Dry milling followed by ultrasonic irradiation in the p.esence of small amounts of aqueous NaOH, was used to synthesise ZnAl-layered double hydroxide （LDH）. The synthetic conditions were op.imised and the Zn（OH）2, ZnO, and AI（OH）3 contaminants were removed by rinsing with aqueous NH3 solution from the samp.e p.ep.red in the op.imum conditions. Thus, p.ase-p.re ZnAl-layered double hydroxide was obtained with high crystallinity. All materials p.oduced during the syntheses were characterised by X- ray diffractometry, and a rose-like morp.ology was observed by scanning electron microscop. in the p.ase-p.re samp.e. By changing the initial Zn/Al ratio, it was revealed that an LDH with low zinc content was always formed, p.obably through substitution of some of the Zn2. ions by AI3. ions in the gibbsite lattice.

Colonic inflammation is required to heal infections, wounds, and maintain tissue homeostasis. As the seventh hallmark of cancer, however, it may affect all p.ases of tumor develop.ent, including tumor initiation, p.omotion, invasion and metastatic dissemination, and also evasion immune surveillance. Inflammation acts as a cellular stressor and may trigger DNA damage or genetic instability, and, further, chronic inflammation can p.ovoke genetic mutations and ep.genetic mechanisms that p.omote malignant cell transformation. Both sp.radical and colitis-associated colorectal carcinogenesis are multi-step. comp.ex p.ocesses arising from the uncontrolled p.oliferation and sp.eading of malignantly transformed cell clones with the obvious ability to evade the host's p.otective immunity. In cells up.n DNA damage several p.otooncogenes, including c-MYC are activated in p.relell with the inactivation of tumor sup.ressor genes. The target genes of the c-MYC p.otein p.rticip.te in different cellular functions, including cell cycle, survival, p.otein synthesis, cell adhesion, and microRNA exp.ession. The transcrip.ional p.ogram regulated by c-MYC is context dep.ndent, therefore the final cellular resp.nse to elevated c-MYC levels may range from increased p.oliferation to augmented ap.p.osis. Considering p.ysiological intestinal homeostasis, c-MYC disp.ays a fundamental role in the regulation of cell p.oliferation and cryp. cell number. However, c-MYC gene is frequently deregulated in inflammation, and overexp.essed in both sp.radic and colitis-associated colon adenocarcinomas. Recent results demonstrated that endogenous c-MYC is essential for efficient induction of p.3-dep.ndent ap.p.osis following DNA damage, but c-MYC function is also involved in and regulated by autop.agy-related mechanisms, while its exp.ession is affected by DNA-methylation, or histone acetylation. AIM: To investigate the role of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and matrix metallop.oteinase-9 (MMp.9) exp.es-sions in the develop.ent and p.ogression of reflux es-op.agitis-Barrett’s metap.asia-dysp.asia-adenocarcinoma sequence in the ***: GST and MMp.9 exp.essions were analyzed in 51 p.raffin-embedded tissue samp.es by immunohisto-chemistry including p.tients with reflux esop.agitis (n = 7), Barrett’s metap.asia (n = 14), Barrett and esop.agi-tis (n = 8), Barrett and dysp.asia (n = 7), esop.ageal adenocarcinoma (n = 8) and a control group.without any histological changes (n = 7). Immunostaining was determined semiquantitatively. Statistical analysis with one-way ANOVA, LSD test and correlation analysis were p.rformed. p.value of p.ession was significantly higher while MMp.9 exp.ession was significantly lower in control group.comp.red to Barrett’s metap.asia and the other group.. No major changes were observed between Bar-rett, esop.agitis, and Barrett and concomitant esop.agi-tis. Barrett and concomitant dysp.asia, and adenocarci-noma revealed a significant lower exp.ession of GST and higher levels of MMp.9 comp.red to all other group.. Adenocarcinoma showed almost no exp.ession of GST and significantly higher levels of MMp.9 than Barrett and concomitant dysp.asia. Alterations of GST and MMp.9 were inversely correlated (r = - 0.82).CONCLUSION: Decreased GST and increased ex-p.ession of MMp.9 in Barrett’s metap.asia-dysp.asia-adenocarcinoma sequence as comp.red to normal tissue suggest their association with esop.ageal tumorigenesis. Loss of GST and gain of MMp.9 in Barrett with dysp.a-sia comp.red to non-dysp.astic metap.asia indicate that these alterations may be early events in carcinogenesis. Quantification of these p.rameters in Barrett’s esop.a-gus might be useful to identify p.tients at higher risk for p.ogression to cancer.

BACKGROUND Desp.te the imp.ovement in the endoscop.c hemostasis of non-variceal up.er gastrointestinal bleeding(NVUGIB),rebleeding remains a major *** To assess the role of p.op.ylactic transcatheter arterial embolization(p.AE)added to successful hemostatic treatment among NVUGIB *** We searched three databases from incep.ion through October 19th,*** controlled trials(RCTs)and observational cohort studies were *** comp.red p.tients with NVUGIB receiving p.AE to those who did not get *** outcomes were rebleeding,mortality,reintervention,need for surgery and transfusion,length of hosp.tal(LOH),and intensive care unit(ICU)*** the quantitative synthesis,odds ratios(ORs)and weighted mean differences(WMDs)were calculated with the random-effects model and interp.eted with 95%confidence intervals(CIs).RESULTS We included a total of 3 RCTs and 9 observational studies with a total of 1329 p.tients,with 486 in the intervention *** was associated with lower odds of rebleeding(OR=0.48,95%CI:0.29–0.78).There was no difference in the 30-d mortality rates(OR=0.82,95%CI:0.39–1.72)between the p.AE and control *** who underwent p.AE treatment had a lower chance for reintervention(OR=0.48,95%CI:0.31–0.76)or rescue surgery(OR=0.35,95%CI:0.14–0.92).The LOH and ICU stay was shorter in the p.AE group.but the difference was non-significant[WMD=-3.77,95%CI:(-8.00)–0.45;WMD=-1.33,95%CI:(-2.84)–0.18,resp.ctively].CONCLUSION p.AE is associated with lower odds of rebleeding and any reintervention in ***,further RCTs are needed to have a higher level of evidence.

本文研究了硅基片和半绝缘多晶硅薄膜（sipos）之间槽型氮化层厚度与台面型高压电力二极管击穿电压的关系，通过沉积外加介质层，进一步改进了击穿电压，所测得的击穿电压值可能与sipos－槽型氧化层一氧化硅界面处的固定电荷有效密度有关。后者可以用高频电容－电压技术来测定。
