This p.p.r deals with the technology of using comb filters for FIR Decimation in Digital Signal p.ocessing. The p.ocess of decreasing the samp.ing frequency of a samp.ed signal is called decimation. In the usage of decimating filters, only a p.rtion of the out-of-p.ss band frequencies turns into the p.ss band, in systems wherein different p.rts op.rate at different samp.e rates. A filter design, tuned to the aliasing frequencies all of which can otherwise steal into the p.ss band, not only p.ovides multip.e stop.bands but also exhibits comp.tational efficiency and p.rformance sup.riority over the single stop.band design. These filters are referred to as multiband designs in the family of FIR filters. The other two sp.cial versions of FIR filter designs are Halfband and Comb filter designs, both of which are p.rticularly useful for reducing the comp.tational requirements in multirate designs. The p.op.sed method of using Comb FIR decimation p.ocedure is not only efficient but also op.ns up.a new vista of simp.icity and elegancy to comp.te Multip.ications p.r Second (Mp.) and Additions p.r Second (Ap.) for the desired filter over and above the half band designs.

We investigated the p.rametric op.imization on incremental sheet forming of stainless steel using Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) coup.ed with p.incip.l Comp.nent Analysis(p.A). AISI 316L stainless steel sheets were used to develop.double wall angle p.ramid with aid of tungsten carbide tool. GRA coup.ed with p.A was used to p.an the exp.riment conditions. Control factors such as Tool Diameter(TD), Step.Dep.h(SD), Bottom Wall Angle(BWA), Feed Rate(FR) and Sp.ndle Sp.ed(SS) on Top.Wall Angle(TWA) and Top.Wall Angle Surface Roughness(TWASR) have been studied. Wall angle increases with increasing tool diameter due to large contact area between tool and workp.ece. As the step.dep.h, feed rate and sp.ndle sp.ed increase,TWASR decreases with increasing tool diameter. As the step.dep.h increasing, the hydrostatic stress is raised causing severe cracks in the deformed surface. Hence it was concluded that the p.op.sed hybrid method was suitable for op.imizing the factors and resp.nse.

The introduction of machine learning (ML) in the research domain is a new era technique. The machine learning algorithm is develop.d for frequency p.edication of p.tterns that are formed on the Chladni p.ate and focused on the ap.lication of machine learning algorithms in image p.ocessing. In the Chladni p.ate, nodes and antinodes are demonstrated at various excited frequencies. Sand on the p.ate creates sp.cific p.tterns when it is excited by vibrations from a mechanical oscillator. In the exp.rimental setup. a rectangular aluminum p.ate of 16 cm x 16 cm and 0.61 mm thickness was p.aced over the mechanical oscillator, which was driven by a sine wave signal generator. 14 Chladni p.tterns are obtained on a Chladni p.ate and validation is done with modal analysis in Ansys. For machine learning, a large number of data sets are required, as cap.ured around 200 p.otos of each modal frequency and around 3000 p.otos with a camera of all 14 Chladni p.tterns for sup.rvised learning. The current model is written in p.thon language and model has one convolution layer. The main modules used in this are Tensor Flow Keras, Nump., CV2 and Maxp.oling. The fed reference data is taken for 14 frequencies between 330 Hz to 3910 Hz. In the model, all the images are converted to grayscale and canny edge detected. All p.tterns of frequencies have an almost 80% - 99% correlation with test samp.e exp.rimental data. This ap.roach is to form a directory of Chladni p.tterns for future reference p.rp.se in real-life ap.lication. A machine learning algorithm can p.edict the resonant frequency based on the p.tterns formed on the Chladni p.ate.

羧甲基纤维素水凝胶分子内含有大量的羧基和羟基官能团,能够高效吸附水体中的有机污染物,同时由于水凝胶的易回收和生物相容性,目前已被广泛应用于印染废水处理。但传统的羧甲基纤维素水凝胶制备方法存在耗时长、成本高、污染重等问题。该实验设计结合我国资源化发展和环境保护需要,以纤维素水凝胶为原料,以水代替部分传统有机溶剂,开发出一种室温下快速制备羧甲基纤维素水凝胶的绿色合成方案。合成时间从44 h缩短至约4h,制备成本降低约95%,同时减少了化学试剂的使用,避免了二次污染。实验选用典型染料亚甲基蓝作为模型污染物,考察了羧甲基纤维素水凝胶对其在不同水体环境中的吸附性能。
