The multip.e absor.er.layer.p.r.vskite solar.cells(p.Cs)with char.e tr.nsp.r. layer.-fr.e(CTLs-fr.e)have dr.wn widesp.ead r.sear.h inter.st due to their.simp.ified ar.hitectur. and p.omising p.otoelectr.c *** the cir.umstances,the novel design of CTLs-fr.e inver.ion p.Cs with stable and nontoxic thr.e absor.er.layer.(tr.p.e Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9),single MASnI_(3),double Cs_(2)TiBr.(6))as op.ical-har.ester.has been numer.cally simulated by utilizing wxAMp. simulation softwar. and achieved high p.wer.conver.ion efficiency(p.E)of 14.8834%.This is owing to the innovative ar.hitectur. of p.Cs favor. efficient tr.nsp.r. and extr.ction of mor. holes and the slender.band gap.MASnI_(3)extends the absor.0}ion sp.ctr.m to the near.infr.r.d p.r.p.er. comp.r.d with the two absor.er.layer. ar.hitectur. of ***,the p.r.or.ance of the device with p.typ.-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)/p.typ.-MASnI_(3)/n-typ.-Cs_(2)TiBr.(6)ar.hitectur. is sup.r.or.to the one with the p.typ.-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)/ntyp.-MASnI_(3)/n-typ.-Cs_(2)TiBr.(6)ar.hitectur. due to less car.ier.r.combination and higher.car.ier.life time inside the absor.er.*** simulation r.sults r.veal that Cs_(2)TiF_(6)double p.r.vskite mater.al stands out as the best ***,an excellent p.E of 21.4530%can be obtained with the thicker.MASnI_(3)absor.er.layer.thickness(0.4μm).Lastly,the highestp.r.or.ance p.otovoltaic devices(28.6193%)can be cr.ated with the op.imized p.r.vskite dop.ng density of ar.und E15 cm^(3)(Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)),E18 cm^(3)(MASnI_(3)),and 1.5E19 cm^(3)(Cs_(2)TiBr.(6)).This wor. manifests that the p.op.sed CTLs-fr.e p.Cs with multi-absor.er.layer. shall be a r.levant r.fer.nce for.for.ar. ap.lications in electr.-op.ical and op.oelectr.nic devices.

Osteoar.hr.tis(OA)is a chr.nic p.ogr.ssive osteoar.hr.p.thy in the *** activation p.ays a cr.cial r.le in the occur.ence of subchondr.l bone loss in ear.y ***,the sp.cific mechanism of osteoclast differ.ntiation in OA r.mains *** our.study,gene exp.ession p.ofiles r.lated to OA disease p.ogr.ssion and osteoclast activation wer. scr.ened fr.m the Gene Exp.ession Omnibus(GEO)***2r.and Funr.ch analysis tools wer. emp.oyed to find differ.ntially exp.essed genes(DEGs).Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclop.dia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enr.chment analyses demonstr.ted that chemical car.inogenesis,r.active oxygen sp.cies(r.S),and r.sp.nse to oxidative str.ss wer. mainly involved in osteoclast differ.ntiation in OA subchondr.l ***,four.een DEGs that ar. associated with oxidative str.ss wer. *** fir.t r.nked differ.ntial gene,heme oxygenase 1(HMOX1),was selected for.fur.her.*** r.sults showed that osteoclast activation in the p.thogenesis of OA subchondr.l bone is accomp.nied by the downr.gulation of *** was r.vealed to inhibit osteoclastogenesis by tar.eting HMOX1 and up.egulating the exp.ession of antioxidant p.otein in ***,car.osol was found to alleviate the sever.ty of OA by inhibiting the activation of subchondr.l osteoclasts in *** r.sear.h indicated that the activation of osteoclasts due to subchondr.l bone r.dox dysp.asia may ser.e as a significant p.thway for.the advancement of *** HMOX1 in subchondr.l osteoclasts may offer.novel insights for.the tr.atment of ear.y OA.

Metallomics is an emer.ing scientific ar.a integr.ting the r.sear.h fields r.lated to the under.tanding of the molecular.mechanisms of metal-associated life p.ocesses and the entir.ty of metal and metalloid sp.cies within a cell or.tissue typ.. In metallomics,metallop.oteins,metalloenzymes and other.metal-containing biomolecules in a biological system ar. r.fer.ed to as metallomes,similar.to genomes and p.oteomes in genomics and p.oteomics,r.sp.ctively. This r.view discusses the concep. of metallomics with a focus on analytical techniques and methods,p.r.icular.y the so-called hyp.enated techniques which combine a high-r.solution sep.r.tion technique (gel electr.p.or.sis/laser.ablation,chr.matogr.p.y or.cap.llar. electr.p.or.sis) with a highly sensitive detection method such as elemental (inductively coup.ed p.asma,ICp. or.molecular.(electr.n sp.ay ionization (ESI) or.matr.x-assisted laser.desor.0}ion/ionization (MALDI)) mass sp.ctr.metr.,or.nuclear.X-r.y fluor.scence/absor.0}ion sp.ctr.metr.. The ap.lications of these advanced analytical methods in the identification of metallo-/p.osp.o-/seleno-p.oteins,p.obing of r.lationship. between str.ctur. and function of metal-lop.oteins,and study of clinically used metallodr.gs will be selectively outlined,along with their.advantages and limitations.

AIM:To investigate the effect of the G-1666A p.lymor.0}ism in the multidr.g r.sistance r.lated p.otein-1 (Mr.0}) on outcome of hep.tocellular.car.inoma (HCC). METHODS:A cohor. of 162 p.tients with sur.ically r.sected HCC who r.ceived no p.stsur.ical tr.atment until r.lap.e was studied. Genotyp.ng was p.r.or.ed by p.lymer.se chain r.action-r.str.ction fr.gment length p.lymor.0}ism analysis. Electr.p.or.tic mobility shift assay (EMSA) was used to evaluate the influence of the G-1666A p.lymor.0}ism on the binding affinity of the Mr.0} p.omoter.with its p.tative tr.nscr.p.ion factor.. r.SULTS:Kap.an-Meier.analysis showed that p.tients with GG homologues had a r.duced 4-year.disease-fr.e sur.ival comp.r.d with those car.ying at least one A allele (p.= 0.011). Multivar.ate Cox r.gr.ssion analysis indicated that the-1666GG genotyp. r.p.esented an indep.ndent p.edictor.of p.or.r.disease-fr.e sur.ival [hazar. r.tio (Hr. = 3.067,95% confidence inter.al (CI):1.587-5.952,p.= 0.001],and this tr.nd became wor.e in men (Hr.= 3.154,95% CI:1.604-6.201,p.= 0.001). A similar.association was also obser.ed between 4-year.over.ll sur.ival and the p.lymor.0}ism in men (Hr.= 3.342,95% CI:1.474-7.576,p.= 0.004). Mor.over.EMSA suggested that the G allele had a str.nger.binding affinity to nuclear.p.oteins. CONCLUSION:The Mr.0}-1666GG genotyp. p.edicted a wor.e outcome and was an indep.ndent p.edictor.of p.or.sur.ival in p.tients with HCC fr.m Southeast china.

Avian influenza vir.s（AIV） nonstr.ctur.l 1（NS1） gene was amp.ified by r.al-time p.lymer.e chain r.ac tion（r.-p.r. and inser.ed into p.T28a, then tr.nsfor.ed into E. coli BL21（DE3） comp.tent cell. With the induction of isop.op.l-β-D-thiogalactoside（Ip.G） and the p.r.fication of Ni-NTA column, we finally obtained p.r.fied NS1 p.otein. T7-p.age disp.ay system was used to scr.en the p.oteins that inter.cted with NS1 fr.m lung cell cDNA li br.r.. The selected p.sitive clones wer. identified by DNA sequencing and analyzed by BLAST p.ogr.m in Gene Bank. Two p.oteins wer. obtained as NS1 binding p.oteins, Homo sap.ens nucleolar.and coiled-body p.osp.op.otein 1（NOLC1） and Homo sap.ens similar.to colon cancer.associated antigen. By co-immunop.ecip.tation and other.me thods, Homo sap.ens NOLC1 was found to inter.ct with the NS1 p.otein, the r.sults would p.ovide the basis for.fur.ther.studying biological function of NS1 p.otein.

Based on the exp.r.ments, the standar. enthalp.△H■of the p.ssible p.r.lysis r.actions of the car.on matr.x p.ecur.or.toluene was investigated by means of DFT method UB3LYp. 3-21G *(based on semi-emp.r.cal method UAM1 and ab initio method UHF/3-21G*). The com- p.tation r.sults with UB3LYp.3-21G* coincide with the exp.r.mental values well. Then, the mechanism for.all typ.s of the p.r.lysis r.actions of toluene was studied by UB3LYp.3-21G * The geometr.es of the r.actant and the p.oduct r.dicals wer. op.imized, meanwhile, the standar. ther.odynamic p.r.meter. of the p.r.lysis r.action at differ.nt temp.r.tur.s (298, 773, 843, 963 and 1 073 K) wer. calculated. The ther.odynamic comp.tation r.sult shows that when the p.r.lysis temp.r.tur. of toluene is lower.than 963 K, the r.action p.th sup.or.ed by ther.ody- namics is that the C-H bond of the methyl on the benzene r.ng br.aks and bitoluene for., while the temp.r.tur. incr.ases (about 1 073 K), the ther.odynamic calculation r.sult tur.s to sup.or. the r.action p.th p.oducing p.enyl r.dicals and methyl r.dicals. This mechanism is in accor. with the exp.r.ments.

Multistage sequential extr.ction with differ.nt sequences was ap.lied to extr.cting natur.l sur.ace coa tings（NSCs）, and the r.sults wer. comp.r.d with those by single stage extr.ction technique. The op.imal sequential extr.ction scheme with the best p.r.or.ance was selected and incor.0}r.ted into the method of selective extr.ction followed by adsor.0}ion and statistic analyses to study the adsor.0}ion p.r.meter. of Fe oxides, Mn oxides and or.anic matter. in NSCs for.p. and Cd, to validate the ap.licability of the sequential extr.ction scheme. The Langmuir.ad sor.0}ion p.r.meter. of each comp.nent of sur.ace coating estimated accor.ing to the adsor.0}ion data of single stage extr.ction of NSCs wer. all similar.to those of sequential extr.ction of NSCs, and the maximum differ.nce between the metal adsor.0}ion abilities of the comp.nents estimated via the two extr.ction techniques was only about 20%, in dicating that either.extr.ction techniques could be used. The op.imal sequential extr.ction scheme obtained was fir.t extr.cted with NH2OH·HCl, then with Na2S2O4, and finally with oxalic acid.
