFeM and 2p.in oxygen,resulting in enhanced adsorp.ion strength of oxygen intermediates,and reduced rate-determining step.energy barrier,which is resp.nsible for the enhanced OER *** critically,the obtained NiFeLa catalyst only requires 1.58 V to reach 1 A cm^(−2) in an anion exchange membrane electrolyzer and demonstrates excellent long-term stability of up.to 600 h.

Develop.ng organic room-temp.rature p.osp.orescence （RTp. materials with a wide range of tunable-emission is significant in exp.nding the ap.lications of RTp.***,we rationally designed amp.ip.ilic alternating cop.lymers p.ly(1,2-bis（4-alkoxyp.enyl）ethane-1,2-dione-alt-（ethylene glycol）x)(p.Bz-alt-EGx）) that combined the advantage of alternating benzil and EGxskeleton,and tunable mainchain *** a mainchain conformation ordering assembly （COA） p.ocess,p.Bz-alt-EGx） self-assembled into well-defined p.atelets,and such assemblies emitted blue RTp.at ca.425 nm due to the ordered folded-chain conformation and confined *** contrast,traditional self-assembly （TA） of p.Bz-alt-EGx） obtained less ordered aggregates,such as asymmetric worms,vesicles,and rod-like *** resultant less ordered aggregates exhibited yellow-green RTp.at ca.550 *** wide-tuning RTp.emission in solution （between blue and yellow-green,over125 nm） is realized using the p.Bz-alt-EGx） alternating cop.lymers under the treatment of different self-assembly *** study uncovers a new strategy to tailor the RTp.emission through different self-assembly p.thways and holds great p.omise for the fabrication of advanced op.ical materials.

Hydrogel scaffolds have numerous p.tential ap.lications in the tissue engineering ***,tough hydrogel scaffolds imp.anted in vivo are seldom rep.rted because it is difficult to balance biocomp.tibility and high mechanical *** by Chinese ramen,we p.op.se a universal fabricating method(p.inting-p.training-T,cross-linking-C,p.C&p.T)for tough hydrogel scaffolds to fill this ***,3D p.inting fabricates a hydrogel scaffold with desired structures(p..Then,the scaffold could have extraordinarily high mechanical p.op.rties and functional surface structure by cycle mechanical training with salting-out assistance(T).Finally,the training results are fixed by p.oto-cross-linking p.ocessing(C).The tough gelatin hydrogel scaffolds exhibit excellent tensile strength of 6.66 Mp.(622-fold untreated)and have excellent ***,this scaffold p.ssesses functional surface structures from nanometer to micron to millimeter,which can efficiently induce directional cell ***,this strategy can p.oduce bionic human tissue with mechanical p.op.rties of 10 kp.-10 Mp. by changing the typ. of salt,and many hydrogels,such as gelatin and silk,could be imp.oved with p.C or p.T *** exp.riments show that this scaffold can effectively p.omote the new generation of muscle fibers,blood vessels,and nerves within 4 weeks,p.omp.ing the rap.d regeneration of large-volume muscle loss injuries.

Background:Amp.lop.is grossedentata,vine tea,which is the tea alternative beverages in *** vine tea p.ocessing,a large amount of broken tea is p.oduced,which has low commercial ***:This study investigates the influence of different extraction methods(room temp.rature water extraction,boiling water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted room temp.rature water extraction,and ultrasonic-assisted boiling water extraction,referred to as room temp.rature water extraction(RE),boiling water extraction(BE),ultrasonic assistance at room temp.rature water extraction(URE),and ultrasonic assistance in boiling water extraction(UBE))on the yield,dihydromyricetin(DMY)content,free amino acid comp.sition,volatile aroma comp.nents,and antioxidant p.op.rties of vine tea ***:A notable influence of extraction temp.rature on the yield of vine tea extracts(p.0.05),with BE yielding the highest at 43.13±0.26%,higher than that of RE(34.29±0.81%).Ultrasound-assisted extraction significantly increased the DMY content of the extracts(p.0.05),whereas DMY content in the RE extracts was 59.94±1.70%,that of URE reached 66.14±2.78%.Analysis revealed 17 amino acids,with L-serine and asp.rtic acid being the most abundant in the extracts,nevertheless ultrasound-assisted extraction reduced total free amino acid *** chromatograp.y-mass sp.ctrometry analysis demonstrated an increase in the diversity and quantity of comp.unds in the vine tea water extracts obtained through ultrasonic-assisted ***,69 and 68 volatile comp.unds were found in URE and UBE extracts,which were higher than the number found in RE and BE *** vitro,antioxidant activity assessments revealed varying antioxidant cap.cities among different extraction methods,with RE exhibiting the highest Dp.H scavenging rate,URE leading in ABTS•+free radical scavenging,and BE demonstrating sup.rior ferric ion reducing antioxidant ***:The findings suggest that extraction methods signi

(20 S )‐Camp.othecin, irinotecan and SN‐38 were successfully synthesized by a p.otocatalyzed radical cascade cyclization from an N ‐p.op.rgyl iodop.ridinone and an arylisonitrile under visible light with a ruthenium catalyst. This synthetic method p.ovided a useful entry into comp.sing camp.othecin family of antitumor agents in good yields under mild reaction conditions without the use of heavy metal reagents.

为研究不同加工方式和处理时间对香菇体外模拟胃肠消化后活性物质含量及体外活性的影响,采用蒸制、煮制、空气炸和烤箱烤制4种方式处理香菇,通过模拟体外胃肠消化后测定消化液中总酚、总黄酮、粗多糖和香菇嘌呤含量及其体外抗氧化、降血脂和降血糖活性,并对消化液的体外活性和活性物质含量相关性进行分析。结果表明,消化前,与蒸制、煮制和空气炸处理相比,烤箱烤制更利于香菇中4种活性物质的保留,其中烤制5 min时总酚、总黄酮和粗多糖的含量和烤制15 min时香菇嘌呤的含量相对较高,分别为(222.13±3.57)mg/g、(4.49±0.06)mg/g、(5.57±0.28)g/100 g和(551.31±3.76)mg/100 g。经体外胃肠消化后,烤箱烤制香菇活性物质释放量相对较高,其次为空气炸。除烤箱烤制香菇总黄酮的释放量随烤制时间延长而降低外,其余活性物质释放量与加工时长无明显相关性。蒸制处理后香菇肠消化液的体外活性相对较高,其中,蒸制20 min的香菇肠消化液1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基清除率和蒸制10 min的2,2′-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid),ABTS)阳离子自由基清除率最高(p.0.05),分别为(88.74±0.34)%和(50.39±0.07)%;而不同加工方式的香菇肠消化液对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率无显著差异(p.0.05);蒸制10 min时肠消化液的胰脂肪酶抑制活性相对较强(p.0.05),为(49.42±2.32)%。相关性分析发现,胃消化液的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性与其总酚(p.0.01)和香菇嘌呤(p.0.05)含量呈显著正相关,ABTS阳离子自由基抑制率与其总酚(p.0.05)和粗多糖(p.0.01)含量呈显著正相关;而肠消化液的胰脂肪酶抑制活性与4种活性物质含量均呈极显著负相关(p.0.01)。综上可以看出烤制更有利于活性物质的保留和消化释放,而蒸制更利于改善香菇肠消化液的体外活性。本研究为香菇科学合理的加工提供了指导。
