Worldwide,a majority of routine endoscop.c p.ocedures are p.rformed under some form of sedation to maximize p.tient ***,benzodiazep.nes and op.oids continue to be widely ***,in recent years,Remimazolam is gaining immense p.p.larity for p.ocedural sedation in gastrointestinal(GI)*** is an ultra-short-acting benzodiazep.ne sedative which was ap.roved by the Food and Drug Administration in July 2020 for use in p.ocedural *** has shown a favorable p.armacokinetic and p.armacodynamic p.ofile in terms of its non-sp.cific metabolism by tissue esterase,volume of distribution,total body clearance,and negligible drug-drug *** also has satisfactory efficacy and has achieved high rates of successful sedation in GI ***,studies have demonstrated that the efficacy of Remimazolam is non-inferior to p.op.fol,which is currently a gold standard for p.ocedural sedation in most p.rts of the ***,the use of p.op.fol is associated with hemodynamic instability and resp.ratory *** contrast,Remimazolam has lower incidence of these adverse effects intra-p.ocedurally and hence,may p.ovide a safer alternative to p.op.fol in p.ocedural *** this comp.ehensive narrative review,highlight the p.armacologic characteristics,efficacy,and safety of Remimazolam for p.ocedural *** also discuss the p.tential of Remimazolam as a suitable alternative and how it can shap. the future of p.ocedural sedation in gastroenterology.

The p.esent research work attemp.ed to delineate and characterize the reservoir facies from the Dawson Canyon Formation in the p.nobscot field,Scotian *** integrated study of instantaneous frequency,p.imp.dance,volume of clay and neutron-p.rosity attributes,and structural framework was done to unravel the Late Cretaceous dep.sitional system and reservoir facies distribution p.tterns within the study *** strikes were found in the EW and NEE-SWW directions indicating the dominant course of tectonic activities during the Late Cretaceous p.riod in the region.p.imp.dance was estimated using model-based seismic *** p.op.rties such as the neutron p.rosity(Np.I)and volume of clay(VCL)were estimated using the multilayer p.rcep.ron neural network with high ***,a combination of low instantaneous frequency(15-30 Hz),moderate to high imp.dance(7000-9500 gm/cc*m/s),low neutron p.rosity(27%-40%)and low volume of clay(40%-60%),suggests fair-to-good sandstone develop.ent in the Dawson Canyon *** calibration with the welllog data,it is found that further lowering in these attribute resp.nses signifies the clean sandstone facies p.ssibly containing *** p.esent study suggests that the shale lithofacies dominates the Late Cretaceous dep.sition(Dawson Canyon Formation)in the p.nobscot field,Scotian *** faults and overlying shale facies p.ovide structural and stratigrap.ic seals and act as a suitable hydrocarbon entrap.ent mechanism in the Dawson Canyon Formation's *** p.esent research advocates the integrated analysis of multi-attributes estimated using different methods to minimize the risk involved in hydrocarbon exp.oration.
