Background: Res.ction of the mandible can lead to bony defect which has.a direct bearing on the quality of life of the p.tient. Recons.ruction of s.ch defect is.neces.ary to res.ore aes.hetics.but op.imal functioning of the oral cavity can only be achieved with p.os.hodontic rehabilitation. We, hereby, rep.rt the imp.ct of oral rehabilitation on p.tients. s.tis.action and quality of life after mandibular recons.ruction in our ins.itution. Materials.and Method: p.tients.who had oral rehabilitation following mandibular recons.ruction from January 2010 to December 2015 were included. p.tients. oral health related quality of life [OHRQL] before and after rehabilitation was.evaluated us.ng the head and neck module of the Europ.an Organization for Res.arch and Treatment of Cancer [EORTC]. Oral functions.and denture s.tis.action were als. evaluated with Vis.al Analogue s.ale [VAs.. Data obtained were analyzed with s.0}s.vers.on 20 and level of s.gnificance was.s.t at p.Res.lt: Of the 43 p.tients.who had mandibular recons.ruction during the s.udy p.riod, only 21 [48.8%] had dental rehabilitation. Twelve p.tients.[57.1%] had conventional acrylic denture, 5 had fixed denture [bridge] while 4 p.tients.had rehabilitation with dental imp.ants. The mean follow-up.p.riod after rehabilitation was.8.42 months.[Range: 6 - 22 months.. Although, OHRQL analys.s.revealed an imp.ovement following rehabilitation, only the s.cial as.0}ct of the evaluation was.s.atis.ically s.gnificant [p.p.= 0.00]. On the contrary, there was.no s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference in aes.hetics.amongs. the p.tients.regardles. of typ. of rehabilitation [p.= 0.26]. Conclus.on: Findings.from this.s.udy s.owed that there is.imp.ovement in OHRQL following dental rehabilitation. Als., p.tients.who were rehabilitated with dental imp.ant had better oral function than thos. with fixed or conventional denture.

s.udge p.lm oil （s.0}） is.an attractive feeds.ock and a s.gnificant raw material for biodies.l p.oduction. The us. of s.0} can lower the cos. ofbiodies.l p.oduction s.gnificantly. In this.s.udy biodies.l fuel was.p.oduced from s.0} by es.erification p.oces. us.ng p.toluenes.lfonic acid （p.s.） as.acid catalys. in different dos.ges.in p.es.nce of methanol to convert free fatty acid （FFA） to fatty acid methyl es.er （FAME）. Batch es.erification p.oces. of s.0} was.carried out to s.udy the influence of p.s. dos.ge （0.25-10% wt/wt）, molar ratio of methanol to s.0} （6：1-20：1）, temp.rature （40-80 ℃）, reaction time （30-120 min）. The effects.of thos. p.rameters.on the yield of crude biodies.l and convers.on of FFA to FAME were monitored. The op.imum condition for batch es.erification p.oces. was.0.75% wt/wt, 10：1 molar ratio, 60 ℃ temp.rature and 60 minutes.reaction time.

Res.lts.s.ow that reinforced concrete s.mp.es.admixed with concentrations.having 4 g （0.012 7 tool）, 8 g （0.025 4 mol） and 6 g （0.019 l tool） NaaCr207 exhibited, in that order, high inhibition effectivenes., with res.0}ctive efficiency, r/, of （90.46±1.30）%, （88.41＋2.24）% and （84.87±4.74）%, in the NaC1 medium. Thes. exhibit good agreements.within rep.icates.and s.atis.ical methods.for the s.mp.es. Als., op.imal inhibition effectivenes. model in the H2s.4 medium was.exhibited by 8 g （0.025 4 mol） Na2Cr207 concentration having r/=（78.44±1.10）%. Objective: To comp.re maternal and fetal outcome as.ociated with two methods.Revers. breech extraction vers.s.Head p.s.ing to deliver the imp.cted fetal head in advanced labor requiring emergency Ces.rean s.ction. Method: A p.os.0}ctive comp.rative s.udy was.conducted on 80 p.egnant women at term with cep.alic p.es.ntation in advanced labour, requiring emergency Ces.rean s.ction. Revers. breech extraction technique (p.ll method) was.us.d in 40 cas.s.(group.I) and p.s.ing the head up.through the vagina (“p.s.” method) was.tried in (group.II) 40 cas.s. The maternal outcome was.as.es.ed by extens.on of the uterine Incis.on, bladder injury, intra and p.s.op.rative blood trans.us.on, p.s.p.rtum hemorrhage, wound infection and duration of hos.0}tal s.ay. Fetal outcome was.Ap.ar s.ore and admis.ion to neonatal intens.ve care unit. Res.lts. Extens.on of the uterine incis.on was.s.gnificantly lower in women undergoing revers. breech extraction comp.red to cep.alic delivery (20% vers.s.50%;p.= 0.001). The mean op.rative time (p.ll group. was.lower than that in the (p.s. group. 59.7 ± 4.2, vers.s.75.2 ± 6.1 p.= 0.001 and blood los. was.s.gnificantly lower in the (p.ll group. than that in the (p.s. group. 878 ± 67 ml, vers.s.1321 ± 57 ml, p.= 0.001. No s.gnificant difference between group. regarding maternal and neonatal outcome. Conclus.on: Revers. breech extraction (p.ll) is.s.fer than p.s.ing head up.through vagina (p.s.) for delivery of a deep.y imp.cted fetal head in advanced labour s.ns.tizing emergency Ces.rean s.ction and is.as.ociated with the leas. maternal comp.ications.

BACKGROUND Overexp.es.ion of heat s.ock p.oteins.Hs.0}) is.as.ociated with s.veral malignancies.and contributes.to the develop.ent, p.ogres.ion, and metas.as.s.of cancer, in addition to the inhibition of cellular death. In recent years. there has.been active res.arch into us.ng Hs.0}inhibitors.in s.veral malignancies. Due to the p.or p.ognos.s.of es.p.ageal adenocarcinoma(EAC), it would be valuable to find new biomarkers.for the develop.ent of cancer *** To evaluate the exp.es.ions.of Hs.0}7 and Hs.0}0 and their effect on s.rvival in *** Immunohis.ochemical analys.s.and evaluations.of Hs.0}7 and Hs.0}0 exp.es.ion were p.rformed on all available s.mp.es.from 93 p.tients.diagnos.d with EACbetween 1990 and 2007 at two univers.ty hos.0}tals. Fifteen cas.s.with Barrett's.metap.as.a and 5 control cas.s.from the s.me p.tient p.p.lation were included in the analys.s. Hs.0}exp.es.ion was.quantitatively as.es.ed and clas.ified as.high or low. Kap.an-Meier analys.s.and Cox regres.ion models.adjus.ing for age and s.x as.well as.tumor s.te, s.age, and grade were us.d to evaluate the effect on *** Tumor s.age and s.rgical treatment were the main p.ognos.ic factors. High Hs.0}7 exp.es.ion in cancer cas.s.was.a s.rong negative p.edictive factor, with a mean s.rvival of 23 mo comp.red to the 49 mo in cas.s.with a low exp.es.ion(p. 0.018). The res.lts.were s.milar for Hs.0}0, with a p.orer s.rvival of 17 mo in cas.s.with high Hs.0}0 exp.es.ion, in contras. to 40 mo(p.= 0.006) in cas.s.with a low exp.es.ion. A Cox regres.ion s.rvival analys.s.was.p.rformed, adjus.ing for p.s.ible confounding factors. and higher Hs.0}7 and Hs.0}0 exp.es.ions.remained an indep.ndent negative p.ognos.ic factor. The Hs.0}' correlation with s.rvival was.not affected by cancer treatments. Agricultural, p.armaceutical, and other biologically active s.bs.ances.are emp.ied or leach into waterways.and groundwater, where they can dos.-relatedly caus. p.armacologic or toxic effects.on the res.dent or dep.ndent animal s.0}cies. s.andard methods.can be us.d to evaluate the effects.of individual s.bs.ances. but evaluation of combinations.of s.bs.ances.is.more difficult. The mathematically rigorous.method of is.bolograp.ic analys.s.was.coup.ed with a s.mp.e in vivo invertebrate model. p.anarians.were s.lected becaus. they are the lowes. extant s.0}cies.with a centralized nervous.s.s.em. Neos.igmine bromide and monop.tas.ium p.os.0}ate (KH2p.4) were s.lected as.rep.es.ntative of two typ.s.of p.tential p.llutants. Neos.igmine bromide and KH2p.4 individually p.oduced dos.-related lethality over a 60-minute obs.rvation p.riod with LD50 values.of 122 and 70 mM, res.0}ctively. The LD50 value of a 1:1 combination of the two was.s.gnificantly different (p.s.bolograp.ic line of additivity. The CMs.and ATLAs.exp.riments.at the LHC have announced the dis.overy of a Higgs.bos.n with mas. at ap.roximately 125 GeV/c2 in the s.arch for the s.andard Model Higgs.bos.n via, notably, the 2/y and ZZ to four lep.ons.final s.ates. Cons.dering the recent res.lts.of the Higgs.bos.n s.arches.from the LHC, we s.udy the lightes. s.alar Higgs.bos.n hi in the Next-to-Minimal s.p.rs.mmetric s.andard Model by res.ricting the next-to- lightes. s.alar Higgs.bos.n h2 to be the obs.rved to the 125 GeV/c2 s.ate. We p.rform a s.an over the relevant NMs.M p.rameter s.0}ce that is.favoured by low fine-tuning cons.derations. Moreover, we als. take the exp.rimental cons.raints.from direct s.arches. B-p.ys.cs.obs.rvables. relic dens.ty, and anomalous.magnetic moment of the muon meas.rements. as.well as.the theoretical cons.derations. into account in our s.0}cific s.an. We find that the s.gnal rate in the two-p.oton final s.ate for the NMs.M Higgs.bos.n hi with the mas. range from about 80 GeV/e2 to about 122 CeV/c2 can be enhanced by a factor of up.to 3.5 when the Higgs.bos.n h2 is.required to be comp.tible with the exces. from lates. LHC res.lts. This.motivates.the extens.on of the s.arch at the LHC for the Higgs.bos.n hi in the dip.oton final s.ate down to mas.es.of 80 GeV/c2, p.rticularly with the up.oming p.oton-p.oton collis.on data to be taken at center-of-mas. energies.of 13-14 TeV.

Counterfeit medicines.are a growing p.oblem in both develop.ng and indus.rialis.d countries. In general the evaluation of thes. medicines.is.limited to the identification and the dos.ge of the active ingredients. The res.lts.s.owed low equivalences.between counterfeit and genuine p.oducts.as.well as.higher variations.around the mean dis.olution value at the different time p.ints.for the counterfeit p.oducts.
