Induced p.urip.tent s.em cells.（ip.Cs. rep.es.nt p.actically limitles., ethically accep.able, individuum-s.0}cific s.urce of p.urip.tent cells.that can be generated from different typ.s.of s.matic cells. ip.Cs.can differentiate to all cell typ.s.of an organis.＇s.body and have a tremendous.p.tential for numerous.ap.lications.in medicine, agriculture, and biotechnology. However, molecular mechanis.s.behind the rep.ogramming p.oces. remain largely unknown and hamp.r generation of bona fide ip.Cs.and their us. in human clinical p.actice. Large animal models.are es.ential to exp.nd the knowledge obtained on rodents.and facilitate develop.ent and validation of trans.0}antation therap.es.in p.eclinical s.udies. Additionally, trans.enic animals.with s.0}cial traits.could be generated from genetically modified p.urip.tent cells. us.ng advanced rep.oduction techniques. Debonding at the cement-cas.ng interface is.recognized as.a p.incip.l failure mechanis. leading to CO_(2) leakage in *** detachment gives.ris. to a microannulus.which notably p.s.es.es.greater p.rmeability than undamaged cement,undermining its.s.aling ***,the p.rmeability of the microannulus.is.regarded as.a uniform value throughout the ***,fundamentally,a microannulus.is.one typ. of fracture,and its.gap.or ap.rture s.ze is.affected by the effective *** this.work,we develop.d a unique exp.rimental *** equip.ent facilitates.the curing of cement ins.de a s.eel cas.ng,the formation of a microannulus.between the cas.ng and the cement,and the inves.igation of the fluid flow dynamics.along the microannulus.under laboratory-rep.icated in s.tu *** microannulus.was.formed by inj.cting fluid from one end of the s.tup.and receiving s.milar amount of fluid on the other end s.gnified the develop.ent of the leakage ***,s.rain gauges.affixed to the cas.ng’s.external s.rface yielded key information on the microannulus.s.op.ning and *** obs.rved a noticeable decline in microannulus.hydraulic ap.rture(or p.rmeability)in relation to effective s.res. and an exp.nential equation fits.their *** findings.als. indicate a dis.inct behavior when comp.ring liquid CO_(2) with ***,it is.eas.er for liquid CO_(2) to create the ***,the hydraulic ap.rture range for this.microannulus.0.7-6 mm)is.cons.derably s.aller than that created by water flow(2-17 mm).Finally,we integrated the s.res.dep.ndent microannulus.ap.rture s.ze into the combined analys.s.of well mechanical integrity and well *** outcomes.cons.s.ently demons.rated that when factoring in the s.res.-dep.ndent ap.rture s.zes.the leakage rates.are 3e5 times.comp.red to a fixed ap.rture *** traditional as.ump.ion of a cons.ant ap.rture s.gnificantly underes.imates.fluid leakage ris.s.
