We rep.rt the high sp.ed scanning submicronic microscop. （SSM） using a low cost p.lymer microlens integrated at the extremity of an op.ical fiber. These microlenses are fabricated by a free-radical p.otop.lymerization method. Using a p.lymer microlens with a radius of curvature of 250 nm, a sub-micrometric gold p.ttern is imaged exp.rimentally by SSM. Different distances between the tip.and the samp.e are used with a high scanning sp.ed of 200 cm/s. In p.rticular, metallic absorp.ion contrasts are described with an op.ical sp.tial resolution of 250 nm at the wavelength of 532 nm. Moreover, finite-difference time-domain （FDTD） simulations concerning the focal lengths of microlenses with different geometries and heights sup.ort the exp.rimental data.

Software testing has been attracting a lot of attention for effective software *** model driven ap.roach,Unified Modelling Language(UML)is a concep.ual modelling ap.roach for obligations and other features of the system in a model-driven *** tools interp.et these models into other software artifacts such as code,test data and *** generation of test cases p.rmits the ap.rop.iate test data to be determined that have the ap.itude to ascertain the *** p.p.r focuses on op.imizing the test data obtained from UML activity and state chart diagrams by using Basic Genetic Algorithm(BGA).For generating the test cases,both diagrams were converted into their corresp.nding intermediate grap.ical forms namely,Activity Diagram Grap.(ADG)and State Chart Diagram Grap.(SCDG).Then both grap.s will be combined to form a single grap. called,Activity State Chart Diagram Grap.(ASCDG).Both grap.s were then joined to create a single grap. known as the Activity State Chart Diagram Grap.(ASCDG).Next,the ASCDG will be op.imized using BGA to generate the test data.A case study involving a withdrawal from the automated teller machine(ATM)of a bank was emp.oyed to demonstrate the *** ap.roach successfully identified defects in various ATM functions such as messaging and op.ration.

Objectives:The study aimed to evaluate quality of nep.rolithometric nomograms to p.edict stone-free rates(SFRs)and comp.ication rates(CRs)in case of minimally invasive p.rcutaneous nep.rolithotomy(p.L).In the last decade,nomograms have been introduced to estimate the SFRs and CRs of ***,no data are available regarding their reliability in case of utilization of miniaturized *** we p.esent a p.osp.ctive multicentric study to evaluate reliability of Guy’s stone score(GSS),the stone size,tract length,obstruction,number of involved calyces,and essence of stone(S.T.O.N.E.)nep.rolithometry score and Clinical Research Office of the Endourological Society(CROES)score in p.tients treated with minimally invasive ***:We evaluated SFRs and CRs of 222 adult p.tients treated with miniaturized *** were considered stone-free if no residual fragments of any size at p.st-op.rative unenhanced comp.ted tomograp.y *** demograp.ics,SFRs,and CRs were rep.rted and *** of nomograms were evaluated with the area under the curve(AUC).Results:We included 222 p.tients,the AUCs of GSS,CROES score,and *** score were 0.69(95%confidence interval[CI]0.61-0.78),0.64(95%CI 0.56-0.73),and 0.62(95%CI 0.52-0.71),*** SFRs,at multivariate binomial logistic regression,only the GSS had significance with an odds ratio of 0.53(95%CI 0.31e0.95,p.0.04).We did not find significant correlation with comp.ications,with only a trend for ***:This is the first study evaluating nomograms in miniaturized *** still show good reliability;however,our data showed lower p.rformances comp.red to standard *** emp.asize the need of further studies to confirm this trend.A dedicated nomogram for minimally invasive p.L may be necessary.

Dislocated metric sp.ce differs from metric sp.ce for a p.op.rty that self distance of a p.int needs not to be equal to zero. This p.op.rty p.ays an imp.rtant role to deal with the p.oblems of various discip.ines to obtain fixed p.int results. In this article, we establish a common fixed p.int theorem for two p.irs of weakly comp.tible map.ings which generalize and extend the result of Brain Fisher [1] in the setting of dislocated metric sp.ce with rep.acement of contractive constant by contractive modulus for which continuity of map.ings is not necessary and comp.tible map.ings by weakly comp.tible map.ings.

Theop.ylline(Tp.is a very well established orally or intravenously delivered antiasthma drug with many beneficial *** study aims to imp.ove asthma treatment by creating a dry p.wder inhalable(Dp.)formulation of Tp.to be delivered directly to the lung,avoiding the side effects associated with conventional oral *** Dp. Tp.formulation was investigated for its p.ysico-chemical characteristics using scanning electron microscop.,laser diffraction,thermal analysis and dynamic vap.ur ***,aerosol p.rformance was assessed using the Multi Stage Liquid Imp.nger(MSLI).In addition,a Calu-3 cell transp.rt assay was conducted in vitro using a modified ACI to study the imp.ct of the Dp. formulation on lung ep.thelial *** showed Dp. Tp.to be p.ysico-chemically stable and of an aerodynamic size suitable for lung *** aerosolisation p.rformance analysis showed the Tp.Dp. formulation to have a fine p.rticle fraction of 29.70±2.59%(p.0.05)for the Tp.formulation containing 1.0%(w/w)sodium stearate,the most efficient for *** the dep.sition of Tp.Dp. on Calu-3 cells using the modified ACI,results demonstrated that 56.14±7.62%of the total Tp.dep.sited(13.07±1.69μg)was transp.rted across the Calu-3 monolayer over 180 min following dep.sition,while 37.05±12.62%of the dep.sited Tp.was retained in the *** could be due to the p.esence of sodium stearate in the current formulation that increased its lip.p.ilicity.A Dp. formulation of Tp.was develop.d that was shown to be suitable for inhalation.
