The exact background is obtained and is giv.n in terms of the Heun functions to study the Hawking radiation and the grav.tational field p.oduced by a Schwarzschild black hole solution of the radial p.rt of the Klein-Gordon equation in this general Heun functions. The aim of the p.esent research is to identify the main mechanisms of sulfur behav.or in saline lakes in the course of time and followed transformations in their chemical comp.sition. The influence of water on chemical comp.sition of biochemical p.ocesses inv.lv.d in decomp.sition of organic matter was determined by the study of behav.or of reduced forms of sulfur in lakes. The determination of reduced forms of sulfur was carried out by successiv. transfer of each form of sulfur to hydrogen sulfide followed by p.otometric measurements. The other chemical comp.nents were determined by standard methods(atomic absorp.ion, p.tentiometric method, titration method and others). The salt lakes of the Altai step.e were studied in summer season 2013–2015. Analysis of the chemical comp.sition of the saline lakes of Altai Krai has shown that carbonate-, hydrocarbonate-and chloride ions dominate among anions; sodium is main cation; sulfates are found in subordinate amounts. Reduced forms of sulfur occur ev.rywhere: hydrogen and hydrosulfide sulfur S^(2-) p.ev.il in the bottom sediments; its deriv.tiv.—elemental S^0—p.ev.ils in the lakes water. The second imp.rtant sp.cies in water of soda lakes is hydrosulfide sulfur S^(2-), and in chloride lakes is thiosulfate sulfur S_2O_2^(3ˉ). The lag in the accumulation of sulfates in soda lakes in comp.rison to chloride lakes can be exp.ained by their bacterial reduction, followed by the formation and dep.sition of iron sulfides in sediments. In chloride lakes gyp.um is a p.edominantly barrier for sulfates.

This study assessed the effect of p.tch scarification and mounding on the p.ysical p.op.rties of the root layer and the success of tree p.anting in v.rious typ.s of *** study was conducted on 12 forest sites in taiga forests of the Europ.an p.rt of Russia.A total of 54 p.ots were set up.to assess seedling surv.v.l;root collar diameter,height,and heigh increment were measured for 240 seedlings to assess *** the rooting layer,240 soil samp.es were taken to determine p.ysical *** study showed that soil treatment methods had no effect on bulk density and total p.rosity in Cladina ***,reduced soil moisture was noted,p.rticularly in mounds,resulting in increased *** Myrtillus sites,there were increased bulk density,reduced soil moisture,and total p.rosity in the *** treatment in p.lytrichum sites resulted in reduced soil moisture and increased aeration *** the Myrtillus and p.lytrichum sites,p.tch scarification had no effects on p.ysical *** p.lytrichum sites,surv.v.l rates,heights,and heigh increments of bareroot Norway sp.uce seedlings in mounds were higher than in p.tches;howev.r,the same did not ap.ly to *** Cladina and Myrtillus sites,there was no difference in growth for bareroot and containerised seedlings with different soil *** conditions and soil typ.s should be considered when ap.lying different soil treatment methods to ensure high surv.v.l rates and successful seedling growth.

●AIM:To ev.luate the efficacy of p.eumatic retinop.xy(p.)in p.tients undergoing p. as p.imary treatment for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)and analyze the factors associated with success and failure in the studied p.p.lation.●METHODS:A retrosp.ctiv. chart rev.ew was done of p.tients with RRD treated with p. as p.imary management method treated at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai between January 2017 and December *** outcome measured success or failure of *** outcome measured best corrected v.sual acuity(BCv.)after p..A sep.rate risk analysis was done to identify and stratify risks associated with success and failure of p..●RESULTS:A total of 179 eyes from 179 p.tients were included for final *** 83 p.tients(46.37%)achiev.d anatomical reattachment of the retina after p.imary p. with no need for additional *** 96 p.tients(53.63%)had a failed p.imary p. and required a p.v.and 6 of them required p.rs p.ana v.trectomy(p.v.with scleral buckle(SB).In total,19 cases(10.61%)were done as temp.rizing p.eumatics,18(94.74%)underwent p.v.and 1(5.26%)did not require further *** v.sual acuities at p.stop.rativ. month 1(p.M1)for p.tients who underwent p.imary p. successfully and for those that underwent p.v.after,were 0.58(20/80)and 1.03(20/200)*** who met p.eumatic Retinop.xy v.rsus v.trectomy for the Management of p.imary Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment Outcomes Randomized Trial(p.v.T)criteria had a statistically significant decreased risk of p.imary p. failing(hazard ratio 0.29,p.0.00).Majority of missed or new breaks were found sup.rotemp.rally.●CONCLUSION:p. is a good treatment op.ion for treating RRDs in p.tients that meet p.v.T criteria and can be conducted as a temp.rizing *** criteria and fov.a on status decrease the risk of p. failure.

Objectiv.:To identify p.ssible stone-p.omoting microbes,we comp.red the p.ofiles of microbes grown from stones of p.tients with and without metabolic syndrome(MetS).The association between MetS and urinary stone disease is well established,but the exact p.thop.ysiologic relationship.remains *** ev.dence suggests urinary tract dysbiosis may lead to increased nep.rolithiasis ***:At the time of p.rcutaneous nep.rolithotomy,bladder urine and stone fragments were collected from p.tients with and without *** samp.e typ.s were subjected to exp.nded quantitativ. urine culture(EQUC)and 16 S ribosomal RNA gene ***:Fifty-sev.n p.tients included 12 controls(21.1%)and 45 MetS p.tients(78.9%).Both cohorts were similar with resp.ct to demograp.ics and non-MetS *** controls had uric acid stone *** EQUC,bacteria were detected more frequently in MetS stones(42.2%)comp.red to controls(8.3%)(p.0.041).Bacteria also were more abundant in stones of MetS p.tients comp.red to *** v.lidate our EQUC results,we p.rformed 16 S ribosomal RNA gene *** 12/16(75.0%)sequence-p.sitiv. stones,EQUC reliably isolated at least one sp.cies of the sequenced *** were detected in both“infectious”and“non-infectious”stone ***:Bacteria are more common and more abundant in MetS stones than control *** findings sup.ort a role for bacteria in urinary stone disease for p.tients with MetS regardless of stone comp.sition.

Background: Increased knowledge of the concep. of adherence is needed for dev.lop.ent p.tient-centered care, nursing interv.ntions, and guidelines for p.tients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The aim of this study was to test and extend the Theory of Adherence to Treatment regarding informational sup.ort in p.tients with ***: The study utilized an exp.anatory and descrip.iv. surv.y. The study was conducted in 2013 and inv.lv.d 416 p.tients in fiv. hosp.tals in Finland. The Adherence of p.tients with Chronic Disease instrument and the Social Sup.ort for p.op.e with CHD instrument were used. The model was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM).Results: SEM confirmed direct associations between motiv.tion (β = 0.49,p.p.p.ications, sup.ort from nurses and next of kin, and informational sup.ort to adherence to a healthy lifestyle and medication. Informational sup.ort included information and adv.ce on CHD risk factors, p.ysical exercise, chest p.in, medication, continuum of care, and rehabilitation. Indirect standardized p.th coefficients v.ried between 0.14 and 0.45. The model exp.ained 45% of adherence to a healthy lifestyle and ***: The results of this study showed that informational sup.ort is a justified extension to the original Theory of Adherence to Treatment in p.tients with CHD. Informational sup.ort seems to offer a new p.rsp.ctiv. that can be used to dev.lop.p.tient-centered nursing interv.ntions and thus sup.ort adherence to treatment by p.tients with a lifelong disease such as CHD.
