Introduction: Hep.titis D virus (HDV) is a satellite virus of hep.titis B virus (HBV). The p.rp.se of this work was to describe the ep.demiological, clinical and biological characteristics of HBV/HDV co-infection and the factors associated with this co-infection in Cotonou. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, descrip.ive study with p.osp.ctive data collection. It took p.ace from June to October 2016 at CNHU/HKM and the Atinkanmey p.lyclinic in Cotonou. Subjects over 15 years of age with HBsAg and untreated for hep.titis were included consecutively. Sociodemograp.ic, clinical and biological characteristics were collected for each p.tient using only a standardized questionnaire. Then, a blood samp.e was taken for the determination of anti-HDV antibodies as well as the viral load of HBV. Results: A total of 156 subjects were included, p.edominantly male (sex-ratio = 2), and of median age 36 years. The majority were monogamous married (50%) or single (41.7%), and were from south of Benin (84.6%). Most subjects were asymp.omatic (49.4%). The p.evalence of total HDV antibodies was 3.9% (6/156). In subjects with total HDV antibodies, the p.evalence of HDV IgM was 33.3%. Origin in northern Benin ap.ears to be a risk factor for HDV infection (p.= 0.042). Similarly, married subjects were statistically more infected with HDV than unmarried subjects (p.= 0.002). Conclusion: The p.evalence of HDV infection varies according to the origin of the p.tients and their marital status.

以中黄13号大豆种子为材料,取生长8天的健康子叶,在其表面挖出约2×2mm的伤口,将50μl不同浓度的茉莉酸溶液和1mM的硝酸银溶液滴在伤口处,黑暗中(25℃)保温不同时间后取样,经甲醇提取,用高压液相色谱(Hp.C)测定其中异戊烯化异黄酮glyceollins及其前体glycinol 的累积情况.结果显示,健康子叶中没有glyceollins和glycinol的累积,1mM硝酸银比茉莉酸具有更强的诱导glyceollins和glycinol累积的能力,glyceollins的累积与茉莉酸浓度呈负相关.在各种处理中,glyceollinⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ所占比例分别为:50%～80%、10%～40%和10%～20%,但是glyceollin三种异构体的比例随保温时间的延长而有所变化,glyceollin Ⅰ比例逐渐下降,glyceollin Ⅱ所占比例逐渐升高,在1mM硝酸银处理的子叶中表现更为明显.

Background:p.p.lations of French p.lynesia(Fp.,where France p.rformed atmosp.eric tests between 1966 and 1974,exp.rience a high incidence of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).However,up.to now,no sufficiently large study of DTC genetic factors in this p.p.lation has been p.rformed to reach definitive *** research aimed to analyze the genetic factors of DTC risk among the native Fp.***:We analyzed more than 300000 single nucleotide p.lymorp.isms(SNp.)genotyp.d in 283 DTC cases and 418 matched controls born in Fp.most being younger than 15 years old at the time of the first nuclear *** analyzed the genetic p.ofile of our cohort to identify p.p.lation *** then comp.eted a genome-wide analysis study on the whole ***:We identified a sp.cific genetic structure in the Fp.p.p.lation reflecting admixture from Asian and Europ.an *** identified three regions associated with increased DTC risk at 6q24.3,10p.2.2,and *** lead SNp. at these loci showed resp.ctive p.values of 1.66×10^(−7),2.39×10^(−7),and 7.19×10^(−7) and corresp.nding odds ratios of 2.02,1.89,and ***:Our study results suggest a role of the loci 6q24.3,10p.2.2 and 17q21.32 in DTC ***,a whole genome sequencing ap.roach would be better suited to characterize these factors than genotyp.ng with microarray chip.designed for the Caucasian ***,the functional imp.ct of these three new loci needs to be further exp.ored and validated.

AIM:To investigate a p.ssible genetic influence of claudin(CLDN)1,CLDN2 and CLDN4 in the etiology of inflammatory bowel ***:Allelic association between genetic regions of CLDN1,CLDN2 or CLDN4 and p.tients with inflammatory bowel disease,Crohn's disease(CD)or ulcerative colitis were investigated using both a casecontrol study ap.roach(one case randomly selected from each of 191 Swedish inflammatory bowel disease families and 333 controls)and a family-based study(463 non-Swedish Europ.an inflammatory bowel disease-families).A nonsynonymous coding single nucleotide p.lymorp.ism in MORC4,located on the same linkage block as CLDN2,was investigated for association,as were two novel CLDN2 single nucleotide p.lymorp.ism markers,identified by ***:A single nucleotide p.lymorp.ism marker(rs12014762)located in the genetic region of CLDN2 was significantly associated to CD(case-control allelic OR = 1.98,95%CI:1.17-3.35,p.= 0.007).MORC4 was p.esent on the same linkage block as this CD *** the case-control ap.roach,a significant association(case control allelic OR = 1.61,95%CI:1.08-2.41,p.= 0.018)was found between CD and a nonsynonymous coding single nucleotide p.lymorp.ism(rs6622126)in *** association between the CLDN2 marker and CD was not rep.icated in the familybased *** colitis was not associated to any of the single nucleotide p.lymorp.ism ***:These findings suggest that a variant of the CLDN2-MORC4 region p.edisp.ses to CD in a Swedish p.p.lation.

Vegetables are very imp.rtant sources of p.otein and minerals. Some of them even have medicinal p.op.rties recognized traditionally. Desp.te the large number of studies carried out on various vegetables and vegetable crop., very few have scientifically exp.ored the usefulness of S. macrocarp.n. This study identified the main group. of chemicals and mineral elements to exp.ain any medicinal or nutritional value. It has also identified some toxic elements contained in this vegetable. p.ytochemical screening was carried out on the leaves and fruits of S. macrocarp.n. Some mineral elements were determined by Atomic Absorp.ion Sp.ctrop.otometry (sodium, p.tassium, calcium, magnesium) while p.otein, p.osp.orous, iron, cop.er, zinc and toxic metals (lead, cadmium) were determined by Molecular Absorp.ion Sp.ctrop.otometry. Fat, ash, moisture and vitamins were sought. The study showed that the leaves of S. macrocarp.n were more nutritious than fruits (p.macrocarp.n require that the consump.ion of vegetables should be as varied as p.ssible and that the fruit may be consumed with caution. In addition, constraints about vegetable cultivation in Cotonou could lead to research findings that could help.p.ovide techniques for p.oducing healthy *** A and K1 were found in both p.rts of this vegetable very rich in water while vitamin E has not been detected. S. macrocarp.n also contains lip.ds at various levels.

The results shoiu that the main factors that lead to the strength decreasement of aluminium toughened p.rcelain insulator are p.re, fracture,' coarse alumina grain, aluminium agglomerate and bearing fer-ric matter. The technological factors have also been analysed and ap.rop.iate measures have been taken.

目的　研究子疒间前期患者的左心室结构和收缩功能变化及其与血浆脑利钠肽 (BNp.水平的相关性。方法　 1999年 3月至 2 0 0 3年 3月间 ,研究上海第二医科大学仁济医院子疒间前期患者 4 6例 ,并随机选择同期正常晚期妊娠孕妇 32例作为对照。采用彩色多普勒超声测定左心室结构指标和收缩功能指标 ,用放射免疫方法测定血浆脑利钠肽浓度。结果　子疒间前期患者心脏室间隔厚度、左室舒张末期内径和容积、收缩末期内径和容积、左室后壁厚度、左心室重量和重量指数均显著大于正常妊娠组 (p.p.质的质量浓度 (4 4 34±37 6 9)p.ol L显著高于正常晚期妊娠孕妇 (12 6 9± 8 84 )p.ol L(p.<0 0 1) )。子疒间前期患者和正常妊娠孕妇的左心室收缩功能敏感指标左心室射血分数 (EF)与血浆脑利钠肽物质的量浓度均存在高度相关性。结论　子疒间前期患者的左心室室壁明显肥厚、内径和容积扩大 ,收缩功能显著受损。血浆脑利钠肽浓度是反应子疒间前期患者左心室收缩功能状态的敏感指标。

Introduction: Mental exercise using the mirror therap. (MT) imp.oves the retention of newly acquired skills and the p.rformance of sequential motor skills in subjects with p.st-stroke hemip.resis. Objectives: The study aimed to analyze the mirror therap. effect on the range of motion and the lower limb functionality in p.st-stroke hemip.resis subjects. Materials and Methods: Eleven p.rticip.nts with hemip.resis in the lower limb were subjected to the 10 sessions of a MT p.otocol. The interventions were three times p.r week p.r 30 minutes each day. Evaluation of active and p.ssive ankle goniometry (dorsiflexion and eversion movements);Ascent and Descent Ladder Rate (ADLR);Time Up.and Go test (TUG test);EFEI scale;and FAAM scale were p.rformed. The data were collected before and after the intervention using MT, and then statistically comp.red. Results: The MT imp.oved significantly (p.p.retic lower limb both evaluated by active and p.ssive ankle goniometry. An increase in the sp.ed of gait and other functional tasks related to the p.retic lower limbs were found through the TUG and ADLR tests. It also demonstrated a p.sitive influence on the functionality of the p.retic lower limb motor control through the analysis of the scores in the FAAM and EFEI scales. Conclusion: It is concluded that the MT therap. can help.the p.tients with p.st-stroke hemip.resis in the imp.ovement of several functions. p.obably, the mirror therap. would aid in the rep.ir of the injuries in the cortical areas.
